It had facilities that were shown online Microwave door handle was broken from inside so we can't use it. Also glass partition attached to bath tub was not fixed properly. Shower was forceful. Water was spreading everywhere outside. Please do repair these few things..

• Sabine (8/5): Insgesamt netter Aufenthalt - Die Unterkunft war zentral wenige Minuten vom Tower entfernt, gute Anbindung mit Bus und District line. Wir sind im App zu dritt gewesen, haben das auch so gebucht. Es gab 1 Glas und zwei Tassen, kein Geschirrtuch, 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für 3 Tage!
• João (10/5): Great apartment and location! - Great location and excellent apartment. Althouth it does not have reception, it was easy to check in (by the app, can be done 24 hours per day, even berofe arriving there, saving our time). The light outside the room sometimes switched on during the night, and the courtin it's not enouh to cut the light. But it was a minor situation.

Tower, Themse, Supermärkte und nette Pubs direkt in der Nähe Der Anbieter war immer gut erreichbar und Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Der Aufzug war defekt und die Wohnung im 5. Stock! Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr minimalistisch. Besteck und Geschirr reichten nicht für 4 Personen. Das Sofa war für 2 Personen (Teenager) sehr unbequem. Die Lüftung im Bad ging nicht.

• Marcela (9/5): Nice block, nice apt and very good service. - Block of flats private but not too large of impersonal. The hosts were great responding immediately to everything. When teh code to teh apt door was wrong they gave us the correct one in less than a minute. There was a generic "loud noise" alert Saturday evening but when we questionedcit -as w head nothing on - the hosts said there was a general complaint by one flat not about us. They were very nice.
• Gemma (2/5): - Falta mucho mantenimiento, las camas y almohadas eran muy blandas, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba, el enchufe del baño era distinto al resto y no encajaba el secador y las puertas en general se cerraban solas. Además no hay espacio para dejar las maletas antes o después del check in. No lo recomiendo.

• Dominique (7/5): - De locatie was top, vlakbij openbaar vervoer en meerdere restaurants en supermarktjes op loopafstand. De staat van het apartement, ondanks dat het waarschijnlijk nog niet zo lang geleden was gerenoveerd, zag het er al uitgeleefd uit. Keukenkastjes scheef, drempels los, muren beschadigd of vies van een lekkage, plint douchebak kapot. Daarnaast waren de matrassen al doorgelegen. De hygiëne was prima, goed schoongemaakt, schone lakens en handdoeken. Het interieur en keukengerei kon wat uitgebreider. Precies genoeg servies en bestek om 1x te gebruiken. Niet genoeg stoelen om met 4 personen aan tafel te zitten. Gelukkig waren we weinig op het apartement, het weer was schitterend en genoeg te doen in Londen.

• Ophélie (8/5): Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Londres - - Emplacement: à proximité des commerces et des stations de métro. - Logement assez grand et conforme aux photos. - Quartier sympa Mauvaise insonorisation des fenêtres: prévoir des boules quiés! Notre code attribué pour ouvrir la porte de notre appartement n'était pas le bon, heureusement qu'il y avait un concierge pour nous aider!

The apartment was clean and the amenities were great. We had one minor issue during our stay, but the staff resolved it within 15 minutes of us mentioning it. Highly recommended for the excellent service and location!

Bed, kitchen living room excellent. The fact you had to pre register and provide idea. I requested an early check in twice and was informed no problem. I was sent entry instructions and arrived at 12pm. Code didn’t work. Called and told I would have to pay extra. No lift and 3 flights of stairs with luggage. Poor family with 2 babies and pushchairs struggling.

• Sara-Bonny (6/5): Mit Kind nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage war spitze, ein moderner Gedanke des Interiors war gegeben Der Boden war dreckig, klebrig Wir haben ein Appartment im 4. Stock bekommen. Bei Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, der Lift funktioniert nicht. Wir haben ein Kind (1Jahr, 2Monate) was sich demnach etwas schwierig mit Kinderwagen und Co. gestaltet hat. Sich war ich vom gebuchten Apartment enttäuscht, da es zu 4 1/2 doch beengt war. Auch haben wir für unsere Tochter zusätzlich gezahlt, aber ein weitere Schlafmöglichkeit außerhalb unseres Bettes, gab es nicht.
• Jennifer (5/5): London gerne wieder, aber ein anderes Hotel - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Man hatte gute Anbindungen zu Bus und Bahn. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war auch gut. Wir hatten zwei separate Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen. Keine Schlüssel für das Hotel - alle Türen ließen sich mit Code öffnen. Leider war es etwas schmutzig in einigen Räumen. Die Oberfläche in der Küche war fleckig und die Armaturen im Bad auch. Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich, es wurde aus mehreren Teilen zusammengestellt, was man spürte. Der Esstisch war für ein Apartment zu klein, wenn mann sich selbst versorgen möchte.

