• Byron (7/5): - Die Lage im eleganten Mailänder "Westend" ist sicherlich hervorzuheben. Direkt neben Rossana Orlandi und einen Steinwurf vom Cenacolo. Die M1 ist nicht weit und selbst zur Cadorna Station läuft man nur 10min. Über den Corso Magenta kommt man zu Fuß direkt in die Innenstadt / Duomo, etc. Das Apartment ist in einem wirklich schönen Gebäude, ruhig in der Nacht, wird aber vielleicht etwas warm. Ich konnte nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Wohnung ist wie abgebildet, die Matratze war mir persönlich leider viel zu weich und die Kissen zu flach, aber mir ist schon klar, dass das reine Geschmacksache ist. Check-in war easy, Kommunikation hauptsächlich über WhatsApp. Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine und unterm Waschbecken Wäscheklammern, dazu gibt es aber weder Waschmittel noch Wäscheständer oder Leine. Die Dusche ist gut, ihr Abfluss sollte aber mal gereinigt werden da das Wasser nur schlecht abfließt. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine aber keine Geschirrspültabs. Da es eine Einzimmerwohnung ist hat man durch die vielen eingestöpselte Geräte Lichtbelästigung. Mag sein, dass ich da ein wenig empfindlich bin, aber der Router ist viel zu hell und musste nachts abgedeckt werden. Das Gebäude hat einen eher unangenehmen Concierge. Wobei es eigentlich zwei sind, der eine ist höflich, der andere nicht.

• Diego (5/5): No volvería. - Es un pequeñísimo departamento en una zona muy hermosa, detrás de Santa Maria delle Grazie. Milán es enorme y está conectado por muchos medios de transporte y es sencillo llegar donde quieras en poco tiempo. Pudimos dejar el equipaje antes de tiempo. Para 2 personas está bien. El trato con el anfitrión fue amable pero impersonal (nunca hablé en persona, siempre por mensaje). Las instrucciones para las llaves y el manejo de la basura no son claras (el conserje se enojó porque equivoqué de puerta). Somos una familia de 4 y nos resultó muy pequeño. Los elementos de cocina no son apropiados para 4 personas.

• Eva Maria (4/5): Problemas acceso a vivienda - Ubicacion y apartamento esta bien. Pero falta mantemimiento: perchas ducha se salian, grifo fregadero se movia, ... Llegamos de madrugada, nos enviaron un link con laa instrucciones de acceso al apartamento que no funcionaba al momento de la llegada (pagina web no disponible). Con lo cual, tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos en la calle a que nos abriera el conserje la puerta y otros 20 minutos a que la central de reservas nos repondiera y nos enviara finalmente el.codigo de acceso al apartamento. Fueron 50 mintuos angustiosos a las 3 de la mañana, muy cansados, pasando frio y teniendo un apartamemto totalmente pagado previamente. Y el sabado seguia colgado el.link sin funcionar y sin opcion de comunicar con la central de reservas de manera inmediata . Mala valoracion por este motivo
• Matteo (10/5): - L'appartamento è pulito, accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il vero punto di forza è la posizione: perfetta per girare la città e servitissima dai mezzi. È stata la base ideale per il nostro soggiorno. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!
• Volodymyr (10/5): - Отличное расположение. Очень близко супермаркет и кофейня. До метро - не больше 10 минут пешком. До центра - не больше 20 пешком. Транспортом в течении поездки даже не пользовались. Ходили пешком. В апартаментах были капсулы с кофе и сахар. Маленькие, но очень уютные апартаменты. Очень подходят для группы до 4 человек.

• Elmar (10/5): Beautiful and stylish apartement with concierge at a great location - Great location close to the city center, just a short walk to Metro station, train station with airport train and Santa Maria delle Grazie with Leonardo da Vincis "Last Supper". Very nice apartement in a new building with concierge. Host was very friendly and well organized.

• Maria (9/5): - Wonderful, very cozy and comfortable apartments, absolutely recommended. There is no power outlet near the bed.
• Philip (9/5): Excellent location, very clean and comfortable - Excellent location, near two metro stations and tramlines. Easy to get to Duomo and centre. Short walk from Cardona station (direct train to and from Malpensa Airport). Two supermarkets nearby - Conad (at end of the street) and PAM (a little further away but much bigger and better). Good range of restaurants nearby. Good communications with host. Very clean. The kitchen was very basic with only a microwave and small plug in hob (single saucepan only). No cooking knife or chopping board. Tea towels were not provided. There was a coffee machine but no pods and a kettle but no tea bags. There was a dishwasher and fridge. The apartment was quite light at night as the only window covering was a gauze curtain.

• Eduardo (6/5): - I like the location and the apartment. Quite the same to the pictures. What i didn't like is the online treatment, basically you don't see anyone since you arrive. Just contact to WhatsApp or Booking chat. Not face to face so that make the experience very artificial. We had problems with the air conditioner, it didn't work properly. The apartment in summer is a sauna and you can't open the windows otherwise there are so many mosquitoes because of Milano is very humid and hot. They sent us the building concierge and he didn't solve anything. Not his fault. The apartment is good in the other aspects, and we are not very picky, but after paying not a small quantity of money we deserve at least a solving problems way.

Estació Milan Cadorna a 10 minuts caminant amb comunicació a l’aeroport Malpensa en 38 minuts. Tot es via telemàtica. En cas de dubtes has de consultar les instruccions al mobil.

• Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Lovely little apartment in a nice quiet area. Easy walk into the city centre but close to a metro station as well. There was a supermarket at the end of the road and cafes / restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was lovely - comfy beds, good shower and all spotlessly clean. It is quite small - the living and sleeping areas are separated by a partition, but it had everything we needed and is in a safe peaceful neighbourhood. Good and clear communication with the host about the entry process and access to the building. Nothing

Very cozy and nice apartment, the bed was extremely comfortable. For business trip - very good Wi-Fi! Very nice concierges. Just recommendations: it was quite cold and the conditioner did not heat up, but due to comfortable bed and thick bedding we didn't feel the cold so much; It would have been nice if there were capsules for the coffee machine; 3 small shower gels, for 2 people, for a period of 5 nights was very little.

• Natasha (8/5): Beautiful apartment with a difficult check-in - A small but beautiful and very "Italian" apartment. The location is perfect - on a calm street close to Cadorna station (with a direct train from Malpensa airport) and a 20-minute walk to Duomo. The apartment is located in a residential building with a concierge, who was supposed to give us the key. We arrived at 11 pm and there was no concierge at the entrance, so we spent 30 minutes ringing and knocking on the door. At last, he came out and let us in. So, if you have a late flight to Milan you'd better book an apartment with self-check-in or a hotel with a 24/7 desk.

• Shannon (9/5): We had a lovely time! - Lovely flat in a good area. Had nearly everything you could need for your stay. In good walking distance to the metro and in a nice side street area away from the tourist traps. You need to try Galli Pizza around the corner and Beef Club about a 5 minute walk away! One of the doormen for the building was quite unfriendly which dampened coming into the building but not a big deal. I’d say the only thing missing would be some plug adapters as we forgot ours!
