• Julie (1/5): - eieren kansellerte oppholdet selv om det allerede var betalt (hadde booket for en natt men det var tydeligvis ikke greit) og nekter å bidra med å gi oss pengene tilbake. så her gikk nesten 2000 kr rett i kassa til partene involvert
• SEBASTIÁN MANUEL (5/5): - La ubicación fantástica, pero la decoración muy cutre y la bañera tenía manchas de humedad (Moho) donde se unía el alicatado con las ceráicas. Mejor decoración y más limpieza y mejores condiciones en el baño.

• Aiora (6/5): Estancia mejorable en el centro de Florencia - El apartamento estaba muy céntrico. La anfitriona fue muy amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y me dejó quedarme un poco más de la hora de salida, que es de agradecer. Había polvo y no estaba muy limpio. La lavadora estaba rota. El apartamento es muy antiguo, un bajo interior. No había cobertura en algunas partes del apartamento y el wifi es un pequeño aparato que tienes que mover contigo por la casa, y ni siquiera funciona en todo momento.
• Tyler (9/5): DONT LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOOL YOU. - i loved the central location, literally a stones throw away from the duomo and other notable attractions. The host was very hospitable with me and gave clear instructions on how to get into the property and on how to use the free wifi. i was apprehensive at first as some of the reviews wasn't very good, but i implore you not to base your decision on the reviews as it doesnt give a true reflection of the property or the host. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Yes the property is slightly dated but that should be expected in a city as old as florence. THANKYOU FOR THE MOST PERFECT STAY IN MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE CITY IN ITALY! hot water was sparce so had to get cold showers but to be honest i didnt mind as it was quite warm so cooled me down instantly, also the wifi signal is very weak and kept disconnecting but again things like this happen in an old city. the bathroom window wouldnt close so mosquitos kept coming and invading my space but with that being said its not a negative thing, just some constructive cricticism.
• Robert (5/5): It’s a cheap place, with a good location. However you get what you pay for, for sure - Understand that I’d give a place an 8 if it’s quiet, clean and functioning. Overall I’d give this AirB&B 5/10. It’s a relatively inexpensive place but “you do get what you pay for”. Location is good, Florence is a walkable city for sure. The place keeps the rain off your head. Beds are comfortable. Apartment is old, but not in a quaint way, in my opinion. Overall the place needs a handyman’s touch. Readjust door lock, redo all window locks, new screens, add hot water to sink, fix kitchen cupboard before it falls from the wall and finally, better consistent internet. It was quiet for us, but you could hear your neighbours, so if they were loud, it would be an issue. Ants in tub, my wife did not like that at all. Had an odor upon entering, however neighborhood seemed to have it as well. It was clean, but could be cleaner. My wife said a lot cleaner.
• Guillem (1/5): If you want to stay in an apartment with barely any electricity, Wi-Fi, or oven, and with a rude host, stay at this plac - So disappointed, when we arrived, we picked up the key to a parking space on the street, and when we tried to open the front door, the key was so weak that it broke. We told the hostess about the problem over the phone and received very poor treatment. She started yelling and insulting us and didn't help us solve the problem. On the other hand, once we got in, we didn't like the accommodation too much. There were no sheets on the beds, some electrical outlets didn't work. We bought some frozen pizzas, and then it resulted than the oven didn't work either... Not to mention that there was very little coverage and the Wi-Fi worked very poorly.
• Anisim (4/5): Good location, but better search for another one! - Location is very good. All major attractions are in walking radius. Apartment are significantly not as described. No heating, only two small electric heaters. No any permanent heating system. At winter for sure will be cold inside. Maybe you will be able to heat one room a little bit. No air conditioner. No any signs of it. Absolutely absent! Windows are old and not adjusted. You cannot close and lock it. And no anti-mosquito mesh on windows. You think you close it when going out in the morning, and at evening you arrive to apartments full of mosquitos because windows opened by itself... For hot water in shower only available 50 liters electric boiler, which enough only for one person. For next shower you have to wait 1,5 hours to heat water again. Door of washing machine broken and stay apart. It possible to put it in locked position, if you know how, but for sure it should be not like this. But host consider it normal situation... Apartment not very clean, floor a bit streaky, walls and doors have stains and cracks Key for entrance door not working properly. You have to catch position by moving it in and out slightly, till key turns. No electric sockets near bed. Only two sockets for whole bedroom, so you have to choose you want TV, Heater, or change your phone. I have 3 meters USB cable, and it was barely enough to reach bed from charger plugged into nearest socket. No proper WiFi internet. Host provided portable cellular modem with very weak reception. To use it, need to put modem outside, behind window. It will work few hrs on battery, than you will need to recharge it. Walls are very thick, and apartment are in inner part of house. You have to search for position around apartment to have internet, or even voice call on your smartphone working. Not recommended...