In dem Appartement waren einige Sachen defekt, wie die Lüftung im Badezimmer, ein Stuhl im Wohnzimmer, eine Zimmertür die nicht geschlossen werden kann usw.. Des weitern waren die Betten durchgelegen. Die Appartements haben Pflege notwendig. Sauberkeit: der Boden war sehr Dreckig, meine weisen Socken kann ich im Müll entsorgen :-( Der Rest war sauber.

• lucia (8/5): Perfecto para una visita corta a Londres. - El alojamiento está bien, es fiel a las fotos del anuncio. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una corta estancia en Londres . Estación De metro muy cerca. Bares y establecimientos para comer en la zona. Estuvimos en un cuarto piso y el ascensor estaba roto.

• Dean (3/5): Wouldn't stay again - Arrived to no lift and unable to get in room. Once we got access the room was not cleaned and the wrong room which took time and effort via calling some support agents to sort on our part. Eventually getting into another cleaned room, the room is different and darker than the photos above feeling cheap and not well looked after. The outside of the room had rubbish and hoovers the few days we stayed. Would not stay with Kula again.

• Chris (6/5): Would not recommend. - Very poor communication regarding the actual check in. Repeatedly sent messages asking for information already provided. Send messages saying go to link but link removed from message. Finally got information. Arrived at the property to discover the lift is not working and the apartment is on the 4th floor! Not impressed. The apartment itself was actually good but the whole experience spoilt by the very poor communication and no lift!

• Daniela (7/5): Gute Unterkunft mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln - würde ich aber wieder buchen! - Die Lage war super. Schnell zur Underground oder zum Bus. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Leider nur eine Bettdecke pro Bett (Übernachtung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, 4 Freundinnen) Die Fußleisten waren leider sehr dreckig. Ich muss einmal nach gebessert werden. Das Bad war okay. Irgendetwas war an der Duschwanne abgebrochen. Sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht wirklich schalldicht. Am Schlimmsten war der Geruch auf dem Treppenflur. Dort roch es sehr sehr stark nach Fisch. Kann wahrscheinlich aus dem Sushi Laden nebenan

• Enrica (8/5): Appartamento spazioso in ottima posizione - Ottima posizione comoda a Liverpool Station e a tutti i mezzi. L'appuntamento è comodo e spazioso, siamo state molto bene. Ritorneremo sicuramente. L'ascensore era rotto e l'appartamento è al quarto piano quindi si devono fare le scale a piedi, non andrebbe bene per persone anziane.

• Giannis Dallas (9/5): εξαιρετικη - η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη, κοντα σε σταθμο μετρο και πολυ κοντα στο tower hill. το διαμερισμα ηταν καινουργιο και καθαρο και σχετικα ανετο , ηταν στις διαστασεις οπως το περιεγραφε στο booking . ησυχη περιοχη με αρκετα εστιατορια , pub και super market κοντα μας . ο οικοδεσποτης απαντουσε αμεσα στα μηνματα και μας εδινε αναλυτικες πληροφοριες . οταν φτασαμε στο διαμερισμα ειχε χαλασει το ανσασερ και υπηρχε μονιμα ατομο για να ανεβασει τις βαλιτσες στο διαμερισμα . το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα θα μπορουσε να ειχε λιγα σκευη κουζινας παραπάνω , ποτηρια -μαχιαρια-πιατα κ.λ.π , θα μπορουσα να τα ειχα ζητησει απο τον οικοδεσποτη και να μου τα εδινε . ειναι ομως πολυ μικρη λεπτομερεια μπροστα σε ολες τα πλεονεκτηματα που εχει το καταλυμα .

Nice location for Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Not really the property but it is on a busy road so if you are a light sleeper you can hear everything outside.

Tiene muchos servicios en el entorno, supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes, cafeterías, etc. La casa está bien equipada y los colchones son cómodos. Muy recomendable para una estancia tranquila en Londres. El ascensor no funcionaba
• Nicole (8/5): Tolle Lage - Preis Leistung passt - Die Lage ist spitze. U-Bahn, kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants und Cafés alles gleich in der Nähe. Das bezahlt man aber auch. Tolles Internet war sehr schnell. Eine Grundausstattung in der Küche ist vorhanden. Es war sehr laut in der Wohnung. Man hörte den Straßenlärm sowie die U-Bahn, genauso die Nachbarn nebenbei wenn Türen geöffnet wurden. Auf den Fotos wirkte das Apartment deutlich größer. Die Küche bzw. Herd war nicht sehr sauber.

