Il bollitore aveva un problema, e la mattina dopo me ne hanno portato subito un nuovo. Purtroppo affaccia sulla strada principale, quindi si sentono subito turisti "urlanti" che passano nella notte.

• Michaela (10/5): Perfect, ever so lovely - Wir sind gekommen, weil die Infos bezüglich der Sicherheitslage beruhigend waren. Es hat uns alles gefallen, das Studio, gerâumig und fein, die Lage, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern (das war .das ganz Besondere an unserem Aufenthalt). Alles bestens bezüglich des Studios, ist auch nicht am wichtigsten, aber alles toll, aber der Service, die Betreuung und der Kontakt waren außergewöhnlich. Un grand merci Thank you so much

• Lynsey (8/5): Good value central location apartment with great balcony - Centrally located and great balcony that wrapped round the apartment so caught both the morning and evening sun. Good space and bed was comfortable. Staff very responsive over WhatsApp. Really could do with a bedside lamp - you have to get out of bed to turn the light off and the ceiling light is a little blinding when reading in bed. No knives in the property (but lots of spoons and forks!) - sure they will sort that before the summer season. Otherwise kitchen well equipped.

La climatisation/chauffage fonctionnelle. Le manque de luminaire à côté du lit pour pouvoir lire sans allumer le plafonnier. Le manque de ventilation de la salle d'eau. Aussi, la lumière est d'un blanc froid peu agréable.
• Alexandre (8/5): Excellent séjour quand même pour moi ! - Emplacement exceptionnel, dans le centre mais dans une rue calme quand même et à 1 minute à pieds de la plage. Logement très propre et suffisamment équipé pour moi puisque j'étais seul. A deux, ça aurait été très bien aussi. Dans ce logement, (numéro 261), il n'y a pas d'espace entre le wc et le lavabo de la salle de bains et donc une personne un peu forte n'aurait pas eu accès au lavabo de face ! ll y avait parfois du bruit à l'intérieur de l'immeuble le soir ou la nuit à cause d'une isolation phonique pas très efficace (on entendait les déplacements de meubles et notamment des chaises plastiques sur le revêtement, mes chaises faisaient aussi du bruit quand je les déplaçais).

The location was amazing, beach, every reestaurant, market, lanmark was max 5min walk from the apartment, which was very convenient and made the stay 100% better. The owner was very helpful and friendly, answered all the questions very fast and resposibly. Highly recomend this place! Everything was perfect.

• Dara (6/5): it was a pleasant stay, thank you. - the property was very clean, but as mentioned below it did seem extremely minimal - it was comfortable, but with the bare bare basics. I had to ask for coffee/tea. the host was really kind, and warm energy but at the same time - asking for extra toilet paper and condiments was abit annoying :/ i got dropped off and due to road construction was abit troublesome to find, i did call the host several times but no answer. i do think that there should be enough supply of everything in that room if someone would stay there for a week long and not need to ask for extras, was abit awkward.
• Jerzy (10/5): - Apartament bardzo wygodny, komfortowy, wszędzie blisko, restauracji do wyboru do koloru, kiosk, sklep kilka kroków. Jest też blisko targ, gdzie można kupić lokalne, świeże produkty. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, niedaleko dworzec autobusowy, na tym nam najbardziej zależało.

• Vladimir (10/5): Best Location in Larnaca for exploring the city. - Location is in the absolute center of the city. Search no more. Balcony is very practical and you have there everything with small shop right on front of building. Construction noises from the Street, but it is temporary. :)
• valtaranta (10/5): - Upea asunto keskeisellä paikalla. Sisustus oli moderni. Keittiövälineitä oli niukasti, veitsi ei leikannut yhtään mitään, jouduin ostamaan uuden. Pyykinpesukone olisi ollut hyvä lisä. Roskapusseille ei oltu osoitettu mitään paikkaa, jouduin jättämään pieninä pusseina eri julkisiin roskiksiin.
• Anna (8/5): Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, bliskość plaży na duży plus! - Lokalizacja w zasadzie w przy samej plaży. Dobra izolacja od hałasów z zewnątrz w nocy. Ręczniki po użyciu miały dziwne plamy. Podczas naszego pobytu trwał remont ulicy, przy której stoi hotel, ale wiadomo, to nie wina hotelu.
• RomyB (8/5): Very clean apartment, great for short stays. - Location is really great, very close, maybe two minutes from the beach. The apartment was very clean. I liked the kitchenette, it had everything I needed to cook home meals. The host was very proactive and messaged me to make sure I had a really nice stay. The balcony is nice, sunny from 1pm onwards, although a bit small. The construction right outside the building, they were redoing the street, lots of noise during the day. When booking, make sure you ask the host if the construction is still there. The bathroom is pretty small in my apartment (361). You had to lean over the sink to be able to see yourself in a mirror.

