- Joao Victor (8/5): Dentro do que apresentado no anúncio. - O flat esta em uma boa localização. Próximo a estação de metrô que chega a qualquer lugar da cidade. No prédio tem mini mercado, mini farmácia, café da manhã com um preço justo, R$ 35,00 por pessoa, piscina, spa, salão, academia, locker (para guardar bagagem), com custo de R$ 30,00, o dia. A noite possui restaurante com preço justo também, que serve sanduiche, pratos executivos. Tem freezer com cerveja e chopp. De modo geral a acomodação é muito boa, o responsável nos atendeu super bem. A única situação que aconteceu foi que o apartamento não estava 100% limpo, tinha muito cabelo no chão, copos sujos. Mas ao entrar em contato com o responsável, imediatamente se prontificou a realizar uma nova limpeza, o que demonstra o cuidado e zelo com o hóspede.

O flat estava bem limpo , as camas são confortáveis , permitiram deixar o carro no estacionamento no período da manhã , antes do Check-in e também retira-lo no final do dia após o horário do Check-out o que foi bem útil pra nós. Tem a comodidade de ter um restaurante no mesmo prédio o que ajudou bastante depois de um dia exaustivo de congresso . Retornaremos com certeza .
