• Rozemarijn (8/5): - Super locatie. Schoon. Fijne plek om te zijn. Ruim en aparte slaapkamer. De douche is erg matig en niet voor langere mensen. Hij bleef niet in juiste stand staan en t plafond was laag. Er zit wel een stoel in zodat je zou kunnen zitten. Keukentje was eigenlijk niet echt goed bruikbaar als je wilt koken (wat je in Italie niet snel zelf doet)

• Zuzanna (10/5): Great place to stay and feel like at home, have a feeling you can own this space and moment. <3 - The place is spacious and has so many places to hang out – a living room, an area above, and a nicely organised kitchen, with coffee <3, and cool TV options, also was touching the maps and guides options. We felt like we were at our own home and also taken care of by our host. The outside area for the trash under the stairs – there were many noises during the night, and it's next to the bedroom, so it was tough to sleep at night. The bathroom had the damaged lock, so the door wouldn't close, and the ventilation system was very noisy, and you needed to remember to turn it on and off each time.
• Mahdi (6/5): Low ceilings and noisy drips at night ruined my sleep, but great location - The location was great! The ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen were quite low, which felt uncomfortable. The main issue, however, was that the laundry room next to the bedroom had a fiberglass ceiling. During the night, water kept dripping onto it, creating a constant noise that made it very difficult to sleep.

• Gabriella (10/5): The apartment feels like home, and the location is perfect - The location is perfect, the biggest attractions can be reached by walking, or with a bus. (The closest bus stop is like 3 mins walk) The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. It really felt like home. The attention to detail is incredible. Everything I thought about that I would need was there. The host was very helpful and we could’ve always reached him if we would have any issues. Luckily we didn’t need to do that,but I know he would be helpful. He even provided a Google map link with the location of the nearest stores, pharmacies. In my next visit to Rome I’ll book the same apartment 100%. :) I liked everything. It was literally the perfect stay.:)
• Laura (9/5): Fabulous location - reasonable price! - The location was fabulous!!! 15 minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilica and Piazza Navona! There was air conditioning in both rooms and the loft was a nice "extra" space. The apartment was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator and a stove (although we didn't cook.) There were several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive and helped us get a car to the airport when we left, which was helpful because it was a holiday. Just a suggestion (not a complaint). I found a lamp upstairs but it wasn't plugged in and I couldn't find an outlet nearby. If one person wants to read (in the loft) and another is sleeping (on the pull out couch) the only lights I could find would illuminate the entire space.

• Tim (8/5): Very good, real bonus is the location, for the price and service - Excellent location, easy access to everything you'll need on arrival and a short walk to immediate requirements/attractions and connections. Hassle free, Luca was very helpful answered any questions promptly and provided useful information. Would have been nice if the bathroom door 'latched' but not a real problem.
• Arlene (9/5): A very comfortable and spacious place to stay for 2 or 3 people. - The location was quiet, but close to some major streets and attractions. I have always done most of my touring in Rome by foot and was able to do the same from this home. The host was excellent and responded quickly to questions. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport for us and they were terrific. The directions to the trash disposal could be different. We found it difficult to find. Once we found it, we discovered aa faster and more direct way to the location.

• Li (9/5): Superb - The apartment was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. It is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Vatican City, although it is a bit farther from the Colosseum, requiring a bus ride. However, this is not a problem. The apartment is situated in a small alley, which might initially seem a bit unsafe, but it is actually very secure. The only drawback is that the bathroom ceiling is quite low, so I had to bend down while showering (I am 180 cm tall).
• Joseph (8/5): Very good - The apartment was nice, plenty of room. Well equipped The bathroom was small, hard to fit under the shower for a tall person. No instructions for using the washing machine.
• Svetlana (10/5): the apartment is in a great location, walking distance to all attractions, the owner Andrea was in touch all the time, o - a good mattress, on which it is comfortable to sleep after a long day, a coffee machine with delicious coffee from the owner really helped to perk up in the morning, good Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix - helped to relax in the evenings no washing machine for guests, difficult to ventilate the apartment because only one window faces the street, little fresh air, the shower doesn't work well

• Joanna (8/5): Perfect place for a quick visit in Rome - The location of the apartment is perfect - in quiet area, but close enough (walking distance for those who like walking ;)) to the main attractions of Rome like the Vatican, Di Trevi Fountain, Campo di Fiori, Colosseo etc. The host was nice and helpful, we had no problems entering the apartment. It was a clean and quite comfortable place. The coffee was waiting for us:) Thank you! Lack of window in the bedroom. The room is situated on the ground floor with only a small window, so it was not much natural light, but it is not such a big problem. It would be nice to have a small cabinet or shelf in the bathroom to put cosmetic bags or clothes.
• Rebeca (10/5): Cosy place and amazing location - The location is great, right in the heart of the city, close to the Vatican and Sant'Angelo Castle and 2 minutes from public transportation stations. The place is cosy, clean and has everything you might need for a few days stay with friends or family. We did not meet with the host, but they gave us all the information we needed, including an online map with their recommendations. I would say it's a little bit noisy outside, due to the proximity of a big drive way( Lungotevere dei Sangallo) and the construction work that is being done next door, but it wasn't a major issue for us, since we could sleep from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Caleb (10/5): Nice roomy apartment near Vatican City - Spacious and pleasant apartment with a nice loft above the main room. Good location near the river. Wi-Fi was good. Washing machine and fridge worked well. Host was pleasant and communication was good. I would stay here again.
• Thiago (10/5): Exceptional - Great experience in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Castel Sant'Angelo. The owner Andrea was very attentive and provided all the necessary information via WhatsApp. It was really exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect during our stay. There is a construction work underway in the building next door, and it starts early at around 8 am. Luckily they don't work on the weekends, but as we got up early every day it didn't bother us.
• Sian (10/5): Perfecto! - Great location to see some of Rome’s major attractions, in a well appointed, clean and comfortable apartment. Nothing.
• Eleanor (8/5): Nice apartment great location - Brilliant location - walkable to all the main attractions (we walked to the colosseum, pantheon, Vatican, Trevi fountain etc.). The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had all of the necessary facilities as described. Nice that Netflix was available on the TV. The host (Luca) was exceptional and attentive and sent us some recommendations for the area, a couple of which we tried and enjoyed very much. The bathroom and bedroom doors did not close properly, which is probably fine if you are a couple but otherwise possibly something to be aware of. There was very loud construction noise in the mornings starting from about 8:30am. Obviously this cannot be helped and presumably temporary - our stay was beginning of September 2023 so if you are planning a stay in the near future and wanting a lie in, I would bring ear plugs!
• Karen (7/5): Okay for a short stay. - The location was great - restaurants, grocery shops, and transportation nearby. The fold out sofa bed was not very comfortable. The metal frame was too noticeable on my back. The bathroom door did not close properly or lock.

• Shula (10/5): Tasteful, affordable, great location - This was a great location. Central to so many great spots and the street was relatively quiet and not rowdy. There was some construction during the day but we were mostly out and about so it was fine. The kitchen is well stocked, extra linens for the bed, ample books and maps and things to read. This really was a charming space. The water heater wasn't working consistently the first couple of days but the owner was in contact with us regularly and showed up to show us a temporary fix until the technician could make it (it was Easter Sunday and Monday so no one was working). After that it worked like a charm. The beds were a little stiffer than I like, but I was able to sleep in them!
