- Mauro (10/5): - Excelente opção para estadia em Ipanema, localizado em prédio tranquilo entre Ipanema e Copacabana, com opções de lanchonete e mercado 24 horas nas proximidades. O prédio é antigo, portanto as instalações são compatíveis com a época de construção, achamos bastante charmoso. a anfitrião é simpática e acessível. Recomendamos! Não houve pontos negativos na estadia.

Os anfitriões foram ótimos e atenciosos. Oa apartamento tem um estilo antigo, mas é grande e espaçoso. Um segundo banheiro seria ótimo. Os ventiladores e os aparelhos de ar condicionados são bastante barulhentos.

Buen internet. Mesa de comedor tiene capacidad solo para 4 personas, versus la capacidad de 6 que tiene el departamento. Falta completar loza y servicios (cucharas de postre) de acuerdo a los 5-6 alojados.

- Gilberto (9/5): - Apartamento muito bem localizado, o David (dono) foi atencioso por whatsapp. O booking falava em dois banheiros, um dos banheiros e acanhado é o destinado para a empregada doméstica (apartamentos antigos tinham esse banheiro) e fica na área de serviço. Merece uma observação para quem vai alugar. O apartamento comporta 6 pessoas, mas não há jogonde louça, canecas, para 6 pessoas. Seria uma gentileza a correção desse aspecto. Um dos quartos não tem ar condicionado, um dos ar condicionado é muito barulhento. O quarto sem ar condicinado tem um ventilador pequeno, portátil. Deveria ter pelo.menos de teto, barato e funcional.
