• Andrew (1/5): Do Not Book/Pay a little extra to get somewhere better - The bare minimum clean bed Location was very loud as directly opposite Bar/Nightclub Not 1 single hour of no noise throughout 3 consecutive nights Friday-Monday Was told to leave key because i was arriving before “cleaner”, No cleaner showed up not hoovered, Floors very dirty under beds ect scruffy walls and furniture, This place needs a full revamp Ants everywhere No basic cleanliness Inside cupboards dirty Was mislead with the photos of the property, 3 different places shown and got the worst of the 3.
• Banerjee (1/5): Dont book this! - The apartment was well designed and spacious. The apartment wasn't clean at all. In spite of informing the owner twice about this, he did nothing. We had to find the laundry room ourselves and basically adjust with one duvet and sheets. Didnt even have the decency to send the cleaner early the next day. The neighbourhood is dodgy as well! Not quite safe for women. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS.

• Chuanfen (5/5): The house owner asked for our ID - The price of the accommodation when I booked it was much cheaper than other similar accommodations. it was also not dirty. Because when I booked, I didn't notice or think that the house owner would ask for our personal ID, and asked us to send it to his WhatsApp. If we didn't send it, we wouldn't give us the check-in information. On the day of check-in, we stood next to the apartment and couldn't enter. We walked and took public transportation from our previous accommodation in London to get to this one. It's really unacceptable for me to let us send sensitive information to a stranger. I'm still wondering if this house owner will abuse our ID. If I realized they asked for this, I wouldn't book.

• Alex (1/5): NO NO NO. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE - Nothing. Location to the northern line is the only positive. But I would spend more to go anywhere else than here The room was run down. The place wasn't tidy. Poor kitchen. One one kitchen pot that wasn't clean. We found drugs in the cupboard.
• Emmanuel (10/5): Home away from home. - A beautiful and comfortable space. The apartment was cozy and the host didn't spare a penny as everything was of top quality. Provided every required information before our arrival and was on ground to assist with every question during our stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

• Marangao (1/5): Horrible - Everything was very dirty I tried to help the owner by telling him what he needed he didn’t give a damn the bath towels were dirty, it looked like the house had been cleaned with the sink loofa because it was full of hair and dirt

• Wan (1/5): Would not recommend - Some damage and not as clean as photos suggest. No hot water or heating, attempted to contact the owner with no outcome and being ignored now regarding a refund. They are claiming the boiler was just off and not broken but we have photos and videos of the boiler proving it was broken with no pressure.
• Dylan (1/5): Would advise everyone not to book this accommodation! - Nothing at all. 1. Stains on Bedding: Upon arrival, I discovered noticeable stains on the bedding, which was extremely unhygienic and unwelcoming. 2. Rubbish in Bin: The bin in the apartment was not emptied and contained rubbish left by previous occupants. 3. Dirty Oven: The oven was visibly filthy and clearly had not been cleaned for some time. 4. Dishwasher Full of Dirty Crockery: The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and cutlery, which is unacceptable in any rental property. 5. Defrosting Freezer: The fridge was switched off, causing the freezer to defrost and water to pool on the floor, creating a hazardous and inconvenient situation. 6. No Toilet Roll Provided: Basic essentials such as toilet paper were completely missing, which is a significant oversight. 7. General Grime and Dirt: The apartment exhibited a general lack of cleanliness, including dust and grime in multiple areas, making the space feel neglected. 8. Poor communication: I was contacted by the host directly and was told to let them when I was in vicinity and they would send check in details. However when we were close by it was difficult to get hold of the host and we were left standing on the street at 8pm for at least 45 mins. Check in instructions were then sent, but could easily have been sent at 3pm which was the check in time. We thought maybe we would be greeted by the host but this was not the case
• Harry (1/5): False advertisement( - Nothing, I wanted a refund, I didn't stay the the second night. It was so bad I went to purchase another hotel room. The heat didn't work, and I froze the first night. It was so cold I purchased other accommodations.
