Appartamento spazioso e gradevole, camera matrimoniale comoda e bagno funzionale La seconda cameretta é un po' sacrificata, divanetto-letto un po' piccolo e non c'erano lenzuola (abbiamo prenotato per 3 persone adulte)

• Feride Irem (8/5): Excellent stay with a few suggestions. - I really enjoyed the location; it’s perfect and so close to the metro. The check-in instructions were crystal clear. On the downside, the house needs a more thorough cleaning. Additionally, providing some bottled water and coffee in the fridge would be a great touch for future guests.

• Georgia (5/5): - Μείναμε 4 νύχτες και 5 ημέρες στο κατάλυμα. Δυστυχώς είχαμε κάποια προβλήματα. Στο μπάνιο έβγαιναν νερά δίπλα από την τουαλέτα και αναγκαζόμασταν να βάζουμε πετσέτες κάτω για να μην πλημμυρίζει ο χώρος. Επίσης, για τόσες ημέρες διαμονής δεν ήρθε ποτέ κανείς να αλλάξει σεντόνια ή να γίνει κάποιος καθαρισμός. Θα περίμενα καλύτερη συντήρηση και εξυπηρέτηση.

• HEEJEONG (9/5): - 위치가 아주 좋음. 지하철역에서 가깝고 저녁마다 아크로폴리스 산책할 수 있음. 넓고 세탁기.주방 시설,그릇,칼 등 다 잘 갖추고 있음. 슈퍼 가까움. 약간 어둡고, 교회 종소리 나지만 지내기에 방해되지 않음. 두번째 방은 더블베드 아니고 매트리스 합치는 소파 더블베드? 이지만 편하게 잠. 욕실의 벽에 있는 구급함은 떼는 게 좋을 거 같아요.샤워 부스안에 샴푸..등 놓을ㅈ곳이 있으면 좋겠어요

В квартире было все что нужно для проживания, мыло, шампуни, кухонные принадлежности, кофеварка, чайник, холодильник и т.д Звуки колоколов в 7:30 от церкви, так же в субботу под балконом играют на музыкальных инструментах довольно громко. В квартире слышны звуки холодильника, ночью это раздражает.
• Michelle (7/5): Overall the stay was pleasant.if you’re looking for something short term to rest your head, this place is perfect. If yo - The location of the property was perfect. Metro only a few minutes walk away. Easy to see different part of Athens while also having the ability to take a break at the apartment. Air conditioning in each room was lovely and helped drown out the noise from the street below, though we didn’t really have any problems with noise. We found the beds quite comfortable and the rooms welcoming. Tv was easy to use and we signed into our own Netflix account for streaming. The couch in the living room was relatively comfortable but did tend to slowly come apart after a while as it’s a sofa couch. Wasn’t a problem since we were out most of the day each day. The property wasn’t prepared as requested (both beds made up). I saw previous posts regarding this so made sure to communicate it right away. Disappointing arriving to it not prepared, though the owner made his way over right away to fix the problem. We later found a dirty towel from a previous guest behind the bathroom door, kinda gross but made me question whether the cleaner’s are doing a deep clean. Part way through the trip the owner offered to do a clean for us. Perfect! We hoped this meant a wipe down and removal or refresh of the towels or garbage, unfortunately all that appeared to happen was our beds were made for us and possibly changed. No garbage bags were supplied aside from one that was in the can when we arrived, so we had use what we had on hand and eventually just bought a few from a local grocery store. The kitchen was not fully stocked for long term use (we were there for 2 weeks). No wine opener, coffee pot had no filter, limited kitchen use items, no dish towels etc. It was nice having a washing machine in the apartment but no detergent was supplied so we had to purchase this on our own. The lift broke down part way through our trip which obviously isn’t the owners problem, just unfortunate as we had a baby and our trip was for medical reasons so carrying luggage downstairs was unfortunate.

The instructions provided to enter are clear as well. There were some delays in communication, which might have been one time thing, as our schedule was also tight. Anyway, eventually we received the relevant information.

• Martina (10/5): - Nejúžasnější byla poloha. Je to jen kousek od Acropole, kousek od metra a tramvajové zastávky s trasou k moři. Obchodů několik snad do 200 metrů, restaurace, opravdu všechno je neuvěřitelně skvělé dostupné. V těch vedrech jsme ocenili klimatizaci, děti možnost Netflixu. Kompletně vybaveno. Prostě nic nám nechybělo.

• Denise (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay, recommended. - Comfortable, good couch, TV, coffee machine and aircon We booked 2 bedrooms and only 1 bed was made up. A glitch in getting our check in details but the host was responsive.
• Deanna (10/5): Truly at athens heart between local and tourist areas - 5 minute walk to two main metros and acropolis south entrance. Super spacious and comfortable - almost too comfortable that one can just stay easily in all day like home. Full cooking kitchen. Modern and clean design . Great mix of locals and tourist area . Greek restaurant downstairs is top cuisine and a 24 hour greek diner around the corner. Shower could have more hot water but is fine for the hot summer .

There was a small delay and confusion at checking in but the host quickly responded and sorted it out for us very quickly.

• Stefano (10/5): Exceptional - It's the perfect place to stay for visiting all major sites in Athens while also wanting to enjoy the culinary bits and avoiding the usual tourist traps! The flat is really spacious (except for the balcony, but that's city life) and modern. The Acropolis is a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

• Maureen (7/5): Good - Excellent location and lots of space. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The property is listed as 2 bedroom with 2 double beds but it is not. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the second bedroom plus another in the lounge. The second bed was not made up and we had to ask to have this done. The sofa bed had a bar in the middle. It was not too bad for one person but would have been terrible for a couple. Therefore I think this property is not suitable for two couples. It would better suit a family with children. The description should be changed so that the listing is correct.

• Katerina (7/5): Great location, lovely apartment, sadly a few things did mess up our short stay. - The location was incredible… and the apartment was very clean. Sadly on arrival after a long journey with 5 people, only one bed was made up. We had no bedding or towels and only two sofas to sleep on. 6 hours later and two phone calls we had bedding dropped off that we then had to make up our beds our selves late that night. There was no dressing table or mirror to get ready in one of the Bedrooms, this was tricky. Also asked for a 2pm check in, sadly didn’t get any information from them until 3pm, meaning we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour before we could enter.