• Jeniffer (1/5): Super messed up - Nothing plus out of order of the kettle and washing machine, broken bed cover. No wifi no one told us how to find the key box. The walls were covered by poisonous blue and ceilings were peeled off mosquito blood and body were marked on the wall and even sucked on the ceiling and wall to waiting for us
• Brobry (9/5): An apartment that was "just like home" for me !! - This apartment is very much the same as the apartment I had, when living in Livorno. Perhaps it's the nostalgia for something that I knew and loved, so I'm somewhat biased in my assessment; but this apartment was perfect for me!! While there were things in the kitchen that didn't function as expected, or work at all, I'd just pivot to use something else, for my purposes (e.g. boiling water in a pot, as the kettle didn't work). For me, the important thing was the freedom and privacy that the space provided. It was fresh and clean! The bedroom was set up perfectly for me - large, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi unit within reach, television -- all the things you expect form a hotel room. The other sitting room/bedroom I used for dressing and luggage storage. The bathroom was perfectly fine for me - hot water on demand! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots pans, etc. I didn't really need to use a lot of these, as I only made coffee for myself in the morning, I didn't actually store food or cook or anything. I admit that the kitchen appliances could use some upgrade/refresh or repair (in some instances), but everything I used was just fine for my purposes. The host was personable and available through WhatsApp communication to answer any questions or for general information. I was VERY happy spending my week in Florence, knowing I had this apartment. BONUS: The surrounding neighborhood had interesting shops and restaurants, a large CONAD grocery store within a five-minute walk, a great lively "vibe" and so close to the city center, yet also apart. Everything was within walking distance!! I would definitely stay here again ! The kitchen could use an upgrade, fridge not working properly, kettle not working, The kitchen could be decluttered and set up to function a little better. I think the challenge is the location of electrical outlets, which make it inconvenient to use some things e.g. microwave, where that would need to be moved to a table, from off the top of the fridge. For first-time travelers using the apartment, it would be helpful to have updated info on finding the key lockbox, which key opens the main door, and which apartment on the main floor is the one you've rented (the doors weren't market and should have some sort of identification label). It would also be helpful to have a posted reference chart: how to logon and use the TV, how to trouble-shoot the Wi-Fi unit, where to locate the grocery store, other shop recommendations and what's available in the area (a map, where to find the external garbage receptacles, for instance) and other general info and tips to help "navigate" your stay in the apartment. As I've lived in Italy for many years, I had a general understanding of the quirky nature and was able to figure things out quickly, without having to ask. I'd recommend that the host create an "FAQ" (frequently asked questions) reference guide for the tenants which would really be helpful and make them feel more comfortable here. Bottom line, of course there are some things that could have been better, but overall, I LOVED the apartment and would stay there again!!

• Angelita (9/5): The location was great! - The location was amazing all the landmarks were walking distance. The apartment was clean and cosy and the owner was excellent in communicating with us. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back to stay. Everything was great.

• Marcelo (9/5): Outstanding location and very quiet at night. Superb host. I would love to come back! - The location was excellent. The property is just a few minutes walk to the main attractions: 10 minutes to the Duomo, 12 minutes to Piazza della Signoria, 13 minutes to the Ufizi Gallery, etc. The property is on a narrow and very quiet street. The bedrooms' windows look towards an inner yard, so it's absolutely quiet during the night. The host was excellent, kept in touch and made sure everything was OK. Some minor repairs and fixes are necessary. Examples: the shower head could not stay in place, the washing machine loading door was broken (but functional), and the microwave oven did not have an available power socket nearby and had to be moved to the dining table to be used.
