• Chivu (1/5): - Nimic. Dezastru. Dezamăgitor. Începem cu locația. Este o zonă rău famată a Vienei. Plină de oameni dubioși care pe la 1 noapte încep să se bată să scoată cuțitele e.t.c. Curățenia nu există. Așternuturile de pat neschimbate. . Baia din fundu curți de la bunica din copilărie arată mult mai bine. Aeru condiționat lipsește, nu se poate dormi cu geamul deschis. Nu înțeleg cum Booking permite să aibă pe site o asemenea licatie.

• Сергій (6/5): Recommend this apartment for few nights, not for long time. - Cheap apartment for full family in Vienna with kitchen and full equipment. For one night it was fine. It was very hot inside. There are no Air Condition, just Funs, whose not help. Also it was old building without elevator.

It wasn’t mentioned that we had to climb a lot of stairs with no access to a lift and the stairs were very dangerous. There was a lot of noise as well so it was hard to sleep. The building itself was not a safe area

Before we arruve we asked to come 30min earlier and they said that they will charge us and we can only enter 15 min earlier so we waited on the street. Very old building dirty and unsafe. When we arrived there was a guy still cleaning so the floor was wet when we entered. Last minute cleaning and not cleaning at all. The apartment was very DIRTY FILTHY UNACCEPTABLE. SHEETS WERE DIRTY, NO CLEAN FLOOR, NOT CLEAN BATHROOM. No hand towel, no carpet in bathroom no paper. Everything smelly. We didn't want to touch anything. We contacted the guy he saw my message one hour later and it was midnight. He asked us to go to a laundry room and pick new sheets. We entered a very dirty laundry with only wet sheets and he said WE SHOULD DRY THEM OURSELVES!!!! We asked to move and he proposed an airbnb with similar comments about cleaning. We asked for refund and he said we could leave later jn the morning! WHEN WE COULNDT STAND TO STAY FOR ONE MORE HOUR door was not safe and we didn't sleep all nigth. We asked for refund and they proposed only 15 euro out of the 115! STAY AWAY
• Nikoljub (6/5): Just money to value place. Not expensive, so, no high expectations. - Very good location, easy to reach by car, easy access to all public transportation, easy approach to the entrance key, i.e., easy entry / leaving process, very easy and pleasant communication with the apartment holder. Very old building, not so clean staircase, poor pillows, not so good bathroom, no TV channels (not so important), only public parking available, but, quite expensive (in public garage it was EUR 33 per day of stay).
• Babar (4/5): Disappointing - Kitchen and bedrooms Parking costs were ~30 euros whereas it was mentioned that its 11 euros per day. Also, the WC is very old with fungus on the tiles.
• Kiran (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is in a very old building. The locality was not so good. Wont recommend it for a couple or a family with child. There were noises in the building late at night and it felt unsafe staying in the apartment
• Adriana (9/5): Superb - The beds are very confortable and the tv is huge. Toilet and shower are a bit old.
