• Jodie (7/5): But over all, it was a really clean property & it was in a lovely area. - Being a 3 bedroom, plus being close to our event. With it being a 3 bedroom unit and are able to sleep up to 6 people, it just didn’t have enough seating on the lounge to fit everyone on it. Which the only other seating was at the dining table. A tad uncomfortable, sitting watching TV. There was no tea or coffee etc at all. Not even instant coffee. You have a coffee pod machine there, but no pods. Plus up in the top bedroom there wasn’t any extra blankets in the cupboard, as the guests staying up there were cold.

• terry (7/5): Overall , we appreciated our time here - location was excellent-close to station, local pub, shops made everything very convenient / Neighborhood itself was quiet and pleasant. we hope our feedback is helpful in making an already lovely property even better for future guests Felt in terms of cutlery and glassware available for 3/4 people very limited with only one spoon one mug with a handle and one drinking tumbler. Which meant we had to purchase extra during our stay. Additionally although there was no loud music the neighbor's next door were extremely noisy with constant and insistent thudding and running up the stairs about ever 5-10 mins up until approx. 10.30pm-11,00pm This was particularly disruptive in the evening when trying to relax and sleep

• Alexander (10/5): I have written and re-written this summary multiple times and cannot find a description that truly encapsulates the eleg - The home was beautiful, well-equipped with everything from essentials to extras, located conveniently and there was nothing at all that our group could have required further, or faulted in any way. I have travelled the country extensively for business and was thoroughly impressed and satisfied by every conceivable aspect of our stay, beyond expectations. I can not fault this property.
• Laura (8/5): We liked this property so much, we extended our stay - it was perfect for us! - We really enjoyed this spacious property. The beds were very comfortable, the furnishings were stylish and the location was perfect for our needs. Stairs - there were three levels. We managed, but we didn’t really use the top level. Just be aware if you have mobility issues.

• Stephanie (9/5): Fantastic - ‘The Lumos’ was clean and spacious and was very close to public transport. The property was so Interesting with all the different things to look at such as the seeds and butterflies and all the pictures on the walls. We had a fantastic experience staying here. Nothing as everything was really good.

• Russell (6/5): Honest review - Atmosphere, bedroom set up(s),good neighbourhood,felt like a home. The fridge wasn't keeping our items cold at all, both TVs didn't have normal tv channels to relax to and the tv upstairs we couldn't even watch any tv.
• Celeste (7/5): Overall was ok, with minor improvens could be excellent. - It was big enough for our family of 7, had good storage, was convenient to train and shops. Reasonably clean. Staff contacts were very friendly and easy to deal with. There was insufficient parking, I was unable to access the underground due to the size of our van and there was very rarely a spot on the street, (I received a $400 fine the first day). There was mould around the door frames on top level and dust behind sofa. Balconies were very dirty so we could not use them. Rooms were cluttered with excessive furniture, the stairs down to the car park were dangerous for our children.

• Anna (10/5): Amazing unit. - Beautiful decor! My son was fascinated by the nature art in the downstairs areas. He had his own little retreat upstairs. We were there during a hot spell so the aircon worked a treat. All the services worked well and parking was secure. Would be a great place to use as a base to explore Sydney and the surroundings, being a three minute walk to the train station. The dishwasher obviously hadn't been run in a very long time and was quite smelly. Ran a cycle and it seemed to be ok afterwards but otherwise, everything was great.
• Vila (9/5): Superb - The house decoration is very magnificent and rare 😄 Big house, suitable for family to stay there.. clean and tidy. Me and my partner sleep in the master bedroom and only the pillows is not fluffy enough 😁 and the tv don't have any channels to watch 😅 the rest is great

• Matthews (9/5): Superb - The space was a wonderful bonus, plenty of room to use and relax in. The location was also an added bonus, close to a train station, eateries, hotels, general store. It was fabulous. Shower recesses quickly filled with water and ran out onto bathroom floor after each shower. Water couldn't drain quick enough.
