• Hards (7/5): My stay was great but there’s definitely room for improvement. - I loved the apartment’s modern appearance. The views were spectacular and the location was great! Finding the property was extremely difficult, it took me about a half hour which was extremely frustrating. The air conditioning in the actual apartment is so poor. It’s the middle of winter and we were dying of heat, even after putting the AC on the coolest temperature. I would hate to know how hot it gets in there during summer.

• Ryan (1/5): Bad - The iron was covered in some sort of gunk and ruined a linen shirt of mine. Also only had one key so got locked out of the apartment for hours as other friend was asleep
• Andrew (9/5): Superb - The view was great and the size of the apartment was good The air con was noisy in the master bedroom and the beds were to firm and the pillows didn't have support
• Kathleen (6/5): Pleasant - It was a complicated process to identify the building in the first place (it's the Meriton on The Esplanade ) then get the keys from a convenience store and then figure out the parking. The instructions sent were extensive and had photos but it took four of us (all used to running businesses) to decipher and follow them and almost an hour from the time we got off the tram right outside the building to entering the apartment. Also, we were only supplied one set of keys which meant we could not even go to the pool unless we were all together.

• Ruth (5/5): Nice apartment, stressful admin. - Nice apartment, clean, great views along the beach The endless emails before, during and after the visit, and the unnecessarily complex admin, really spoilt the rest of the trip. It would be much better if all admin could be done at the time of booking.
