• Fabiano (7/5): Alloggio ok ma ... - L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale e a 10 minuti di camminata dal quartiere Spacca Napoli. La struttura si presenta pulita e ben organizzata, con accessori , prodotti e asciugamani. La casa è arredata molto bene. Abbiamo alloggiato in 5 adulti, e in teoria dovevamo avere 2 letti matrimoniali e 1 letto singolo. In realtà il letto singolo era una piccola brandina, parecchio scomoda e con doghe rotte. La mia amica ha dovuto dormire in terra sul materasso. Abbiamo segnalato il problema ma non c'è stata nessuna risoluzione. Un grande peccato. Fuori dall'appartamento la zona non è delle migliori ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge la parte centrale di Napoli.

• Rehan Tafseer Syed (8/5): - The host was friendly and responsive, and he gave useful recommendations for parking in Naples. The room was clean, comfortable, and good for a short stay. The host was also kind and offered help after hearing that we had a medical emergency during our trip. The self check-in instructions could be improved. It was difficult to find staircase B, and we accidentally entered two wrong buildings before finding the correct one. Parking in the area was not easy, and the surroundings felt a bit dirty and unsafe, especially at night. The street parking directly in front was closed during the night. We also felt some pressure regarding returning the main entrance keys immediately, even after explaining that we were at the hospital due to an emergency and would return later that night to place the keys back. Unfortunately, late check-out was also not possible.
• Ion Catalin (6/5): Zona aceasta a orasului este de evitat chiar si pentru tranzit! - Self check-in, pozitionarea fata de gara centrala. Curatenia nu a excelat, apartamentul are nevoie de curatenie generala. Baia nu a fost curatata, nici aspirat pe jos. Usa de la intrare este din lemn masiv, cu o incuietoare primitiva. Pe sub usa este spatiu si pot intra vietati de pe scara, plus ca se aude orice zgomot de afara. Un mare minus este modul de viata din aceasta zona a orasului. In fata blocului sunt foarte multe grupuri de persoane care par si sunt periculoase. Oameni ai strazii care dorm pe saltele, gunoaie pe strada la tot pasul, imagine de ghetou care te face sa nu te simti in siguranta pe strada nici ziua, mai ales seara!

• Lara (8/5): Zelo lepo stanovanje, ki do popolnosti potrebuje temeljito čiščenje. - Super lokacija zraven železniške postaje in le par korakov do Spacca Napoli. Stanovanje je prostorno in postelje so zelo udobne. Lastnik izjemno prijazen in ustrežljiv. Kopalnica je bila izjemno umazana. Malo smo same počistile a v umivalniku je bila črna in trdovratna umazanija. Lastnika smo prosili, da se počisti in res je. A samo umivalnik. Umazana je ostala tuš kabina, bide, kuhinja,…. Umazano je bilo tudi pregrinjalo od postelje. Tega nam je menjal še isti večer. Klima v kopalnici ni delovala in ko smo se tuširale, nas je zeblo. Prav tako smo imele težavo s toplo vodo. Sprva je tekla topla voda, nato je pritekla ledena voda. Čez čas ponovno vroča. Skratka, stanovanje je potrebno temeljitega čiščenja in popravila vode.

• WILLIAM (10/5): Great apartment! - Great apartament, located 10 minutes away from. NAPOLI céntrale and 5 minutes from metro station. The apartment was clean and neat. Very recommended. The host was very attentive and helpful. Napoli is a different Italy, there is a lot of trash around the building and surrounding neighborhood. Just keep an eye on your belongings. I didn’t have any issues , but don’t trust. You’ll be fine

• Victoria (10/5): - Esta ubicada perfecta, la mejor. Al lado de la estación central y si quieres ir a pie tb puedes ir al centro a pue. Es perfecta. La cama supletoria era muy mala, y estaba retorcida, suerte que dormía mi hijo y no pesa pero no es para un adulto. También echamos de menos un microondas por comodidad.

Ho viaggiato in coppia con un collega e abbiamo potuto usufruire delle 2 camere da letto mantenendo ognuno la propria privacy. Le operazioni di check-in eseguite in autonomia sono state semplici e rapide. È stato tutto perfetto! Grazie!

• Zuhelen (8/5): It is a spacious apartment. - I had good communication with the Host he was clear with the instructions. The apartment is very spacious and renovated. The location is perfect because is very close to Napoli Centrale (Train station) The quality of mattresses There is no place to leave the luggage in case you arrive before check-in time, consider spending 22 euros more to leave your luggage somewhere else. The check-out time for my consideration is too early, 10 am.

• Radu (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very nice, it has two large bedrooms. The host is very helpful. The apartment has all the necessary equipment. The directions for finding the apartment could be more accurate. The apartment could be cleaner. The area does not seem very friendly.

It's located were close to the train station less then 5 minutes walk. Apartment is clean and the house is a very old Italian traditional and nice building. Apartment is clean and modern you have all modern facilities like air conditioner and all needed kitchen tools. Everything was great, This was our first visit in Napoli and are used to walking. You need to be able to walk 25-30 minutes to get to the Spagnoli district, but I assume there are busses.

The location was right to the central station, which is great for catching a train or a bus/taking a tour, however the area is quite dirty. This has nothing to do with the host or the apartment, it just seems to be a general theme in Naples.

• Kate (9/5): Clean, modern, comfortable. - Nice modern apartment and very comfortable. Beds were lovely and big, USB ports for charging, fully equipped kitchen. Self check-in was smooth. Was worried about the fourth floor but there is a lift. I thought there was a total of three beds so that’s why I booked as we are a group of four but only one pair OK to share. Unfortunately there was only a trundle bed but it was not made up as we needed to specifically request that, so our friend went and stayed elsewhere.
