- Micheal (1/5): Very unprofessional - Horrid and unprofessional service. It says of site key location, not few km into the middle of the party central, from a corner store then 10 min walk and 10 min drive bak to the apartment. Every single complaint in other reviews have not been fixed, even tho the host of this apartment keeps saying they are fixed. I can garntee nothing has or will get fixed in this apartment because there is no care for there customers. The dryer started smoking and nearly caught on fire, when we reported this to reception, they didn't want a bar of us because of our unit number and how badly it is run. The double beds had single blankets on them just turned side ways. The towel rack just fell off and hut my 9mnth old child. Aircon didn't work. Best part is we weren't able to get hold of the host or people looking after the unit for through booking. This unit is just some people who thought they could scam out there apartment for as much as possible with no care of upkeep or the customer

- Jillian (4/5): Disappointing - Good location and facilities. I was told to be at the apartment by 5pm to get swipe card, but the person with card didn't arrive till after 5:30pm. The allocated car park was taken by someone else, and I had to park my car in metered parking on the road overnight. When I asked if I could keep my car in the park for an extra 2 hours after check out, I was told I would need to pay an extra $40/hr for the privilege. The couch is stained, and the walls could do with a good clean.

- Bron (5/5): Great location and facilities but they need a better property manager. - The property itself was great once we eventually got access a day later. We flew into Brisbane at 8am, we were told we can access at 3pm. Upon arrival at 3pm i received an email saying the property is not accessible as they cannot locate the keys. I asked where were the spare keys, cleaners keys or a locksmith but they kept me waiting until the next day. I had to find alternative accommodation. It was extremely stressful as they were not interested in finding us an alternate room, we were basically left without a place to stay with our children. We had to pay again for a hotel room, and $40 for parking that we were not refunded for. It took a month for them to process a refund that was not a full night's cost, extremely unpleasant experience.

- Nick (1/5): Bad - Nothing! Worst stay ever I have tried getting in contact with the the owners/contractors every day since I have stayed. I had no towels at the accomodation and I called 3 times a day for towels which never turned up. Promised by the lady. We will be taking this further and getting our solicitors involved. They hang up every time since and will not resolve the situation. The worst stay ever in my life. Very disappointing. Accc will be notified

- Rylan (3/5): Poor - Was left waiting at the apartment for 6 hours while the room was being cleaned. Was told it would be ready by a certain time and was not ready untill well after that time causing myself to miss a planned dinner. Still waiting for confirmation on a partial refund for this
- House (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect, bed was very comfortable. Felt like I was at home. The spa wasn't working very sad. The bathroom was pretty filthy. And the couch had a stain that had spread and we had tried to remove it.

Sent arrival times they were meant to meet is with keys at location no one turned up we were stranded with all our luggage at the location at 830 at night and had to walk around town to find somewhere to stay cause no one was available to bring us the keys very disappointed with organising

- Jason (7/5): Great place with what could be a great room. - The location for what we had planned was brilliant. Secure parking and the layout of the room was also great The bathroom doors (2 way) couldn’t be locked. The dryer and dishwasher were broken. All reported to the manager.
- Chloe (1/5): I would not recommend this place, the service is non existent. I have emails to back it up. - The only thing good about the property was the location. It suited us being so close to the hospital I waited 1.5 hrs with a family member with pancreatic cancer to be able to check in, as the check in process was flawed. Advising them by the app before hand was useless. Arrived at the property no one there to meet me, contacted the number and waited 40mins for someone to come and hand the one key over. They left quick smart and then the key wouldn’t work for the room. Contacted the number again? Multiple no answers, finally picked up and advised they would get the person back asap, No show! Managed to get an after hours person from reception to eventually recode the card (which they didn’t have to do as we booked through a 3rd party). Received a phone call the next morning to advise the person couldn’t come back as reception was closed!!! There was no communication on that the day/night before, had I not gotten the card recoded I would have been stuck. Absolutely horrible service. Property was advertise with wifi, advised on the call and via email that there was no wifi. This was at 6.24am and a phone call at 7.55am. Advised someone would get it sorted asap. After multiple emails someone turned up at midday and advised that all internet in the property was upgraded and he was just fixing it as they were advised!!!! Why would you not fix all your properties immediately after being advised of the changed? I lost a day of work due to not being able to connect to wifi. Plates stored in the cupboard were dirty, dishwasher was broken. Still waiting on a response regarding a refund!!!

