Kelli (10/5): My favorite place in TP HCM after staying in several locations - Stayed in 2 bedroom 1 bath apt. Main bedroom has great view and I found the bed very comfortable. The apt is equipped with all you want. Washing machine is especially handy. Loved the location. Take the footbridge across the river for a really nice walk. Good choice of minimarts either in the building or very close. Peaceful and friendly building. Pool with is lovely

Renae (3/5): Host needs to work on their customer service skills - The size of the apartment was good and clean. The photos of the furnishings are not the furniture you get. Clearly a different room. The host was constantly badgering us about payment from the moment we got there, even though we were staying 3 nights. Very demanding and calling me on WhatsApp and then asking me why I won’t pick up the phone (it was just in the next room I was tending to my baby). If they wanted cash on arrival they should have said this. Every other host has been gracious and flexible, asking me how I would like to pay and when it would be convenient to come up to the room. This experience was the complete opposite, I felt like they were more of a Debt Collector than a host. Beds were clean but not overly comfortable. Bad end to our holiday
Vu (10/5): Clean, comfortable space with dry bathrooms in a great central neighborhood - This property is super clean and the bathrooms don’t get wet! Location is wonderful, close to everything but in a peaceful neighborhood. Staff were friendly, communicative, and very responsive. The air conditioning is super effective, cooling the whole place down within minutes. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen has all the amenities, and having a washer was nice. We traveled with small children and it was a comfortable stay. Would book again. Elevators often took a while. Also, on a couple of occasions the power went out but then quickly restarted.
