A cozinha muito bem equipada. Em geral foi uma boa estadia Dois pontos me incomodaram. O primeiro foi a falta de transparência na hora de fechar a reserva quanto a taxa de limpeza, pode ter sido uma falta de atenção da minha parte, mas eu nao lembro de ter visto essa taxa sendo mencionada na hora de fechar a reserva e colocar os dados do cartao. So vi sobre essa taxa na hora que o valor (diferente do que eu tinha visto anteriormente) caiu na minha fatura. Fiquei chateada com essa falta de transparência, mas pode ter sido uma falta de atenção da minha parte. Irei simular novamente uma reserva pra confirmar. O segundo ponto: ar condicionado. Ele nao funcionou durante nossa estadia o que tornou muito desconfortável para dormir.

RicardoBarb (1/5): n/a - n/a No check-in, fui surpreendido com uma política não informada previamente: exigência de envio de documentos de visitantes via WhatsApp. A reserva mencionava apenas documentos dos hóspedes — o que foi cumprido. Recusei, por não ser prática comum, indicando que a praxe é a identificação de visitantes na portaria, o que eu faria sem problemas. Disseram que não seria possível e, por telefone, orientaram-me a solicitar o cancelamento, prometendo autorização. Segui as instruções, mas o pedido foi negado. Não utilizei o serviço e considero que houve má-fé e mudança unilateral das condições, agravada pela falsa promessa de cancelamento que não foi autorizado. Até agora, após várias tentativas de contato com a hospedagem e com o Booking, não recebi o reembolso de uma reserva de uma semana.

It’s a fob key/tag and it’s annoying to use it since nowhere else has this system being a hotel or etc
John (1/5): It didn't happen. - We COULDN'T GET IN. THE person who rented us the apartment failed to provide the code for the unit, and the property security guard had no way to let us in. It was also next to impossible to locate a number we could call for help. That ended up being Booking.com and altho the staff were friendly, they did not tell us we had to allow up to 45 minutes to hear back from the actual owner of the unit who had the code that would let us in. Arriving late at night, this was a pain in the neck. We ended up having to find another hotel and rent a different room. Finally, the process of getting reimbursed is too complicated. Not sure I would trust either Booking.com or the Onyx Hotel for any future rentals. There has to be a more efficient way to make sure the apartment is actually enterable! See above note.
