• JOSE CARLOS (10/5): - Departamento muy amplio cómodo y bien equipado. La cochera está al frente y es muy segura. Está en primer piso sobre una calle muy transitada. El balcón da a esa calle y no tiene vistas.
• Andreas (8/5): Würde ich wieder buchen für kurzen Aufenthalt. - Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und der Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Einfacher Zimmerbezug Unbequeme Matratzen (für zwei Nächte aber ok) Strassenlärm (bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber in Ordnung)

• Tatjana (8/5): Zentalgelegene und geräumige Wohnung mit Parkgarage, die zur Verfügung steht. - Eine schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit einer gutausgerüsteten Küche am Rande der Altstadt Locarno, so dass man problemlos zu Fuss die Stadt erkunden kann. Toll auch, dass die Parkgarage zur Verfügung stand. Die schriftlichen Anweisungen für den Check-in waren klar. Es wäre nett Tagesgardinen als Sichtschutz zu haben anstatt nur Fensterläden. Der Kleiderschrank war für die Preislage etwas dürftig.
• Andrea (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Locarno - Schöne Unterkunft, Piazza und See sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Lidl direkt gegenüber, Coop 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben in der Küche nicht gekocht, aber sie war gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind nett, unkompliziert und gut erreichbar. Die Beschreibungen wie alles funktioniert (Check in, Garage) sind gut!
• ggrigoro71 (9/5): - Strategic and safe location with near by parking. The apartment was clean and very well organised. There was a bit of a smell inside the whole apartment. You might notice it when entering but its not that significant.
• Carmelo (9/5): Il soggiorno è stato breve ma ampiamente godibile, comodo al centro e ai principali servizi - Alloggio comodo e confortevole. Monolocale ottimamente gestito negli spazi e nelle dotazioni. Host super disponibili. Niente di particolare da segnalare.
• Luca (7/5): Ci ritornerò! - Finestre estremamente fono-isolanti. Posizione centrale. Appartamento confortevole e funzionale - nuovo e moderno. Wi-fi e TV cablata. Ristorante-pizzeria al piano-terra: familiare e conveniente, una delle migliori pizze a Locarno, da oltre 40 anni! apprezzato dalla popolazione locale. Mancavano alcune vettovaglie a sostegno del comfort in cucina: - piattini da colazione - tazzine da espresso - insalatiera Posizione particolarmente rumorosa di giorno, ma accettabile dalle 24h00 alle 06h00, se aperta solo la finestra a nord (spazio notte).

• Tiziano (9/5): Appartamento bello, pulito e centrale - Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole a Locarno. L’appartamento è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto: bello, pulito e arredato con gusto. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere comodamente tutti i punti di interesse della zona. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di capsule per il caffè, acqua e shampoo-doccia, piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Il contatto con l’host è stato semplice e cordiale. Consigliato!

• Beatrix (9/5): tolles Studio, schnell im Stätdchen und am See - die Lage ist toll, ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss von der Piazza entfernt, durch die Gassen, sehr angenehm Lidl direkt über die Strasse leider kein Ticino Ticket dabei

• Martin (7/5): Super für 1-2 Nächte in der Stadt - Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist super. Die Lage ist super nah an der Innenstadt, und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es trotzdem sehr leise. Die Handtücher sind sehr rau und sind schon grau (man sollte weiß nur mit weiß waschen...). Die Kissen sind nicht sehr hochwertig. Im Bad hat es komisch gerochen

Secondo giorno passeggiata Monte Verità in attesa di visionare film mostra Locarno. Soggiorno rilassante.

• Jan (6/5): Acceptable place for a short stay but in term of price wise is on the high end - Very near to the old town. Nice bathroom, big oven. The dinning table is small, there is too much displayed items in the bookshelf, not much space left over to put personal belonging, items collecting dust. The studio apartment is by the road side, warm without open the windows but if opening the window, too much noise from the traffic even late a night. It would be better to provide also an air-condition. The seat is small and low. Parking is near yet has to walk down the step walk to the car park. Stated in booking.com with washing machine one, but actually is not inside the apartment, is at a common place and need to pay for the electric with coin. That made it very inconvenient esp we didn’t prepared any Swiss Francs.

• Alessandra (9/5): Very nice stay. Just one night - Very new and clean. With all the comforts except for air conditioning. The apartment had fans that seemed to be sufficient for us. It would have been better to have air conditioning working and keep the windows closed to reduce the traffic noise.
• Lyn (9/5): New facilities in excellent location , - A very nice renovation of a character building, with a small bar , supermarket and pizza restaurant nearby. Everything is like new and there is a great shower. With the window open there was some traffic noise at peak hour but that should be expected in the city . It is very close to San Antonio station ( which we needed for an early departure, ) , a bus stop and the old town.

• Pierre (6/5): Falling very short of expectations for the high price paid - Comfortable bed. Good shower Key for parking did not work. Had to pay for street parking. No microwave to heat food. No hand soap. No soap or shampoo in toilet. No information sheet for directions to city or highlights. Payment if tax only via bank transfer which cost more in international bank fees than the actual cost !!! Please blend it in the cost
