• Matthias (7/5): - Die Lage mitten in der Innenstadt ist super. Das in unmittelbarer Nähe befindliche Parkhaus kostet 20 Euro an Tag und ist 24 Std geöffnet. Wohnung war sauber. Leider sind die Betten zu weich, wenn nicht sogar durchgelegen. Fernseher sind nur zum Teil nutzbar. Vermieter war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, auf Mail wurde nicht geantwortet😤.

• Tina (10/5): - The apartment is just amazing - huge, comfortable, in a great location (right in the old town), with a beautiful view of Josef-Görres-Platz, from where you can also watch the carnival if you come at that time of year. The bedrooms are interestingly but nicely decorated and the beds are so comfortable. In the bathroom, we especially liked a fancy mirror with colour-changing lights :) The kitchen is nice, with a home feeling. There is also the option for late check-out (10 EUR per each hour later), which is great especially if your transport is after the regular check-out time. And for those arriving by car, there is a parking option. The owner is also responsive via Booking.com as well as WhatsApp. All recommendations! A tea towel and extra things like oil could be added in the kitchen, but otherwise everything is fine.

• Barbara (5/5): Gute Lage aber definitiv nicht noch mal - Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut in der Altstadt von Koblenz. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit 3 Schlafzimmer praktisch. Grundsätzlich hat sich der Vermieter Gedanken zur Ausstattung gemacht: Kaffeemaschine, Mikro, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Fön vorhanden. Ein paar Kaffeekapseln waren vor Ort, allerdings gab es keine Beschreibung um welche Kapselmaschine es sich handelt (Tchibo). Allerdings entspricht die Menge des Geschirrs/Bestecks nicht der Bettenanzahl. Die Stühle in der Küche sind sehr fragil und ein Kehrblech mit Besen wäre von Vorteil. Was uns aber am meistens gestört hat ist die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit, speziell in der Küche und im Bad. Alle Schränke, Backofen, Besteckschublade, Kühlschrank etc waren dreckig, ganz zu Schweigen von der Dusche mit altem, vergilbtem Kalk und Dreck, verkalkter Glastüre und dem Badboden mit fremden Haaren und Fingernägel. Da fiel der Staub und die Spinnweben auch nicht mehr ins Gewicht. Eine Grundreinigung ist dringend nötig!! Leider verstehe ich die positiven Bewertung zur Sauberkeit nicht. Zudem wurde nie auf meine Anfrage zu einem 2. Schlüssel etc geantwortet.

• Robert (9/5): Geweldig familie appartement in centrum Koblenz! - Voor het eerst haal ik sleutels uit het kastje. Let wel op dat er niemand loopt achter jou terwijl je bezig bent met sleutel uit het kastje. Je gaat dan decoderen op dat kastje.

• Robert (10/5): Very good stay in a very good property. - The property was well maintained and very clean. It has sufficient space for four to six people. There is crockery/cutlery/glasses/mugs; electric kettle; hotplates & oven; microwave; toaster and coffee machine. We appreciated supply of washing-up liquid and tea/coffee/milk. The apartment is a short flat walk to the centre of the old town shopping precinct, and the confluence of the Moselle and Rhineland rivers. Parking is available in a nearby underground parking structure (80m). The apartment is located on the second floor via wide staircase (no elevator). The property’s photos accurately reflect the property. The check-in instructions were very good and easy to understand. The shower was the minimum size, and the toilet narrow.
