Having travelled extensively this is in my top 3 of all time holiday accomodations. Did not stay long enough!

• Olivia (7/5): Bon séjour globalement - La maison est très belle, bien décorée, spacieuse, et bien située dans Margaret River pour pouvoir se déplacer à pieds. Quand nous sommes arrivés le premier soir il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude et nous avons dû prendre une douche froide. Nous avons prévenu l’hôte qui n’a pas réagi avant le lendemain matin. Le lendemain, le problème a été résolu heureusement. Le ménage avait été fait mais en surface, nous avons trouvé des poils et des ongles dans la salle de bain.

• Carrie (9/5): Great location and well equipped property - Great central location, private drive/parking, full kitchen including provided coffee pods and tea, very clean, comfortable sofa and smart tv Bed not the most comfortable and pillows need replacing! Is on a Main Street so noise might be loud if a light sleeper but didn’t bother me.

• Carole (9/5): We have stayed here a few times and never been disappointed . Great lace for a couple. Peace and quiet and near to every - Location. Comfy bed. Perfect space for a couple. Has everything we needed. Loved the new couch very comfy. Nothing really,though I do think the bedding was a bit worn.
• Annabel (8/5): Perfect accommodation for us as we spent most of our time attending wedding functions. - The location is excellent if you need a property that is within easy walking distance to town. The only downside is that the road it is on is very busy and so you get lots of traffic noise during the day (not at night). So the 'tranquility' factor is not there .... but the convenience factor definitely is. Bad timing on our part ... the house next door is being built so we got a lovely 7am wake up from the tradesmen and drop saws and electronica music all day until they knocked off. Can't be avoided I guess.
• Chloe (9/5): Great cottage in top location. - Great little cottage with enough room for a couple to enjoy a few days away. Lovely little fire place to keep warm and everything you need in a great location. If I had to find something it would be there was no cheese knives but that was no big deal. The pillows were a bit lumpy and bed could have been comfier but did not affect our stay.

Perfect as a base for walking the cape to cape and coming 'home' to recover, have a lovely meal out and a good night's sleep. Great location with easy access to all that Margaret River has to offer. The pillows in the bedroom really need replacing! They were so uncomfortable that we bought new ones from the bedding store in town.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - You know that feeling when you walk into a place, and think " we are the first to stay here". Well this place has it, immaculately clean, every little detail thought of and items of use, like suncream and some very nice toiletries. Being next to the road did not bother us, just close the bedroom windows at night, and leave the aircon on. Good location from town, beautiful maintained gardens, help yourself to lemons. No problem booking this place again. The BBQ self lighter does not work, after having asked the person who looks after the place. Yes light it yourself, which does not seem a big deal, until I discovered nothing to light it with. So landed up having to use gas top, with a bit of cardboard. This is an accident waiting to happen, as the area is bone dry, a fire could start just like that. Us oversees traveller's, don't have a box of matches handy, or lighters. So either leave some at the property, or even better as know of the problem, get the BBQ fixed. Also the main cooker, fan is touching metal, so don't be alarmed with the metal screeching. The oven works fine, I did report this, as you cannot expect the owners to test every single item out when cleaning.
• Nicholas (6/5): The Dairy has so much potential, but really lacks the finer points whilst charging a premium rate. - Located within a very short walk to Margaret River Town A very nice outdoor area and beautiful native flora Modern and spacious with reasonable facilities Great pans and sharp knives Great Parking Generally clean, but pockets of grubby Nowhere to sit comfortably and relax during the evening due to awful quality sofa and chair Bedding wasn't cotton or natural fabrics and pillows were terrible The road is close and noisy......albeit not too bad if windows closed. BBQ was very dirty and old (was only a small Weber Baby Q, so not expensive to replace) Got a message saying I'd be charged $50 if BBQ was dirty, when it was already unusable and filthy when we arrived and didn't use it (we didn't complain and just ate out)

• Anna (9/5): A little gem in the heart of Margaret River township. A - Fabulous location and property. Tastefully furnished and easy live in. Well resourced kitchen. Lovely outdoor area with table setting and beautiful garden. The location was also well suited to day trips to the many attractions in the area. We just loved our stay at The Dairy!

• Barry (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at the Dairy. Great setup for a couple and close to town. - The place was lovely and set up well for a couple to stay. It was close enough to walk into town. Unfortunately it was close to town but that meant we were on a fairly busy road so traffic noise was a bit annoying especially after staying at another place during the week that was very quiet. On the Friday morning too the block next door was being cleared by bobcat and whipper snippering. It started quite early. We also like soft mattresses so found bed a bit hard but usually find this at other places too.

• Steve (10/5): Very comfortable , wel located - Great location , private and sheltered but convenient (5-7 min walk) to town. Well equipped throughout with high quality fixtures, fittings and equipment. Simple entry / check in and check out. Log fire a really nice addition on a chilly spring evening.
• Charlize (8/5): Would definitely recommend for a get away near the Margaret River town - We loved how close this stay was to the main town. We walked down for food or groceries every day and it was nice. About a 5min walk to reach the main town. Super convenient. Comfy and quiet house. The spare blankets in the wardrobe were very itchy. Otherwise the bed quilt and mattress was super comfortable.
• Jaleh (10/5): Luxury accommodation with privacy and comfort - wish we could stay longer! - We really enjoyed our stay at The Dairy in Margaret River. The house is gorgeous and has all of the amenities you need for a great private holiday. We had all of the luxury comforts we were hoping for and would have loved to stay longer. Definitely a home away from home. High-end luxury accommodation, yet still very comfortable and "down to earth" for two people to relax and unwind and feel at home. Including a fireplace, BBQ, Washer & Dryer, full size refrigerator and kitchen. The bed is extremely comfortable, the property is very private and quiet - so we slept well. The location is perfect and we enjoyed walking down to the main street to go out for meals. We hired a car, so it was great to have our own parking spot on the property right in front of the house with a gate to feel even more "tucked away' and secure. We highly recommend staying at The Dairy when visiting Margaret River - you won't be disappointed.

• Lisa (9/5): Wonderful stay!!! - Fantastic location close to town and wineries! The property itself is so homely, very clean and tidy, and includes everything you could possibly need both inside and out. Loved the extra security of the front gate. The bed was very comfortable, the best sleep I’ve had on my trip so far. Overall a wonderful property, I would definitely stay again. Like some of the other reviews mention, the front door lock is a bit dodgy and frustrating.
