• JULYVIE (9/5): - It's verry nice first I got a wrong box when I take the key and I call the owner and the owner is verry polite she help me to figure out how to take the key in the box because we don't have data that's why it's difficult for us to open again the vedio. The room is so big😍😍😍 I love it. Over all satisfaction😍😍😍 No everything is ok😊😊😊 the market where you can buy food is in the front if I come again I will sure I will take this place.
• ANDREA (7/5): - appartemento discreto, ben arredato, buoni materassi, come da aspettative appartemanto fronte strada rumorosa, primo piano, infissi vecchi - colazione minimal - formiche in bagno e cucina
• AM_KM (1/5): - Le seul point positif est la présence d’un jardin, pratique pour les enfants. L’état général du logement ne correspondait pas du tout au standing attendu pour ce niveau de prix. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un problème important d’hygiène, avec une présence généralisée de fourmis dans l’ensemble de l’appartement, y compris dans la cuisine. La propreté des sols était également insuffisante, nous obligeant à intervenir nous-mêmes. Malgré un passage sur place, la situation n’a pas été résolue durablement. L’utilisation d’un insecticide en présence d’enfants soulève par ailleurs de sérieuses questions quant à la sécurité du logement. Au regard de ces éléments, le séjour n’a pas pu se dérouler dans des conditions acceptables, et nous avons été contraints d’écourter notre séjour. Le rapport qualité/prix est clairement à revoir.

O apartamento é grande mas não e confortável

• Margit (7/5): - Grosszügig geschnittene Wohnung mit Lift. Guten Lage für kurzen Fussweg in die Stadt. Laut, da die Wohnung leider umgeben ist von viel befahrenen Strassen (wussten wir bei der Buchung).

It wasn't fully clear if we were in the 34 or the garden room.It waould have been nice to have Netflix or Amazon on the TV that we could have used our own login. It would be nice to have some hangers in the bathroom for the towels

L’appartement est bruyant à l’intersection d’un carrefour très passant et mériterait un rafraîchissement.
• Moneerah (5/5): لا انصح فيه وتجربة سيئة لن تتكرر - ولا شيء مع الاسف وكان مختلف تماما عن الصور المكان جدا حار ولا فيه تكييف وموفرين مراوح او مكيفات صغير سيئة لا تفي بالغرض باحد الغرف كانت تبعث هواء حار وزادت الوضع سوء ، وتم ابلاغهم بالغاء حجز الليلة الثانية او محاولة تغيير المكان او عالاقل توفير مراوح افضل حتى تعدل الوضع لكن ابدا لم يستجيبوا ولا ساعدونا بحجة مافي شي متوفر ولا حتى الغوا الحجز ونبدله بمكان افضل ، عموما تجربة سيئة ابدا لن تتكرر.

• Lillian (8/5): As I said some small things make a difference I am a host myself and I know what guests expect - The apartment is large ,a lot of light but it was too hot. We had 1 fan in one bedroom and portable ac in living room..another fan would have been very important..also no mirrors in one of the bedrooms and also no shelve in the shower cubicle which was very inconvenient Location was very good to take busses and trains
• Piyansh (1/5): Pathetic Unhygienic apartment & Rude staff - It was a very bad experience. We have lodged a formal complaint for the unhygienic conditions, we had to cancel the booking & shift to a hotel
• Kent (4/5): Meah - The room was spacious and clean but it was a bit outdated. The location is right on the very busy street and the traffic won’t let you sleep at night. It was very hot, even thought it had a fan and a small portable AC.
• Janak (8/5): Comfortable Apartment for Families - Apartment sizes was spacious. Proximity to the station by bus and walkable (15 minutes) too. Lake is a 7 minute walk downhill and another 5 minutes walk to the old town. The master bedroom bed was creaky and mattress was saggy.
• R (7/5): shower water split out - Spacious , clean , good for 3-4 person, and a lovely patio , can enjoy meals if it’s sunny The toilet and shower is a pain in the Axx😏😏😏😏😏😓😓😓😓😓😓😓😓 We have to sweep the whole bathroom floor every time after used. Coz the water of your shower split outside on the floor even we were VERY careful not to. Also, there were many insect goes in the bathroom too