Then stay at Durms Kula Tower Bridge. - Property’s location was amazing, and aside from that, it was also well-organized and tidy. During my 8-day stay on the 5th floor, the lift was out of order. Housekeeping was not provided at any point during my stay, and we had to purchase our own toilet paper from a local store. Other than its location, unfortunately this place was not worth the money. The person I spoke to on the phone said that if the elevator was broken, we could find someone on the street to help carry our belongings up to the 5th floor. This is completely unacceptable. Even though it looked generally clean, it was obvious that no thorough cleaning had been done. The stovetop and oven were extremely dirty, and they needed a deep clean before we could use them.

Nicht funktionstüchtige Heizung im Winter, mangelhafte Kochutensilien (2 Töpfe), kein Salz oder Pfeffer, keine Badewanna, Bad war nur schwerstens schließbar, mussten extra anrufen beim Check-In da wir keinen Türcode zeitgerecht bekommen haben. Dass für 4 Tage Aufenthalt nur 3 Geschirrspülertabs vorhanden ware.n, war auch fragwürdig

• Sanjeshwar (6/5): - Location was good Easy to communicate with staff even though they are not onsite Apartment has what you need for few days Had to carry 3 suite case each weighing 20kg each to level 4 using stairs after having 9hrs of travelling.Imagine arriving and finding out that lift is not working. When approached host he stated “it develop fault over last couple of days”. When informed that there has been comments couple of weeks, even I saw a year ago lift was not operational that time as well. The host stated that it has been working intermittently after repairs. Be careful if you got kids or have mobility issues and ready to climb stairs. -out of 5 nights 3 nights has been noisy outside on street and noise can reach room easily.
• Xiu qing (1/5): - Location is very good! We lived on the third floor, but there is no lift. That is difficult for us to take the luggage.

• Sara (4/5): صعب على النظيف انه يسكن هنا - وجود غساله وثلاجه ونظام تدفئه الاصنصير خربان .. وكان السكن بدور بعيد ومافي احد يساعد بشيل الشناط .. دوره المياه مقرفه وغير نظيفه و زجاج البانيو غير مثبت ويتحرك من مكانه ويوجد عفن اسود بالجدران وكرسي الحمام مقرف ومكانه ضيق صعب الجلوس فيه السكن فيه ريحه ناس وصخه مكتوب بالحجز ان الشقه ل 4 اشخاص ولكن هو سرير مزدوج صغير ل شخصين و كنبه مفتوحه غير مريحه للنوم كنت ابحث عن سكن اخر من كثر ما انقرفت ولكن اضطرينا لانها بالقرب من شغلي شكينا لهم الاصانصير وقالوا لنا بيجيبون شخص يساعدنا بنقل الشناط ولم يرد علنا احد بعدها
• perretta (10/5): - The apartment is in a convenient location. It is only a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Tube station and just 3 minutes from the nearest metro stop. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, clean, and warm. One thing that would be better to know in advance is that it is on the 5th floor with no elevator, which could be an issue for some people. Apart from that, everything was perfect—I would stay there again. Below there are quite a few very good places to eat.

• Laetitia (4/5): Teleurstellend! - De locatie is top. Dicht bij verschillende metrostations en buslijnen. Op korte afstand van de Tower of London en Tower Bridge. De slechte staat van het appartement: schimmel op de muren, vochtvlekken op het plafond, water dat vanaf het plafond naar beneden druppelt op de vloer, .. Op de foto’s ziet alles er heel mooi uit, maar ter plaatse valt meteen op hoe slecht het appartement onderhouden wordt. Dit is niet wat je verwacht voor deze prijs. Bij aankomst was het ook 35 graden in het appartement. Ondanks onmiddellijk openen van de ramen, verlagen van de thermostaat en dichtdraaien van de verwarming bleef het gedurende ons hele verblijf meer dan 24 graden in het appartement. Slapen met de ramen open was geen optie omwille van de pubs en het straatlawaai. Het appartement lag op de 4e verdieping en de lift is gedurende heel ons verblijf defect, ondanks dat we dit onmiddellijk bij aankomst gemeld hebben. Ook was er geen koffiemachine aanwezig, hoewel dit volgens de beschrijving wel het geval zou moeten geweest zijn. In de gang op onze verdieping hing een sterke cannabis geur en stond een val voor ongedierte.

• Lauris (9/5): Satisfied - Liked location.Very close to tower bridge.Good space for parents with 2 kids can sleep in separate rooms. Toilet flush needs looked at might come loose after a while of using and finish around main flat door lock not the best.
