• Geoffery (8/5): Very good - Great customer service. Thematic housing. Air Conditioner wasn't working when we arrived but their staff worked quickly and resolved the issue in a few hours.
• Marianne (6/5): Pleasant - Near the city centre. Accessible to the mall and convenience stores. Walking distance to everything. Towels smell bad. The dryer has a very wet smelling and dirty towel under it. The floors were not swept down when we went to check in. Bed sheets are not tightly tucked. Over all the house is not spic and span.
• Nurfazlya (7/5): Very good location from Tennoji station! Malls is nearby, harukas is just around the corner. - Like for can check in early & luggage storage before check in. Toilet also nice. Room and kitchen are good. So many beds. Just the stairs but not blame owner, this is the typical stairs for japanese house. Understandable.
• Mingo_kumi (6/5): Unpleasent situation for foreigners with no knowledge of Japanese. Otherwise ok. - The style inside is young, and practical It took two hours in the evening (from 20:00 to 22:00) to get the access code, and to understand where the property wwas (no house numbers in Japan, writings on the property entrance only in Japanese, and our phone had no internet. We phone also with the help of neighbours and it was very complicated to get understood or to receive clear instructions. The house has two entrance doors with keycodes. The owners are not on site, and difficult to reach. Also the house was extremely cold (11C), nothing had been prepared. I would recommend the owners to improve the situation thinking also at foreign visitors. The appliances (heating means, rooms heat pumps, wash machine, TV) have only japanese instructions, and japanese handheld controllers. For foreigners it is difficult to use the house properly, and for the owners there is a risk that the guests make some damage. Definitely not a good choice for foreigners, as of today.
