• Nadine (8/5): Great appartement. - The appartement was great. It was big and clean. We could have used a more body wash in the shower and some shampoo & conditionner. The included breakfast could have been fuller.

• Becca (10/5): A peaceful and comfortable stay in a quiet location - The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The property is located right in front of a park which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for unwinding.

• France (4/5): Bof, un dépannage où je ne retournerai pas. - Le lit est très confortable La salle de bain n’était pas propre. Des traces de savon incrustées dans la porte de douche. La bouilloire était pleine de je ne sais trop quoi, comme si quelqu’un a faire chauffer quelque chose dedans et que ça n’avait pas été nettoyé. Évidemment, le stationnement est compliqué car il faut changer de côté de rue en soirée.

• Nicolas (5/5): - L'adresse n'est pas la bonne, c'est le numéro à côté. Attention, c'est un logement partagé avec une autre chambre (pas précisé) Petit déjeuner inclus mais très limité et pas de produits frais. Le minimum d'hygiène, avec des fonds de produits dilués à l'eau pour plus d'économies... Matelas en mousse peu confortable. Correct globalement mais pour le prix c'est dommage !

À proximité de commerces et d'un supermarché Appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour séjourner Parking possible dans la rue le week end gratuitement Faire attention à fermer la porte d'entrée à clef car sinon elle s'ouvre facilement Nécessite de dormir dans la chambre du fond car la chambre donnant sur la rue est trop bruyante (circulation nuit et jour). Rideaux non occultant dans cette chambre ci donc nous étions réveillé tous les jours avec le soleil

• Natalia (4/5): we were expecting something else - The breakfast was quite poor (considering that we were two friends that stayed for four days), the following days they did not replace the breakfast, it was 4 slices of bread, four eggs, butter that had clearly been used before, among other things. The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, one of us was bitten by bed bugs during our stay. Also, the housekeeper didn't speak english, so it was difficult for us to communicate with her.

• Pablo (1/5): Nightmare - Free parking in the park across the property. 1. **Broken Breakfast Promise**: Despite the listing's promise of breakfast, the property management only provided breakfast for one day out of the five days we booked. When we reached out to address this issue, we were informed that breakfast was set up for only one person for four days, despite our booking for three individuals. They also provided food that was already partially consumed. 2. **Toilet Nightmare**: The toilet in the apartment refused to flush properly, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort throughout our stay. 3. **Unsanitary Conditions**: The apartment's cleanliness was appalling. Dust and dirt were everywhere, making our stay far from the comfortable experience we expected. In fact, the situation was so dire that my friend and I were forced to purchase allergy pills. 4. **Outrageous Customer Service**: To make matters worse, the customer service representative's attitude was infuriating. This inconsistency is not only disrespectful but also bewildering. 5 **Blaming customers for their own lack of maintenance and asking them to pay money in cash out of booking.com platform**: despite informing the flushing problem, the management blamed us and hired and pay a plumber without informing and asked us to pay half of the bill and threatened us to make us leave one day before checkout day, even we paid the full amount in advance.

Just one thing that AC was missing there and it was hot and humid outside, however, Fans were there and it was fine during night!!

Apartment could use some side lights or lamps for better ambience

• Young (8/5): Without the included breakfast, the facility itself is proper value of the price. - "Breakfast included" is usually expected prepared meal, but there was some food like open bag of rice and some eggsin fridge and kitchen cabinet, which is pretty awkward. The food was mostly looked like leftovers from previous guests. Most of food packages were already open and used. Separate entrance and separate unit apartment. Own washer and dryer are available.

• Harlow-nicole (10/5): Extremely positive experience. - This property was extremely comforting and clean upon arrival. Close to grocery stores, a Starbucks. a metro and much more. There were multiple places to sleep as well. Highly recommend this property and definitely plan on returning.