The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the cozy furnishings to the modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals with ease. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the balcony—waking up to the stunning scenery of Lugano was truly a dream. The location is also perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything, making it easy to explore the city, enjoy the lake, and experience the local culture. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available for any questions and ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lugano. Whether for a short getaway or a longer stay, it offers the perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and convenience. I can’t wait to return!
• Freitas (8/5): Great location, perfect for friends. - Good location, big apartment. Perfect for friends. Great size for families BUT only if you are ok with sleeping with street noise and light. They leave a little somerhing for breakfast (toasts and jam, some coffee and tea) which is very nice. There is a supermarket in front of the apartment. There is a parking (outside) where you only pay from 9am to 7pm, night is free, just at a 2min walk from the apartment. Bus to the center stops at just a few meters but you can walk downhill (5min). The beds are a bit unconfortable although of great size. The rooms don't get completly dark so you can see the headlights of the cars passing all night. Also you can hear all the street noise since its the first floor and it faces the street.

• Fadia (8/5): Very good - The size of apartment was great for our family. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus as they were big and modern. Bus stops were very very close and convenient. Washing machine was helpful for long stay. Area can be a bit noisy but not a major issue. Kitchen could use better dishes, glasses and utensils . Coffee machine, toaster, microwave were good though.
• Nora (7/5): The location was central and the appartment was spacious. - The apartment was near the station and the location was central. The kitchen was equipped with everything we would need. It was also really spacious. Some of the mattresses should be changed out, because they are a bit deformed or you can feel the spring. The windows in the bedroom is not as secure as it probably should be. I would not recommend it for light sleepers, but if you are fine with some street / car noices then it's okay.

• Rastislav (8/5): Overall a good accomodation for the price and considering this location. - I liked how big the apartment was and where it was situated. Complementary biscuits, coffee and jam was an unexpected bonus from the owner :) I did not like that, for some reason most probably by a mistake, the boiler was turned off, so we did not have hot water the first day. As it was a manual switch button handle this was for sure turned off on purpose, but most probably was supposed to be turned on before our arrival. Sadly also circuit breaker was turned off. Never mind, we solved this the next day. Sadly there were just 2 toilet papers provided in the property. Which I consider stupid for 2 people and 3 night stay. I am writing this as this is a trend, to write that you provide this and then provide just 2 pieces. When I am on holiday, I do not want to shop for toilet paper which is always in 8+pieces and leave them there. When you write you provide it, just do so. It would be about 1E more, just charge that much more. Also, the street below the window was very traffic busy, which meant there was always some noise, but the window blinds + good quality windows made the room noise comfortable.

• Brenton (10/5): Would definitely come back and stay at this apartment again, but might choose a higher floor to see if there is a view. - The property was very spacious and clean and relatively close to everything if you are mobile and can walk up and down a hill. If you are mobile within 7 to 10 minutes, you can be in Lugano Center or in the heart of Paradiso. Very comfortable living room and large eating area. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Thank you so much for providing the AC units as it was over 90° in Lugano. If you have a car, the parking situation is easy to park but not so easy to unload the car and go back-and-forth to garage and can cost about Fr.40 a day if you were going in and out. Never had a problem, Parking or finding spaces in the public lots. I wouldn’t plan on finding street parking as it was very difficult and I just gave up and parked in the lot.
• Lucabertelli (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - WORST STAFF EVER - worst staff ever. they say check in at 3 but the keys were not there at 4. they let us wait 20 min outside. wouldnt let us do late checkout without paying 50 euro after making us check in late LOL worst experience ever. also the livingroom bed is was basically broken. sleeping on the floor would have been better
• Malcolm (9/5): Short lugano break - Location was great. 10 mins walk from station and to lake. Great having two bathrooms. Had everything you need for a short break. Use of washing machine would make it perfect. Extremely good value for money. There was a lot of traffic noise but the windows were good so it could be blocked out. Personally it didn't stop me sleeping well with the windows open.
• Anwar (1/5): The worst apartment ever - Nothing This is the most horrible apartment in the world the location is so far it’s not clear to find it and the tall me you need to pay extra money because you are leaving in 12 and the time to check out is 12 in booking also the employee was so rude she came to take the kay in 12:07 and she was so rude her voice is so loud and she dropped the garbage on as it is a bad experience don’t think to take the apartment ever ever

There were a few ants that may have travelled in from the outdoor area which is attached to the main bedroom, and the next to bathroom.