The freezer was hardly working and had to defrost it after we lost most of our food .
They only give one key this was a nightmare but thanks for giving us one on Saturday even though the staff dont work
The dryer didn’t go no clothes horse two knives three forks not enough plates so if u have guests u spend a bit of time cleaning your plate after eating fast so they have one
I have over the last year stayed in hotels 157 nights and this would be one of the worst all fixable stuff but an nightmare when your busy wanting to relax Barby area loverly

- Joseph (3/5): Could easily be 5 Stars but Management is Inept - Consider Other Options - The entire checkin process was impossibly difficult. In relation to the keys, we were asked 4 or 5 times what time we were arriving (we said 5pm to 6pm). I was asked to upload a "selfie" so the key person could identify me. The first selfie I uploaded was rejected by the PM and I had to do it again. We arrived a little early from Sydney and received a text from a 3rd party key company (Keyninja) to asked when we were arriving (again). We advised we were already here and waiting to get into the car park. They advised they had been told to arrive a 5:30pm, so we waited 1/2 an hour. When Keyninja arrived, they advised they were waiting in the lobby for me so I had to leave the car in the loading zone behind to go to the lobby to meet them. Despite the multiple selfies, she still had no idea who I was when I arrived. No problem, as she said she would need take yet another picture of me, holding the keys and my ID in order to complete handover (good thing I took my wallet when I walked around the block to the lobby). Once that was done, that was that. Asked if she could help what each key/pass does, but she advised they cannot. ++Note - they will give you instructions to leave the keys inside the unit when you leave. As you need the swipe pass to get out of the car park, you will need to take your car out and park illegally to go back upstairs to leave the keys. the booking verification process and cleanliness is probably one of the worst I have ever had, definitely the worst ever from accommodation booked through booking.com. After the appalling checkin process, it was super disappointing to find the place not clean; dirty dishes in the cupboard, cigarette butts on the balcony and stains on the couch to name but a few. We raised the issues during the stay and asked for an email address to send the photos, which was promptly provided. No offer to clean was offered but they did eventually ask if there was anything they could do to help the situation. I requested a refund of the cleaning fee of $189 they charged, I had already recleaned the dished and removed extra rubbish. Over a week later and after several follow ups, there was been no reply. The location and the shower however are quite good.
- Amanda (5/5): Don't do it - The apartment was nice and spacious. When I arrived, I received a key to an apartment that was taken (someone else was in it). After a lot of phone calls and emails that I made and never got a response (i had to keep calling for updates), I waited 3 hours to receive the right key. Was not happy. All the cups bowls, ect, were not clean. I had to wash everything before we use it. I will never book through AIRTRIP again.

Great little cafe downstairs. Was a bit confusing getting there. You should mention that it is Belise on the booking info. Drove around the block 3 times looking for the address.
Beds were a little too short for us. Not overly tall, but my feet were off the bed.
Dryer didn’t work.

Food scarps, dirty sheets, sticky floors, dust and cockroaches in the bathroom. Communication was very poor about how to check in, where to park. They didn’t answer their phone and I called 12 times trying to get in.

- Jarvis (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the city. Close to grocery stores etc. Secure parking was awesome. Onsite cafe was great. Roof top area was great. Washing machine/dryer was great. No blankets. Pillows really, really bad. Non existent decor made a great room really drab.

The unit on arrival smelt of old cigarettes, the unit was dirty, the foors had not been cleaned, there was hair nails a dead gecko, peanuts and dust and fluff in the kitchen and lounge area. The counters, sink, cooking surface and the cavity where the rubbish bins go, we're all dirty and had not been properly cleaned.
The shower had a build up of scum around the bottom of the shower screen. The adjusting cord for the blind in the lounge was broken and sitting a pot plant near by.

- Elisha (6/5): It was good due to location but the property needs a deep clean and spruce up and tidy. - Location No under blanket on bed, rug was very dirty, sink area needs a deep clean, shower heads leaked and sprayed outside of shower and caused flooding, very little dishware for 4 people for a week. Not supplied enough dishwasher tabs and bathroom had a sewerage smell. No batteries in any of the remotes worked.

Hated that Pool closed at 10pm. Heat wave and swimming quietly after working massive days.
No fans in rooms so relied on air con which was hard to get temp right.

If an elderly person with no computer knowledge had booked they would of been confused.
Oh another thing maybe extend parking in units to more than 1 car when 4 people stayed and had two cars as coming from seperate destinations
For price paid for two nights maybe could of been a little more accomodating
- Kelly (5/5): Passable - Well used space with nice facilities Although clean and tidy, there was quite a off putting smell in both the hall way and apartment. It was a strong smell every time we entered.
Scrunched up towels were located in the cupboard which had a damp feel so were unsure if used.
No mention of rubbish disposal and had to approach the building maintenance for assistance
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - the room was beautiful and the balcony was looking right out onto the city and the Showgrounds! the beds were super comfy and everything was within walking distance the parking area is a bit small, so it’s a little squishy for big car.
