• Ana (1/5): Horrible trato. Te piden dinero por todo - Nada. No son de fiar. Dicen cosas que no cumplen. Evitalo. Mi vuelo se retrasó y llegué después de medianoche. Me cobraron 10€ en efectivo por venir alguien a darme las llaves. Piso sucio, viejo, la ducha no tenía presión y apenas echaba un hilo de agua insuficiente para ducharse, muebles muy estropeados, camas no cómodas, mucho ruido a las 3am de los vecinos (una familia con una niña que gritaban). A las 11am vino un chico a limpiar en la habitación cuando en booking nuestra hora de salida era las 12pm. Al dejar el apartamento nos dijeron que iban a guardar nuestras maletas en consigna, pero al bajar para dárselas se había ido el chico en coche, y me mandó un whasapp diciéndome que me buscara la vida, que él no iba a quedarse las maletas, que no tenía sitio. Al final encontré un vecino (llego a creer que pudiesen estar compinchados) que me cobró casi 20€ por guardar 2 maletas. Y menos mal, porque allí no había ninguna consigna. No te alojes aquí. Evítate el mal rato gratuito. Ah! No se ven las torres petronas desde el apartamento.

• Guest (6/5): My stay was ok - Location was good, the apartment was ok. The agent/host was good and provided what we asked for. There was no reception and you had to wait outside at the security gate in the hot weather, and the security officers were not helpful and sometime rude like they don't care.

• Catura (8/5): Great KL place, close to every place that matters, value for money - ok!!! - The location was great - just a walking distance to Petronas Towers, Suria KLCC, and Envi Dining. Under rush hour traffic, it was a good 15-20 minutes by Grab to and from the hotel venue of our conference. The unit was big for the three of us, with two rooms with a bathroom for each, and a dining and living room area that was just right. The shower was always heated well. Value for money, I'd give this place a 8/10 (just because view wasn't as great.) Since the wifi isn't reliable, calling the agent of the unit proved to be challenging. In fact, we stood out in the rain waiting for our access card. But I need to clarify that once contacted, the agent was responsive to our needs, especially if things needed to be fixed and new towels and toiletries were needed; by the way, we stayed there for 7 nights. Unfortunately, we didn't get a good view of the city as our unit was facing another residential building. If we had a good view, I'd easily give this unit a 9/10. You had to crane your next to get a glimpse of the city.

• Jiamin (5/5): Good location and fair price, but not as satisfied as expected. - Location is nice near to KLCC, KL Tower, Merdeka 118. It’s quite convenient to shop or eat since there is a 7-11 and McDonald nearby. Security is nice, feel safe there. Facilities are quite disappointing. Swimming pool is under maintenance. Not enough sockets to charge phone or use, there even has some leakage issues. Bathroom is quite dark, there is no light at the shower area. The weirdest part is paying deposit to a personal account which is not the owner or company. The parking lot is too narrow! It’s hard to turn up to 7th floor and above.