The apartment is okay, but I think it needs to be renovated as soon as possible. The front door is leaking, the sink in the bathroom is unusable (due to the position), the furniture is near the end of its life.

• Oleg (8/5): - Расположение, просторный номер. Есть мини-кухня. Кондиционер работает отлично и тихо. Большая удобная кравать. При заезде обещали бутылку вина - но ее не было. Нет гелей для душа. В отеле нет Ресепшена. Ключи были в специальном ящике с кодом на дверях. Попасть в номер можно было только с этими ключами, а дверь захлопывается и без ключей не попасть. Люди приезжают отдыхать а не думать как им попасть в номер. Я был не раз в таких отелях и у них две проблемы решены. - 1. Либо номер не закрываться без ключей и если человек забыл ключи он открывает дверь и берет ключи и запирает. 2. Есть второй способ если дверь захлопывается : Есть код с помощью которого можно открыть дверь без ключа. Здесь - нет ни того ни другого. Я забыл ключи в номере и дверь захлопнул. Написал администрации как решить проблему?! Мне ответили: нужно вызывать слесаря, и за открытие должен платить постоялец 50 евро. Это развод на деньги. Это не допустимо в отелях в европе. В европе такой отель бы уже закрыли.

• Tudor-Mihail (9/5): - Gazdele au fost politicoase, personalul prietenos, apartamentul frumos cu energie pozitiva. Cafeaua a fost bună, televizorul putea fi conectat la Netflix ceea ce a fost super. Exista adaptor pentru priza, AC cu mai multe programe, mătură și găleata pe balcon. În apropiere este o piață unde se găsesc la prețuri bune fructe și legume proaspete dar și alte produse. A trebuit sa cumpărăm saci menajeri și hârtie igienică. Aparatul de cafea l-am primit necurățat. Scaunele și masa de pe balcon au fost pline de praf, iar scurgerea de la aerul condiționat te stropește. În zonă se fac lucrări la stardă. Mi-ar fi plăcut să fie inclus și serviciul de schimb al prosoapelor sau măcar câteva prosoape în plus.
• George (8/5): Good choice for a beach adjacent location - It was very close to the beach without paying too much of a premium. Also a lot of restaurants in the area as well as shopping if you're into that at a beach location. Close to some of the night life, but not too close to be a noise issue. The large balcony had a good enough view to enjoy a morning coffee. The bathroom was not designed as a wet room so except the shower there is no drainage which will make the floor problematic when wet.

The location is right in the city center, just a 1-minute walk from the central beach. Shops, a market, and restaurants are nearby. The space is spacious and bright. The staff was always responsive to requests and friendly. I had a complete rest. It was quiet at night. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I found no downsides.
• Jean-marc (1/5): Dirtiest apartment - This was the worst & dirtiest place i have ever stayed in. When arrived, there was hair everywhere, dirt on the towels, floor, kitchen tools, ... Water was always covering the balcony from the A/C drain hoses. Tissues found under & next to the sofa and bed. Kitchen tools were used and uncleaned. • David (9/5): Superb - These guys helped me out of a tight spot at the last minute - I'd booked a different hotel ahead of time, arrived late at night after a long day travelling, only to discover it was filthy and cockroach-infested(Avoid Opera like the plague!) So glad that they were able to take a last-minute booking at 11pm. I had a very pleasant stay, which I extended beyond the initial 3 nights. Kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped for cooking (sharp knives, good pans, decent induction hobs) and the property manager, William, was very helpful and friendly. Great location a few minutes walk from the beach and the old town. All good. But could maybe do with a bedside lamp, as the main lights are very harsh/bluish.
