• Pamula (1/5): Good location only would not choose again - The location was good. It was not clean—mold and pink bacteria all over the shower. Dirt and grime all over the walls. The worst part was the front door code did not work after our first day which meant we were trapped in the room with the fear we could not get back in the building. The property management did not communicate with us and get us a new code which ruined the second half of our trip.
• Alberto (8/5): - Apartamento muy bien equipado, muy cerca de las estaciones y a una cómoda distancia del centro de la ciudad. El lavabo no traga, lo cual es bastante incómodo. La comunicación con el anfitrión. Le envié un mensaje dos días antes de hacer el check-out para preguntarle sobre la basura, y nunca contestó.

• Philippe (3/5): - Nous sommes arrivé à 17h, le ménage n’était pas fait, nous avons immédiatement avisé le propriétaire. A 18h30 le propriétaire nous a demander de quitter la chambre pour laisser la femme de ménage faire son travail. Nous avons finalement pu nous installer vers 20h au lieu de 16h. L"écoulement du lavabo était bouché, j'ai envoyé un message au propriétaire qui ne m'a même pas répondu. Ça fait beaucoup pour une location à ce prix. Bel appartement bien situé mais je ne recommande pas ce loueur.

• JEAN-SEBASTIEN (1/5): Plus d'attention au client serait nécessaire. - Emplacement conforme à nos attentes. Dès l'arrivée j'ai constaté que le lavabo de la salle d'eau est complètement bouché. De plus propreté défaillante dans la salle d'eau : projections douteuses sur les tiroirs et façades des meubles, sur les murs et même au plafond dans la douche ! J'ai laissé plusieurs messages avec photo par Whatsapp au manager Vasko qui n'a jamais répondu. Ce monsieur n'est là que pour encaisser votre argent mais surtout pas pour vous aider en cas de problème dans le logement qu'il propose. Je lui ai demandé d'intervenir en urgence et aucune réponse n'a été reçue ni aucune réparation effectuée.

• Liselot ___ (1/5): - We hebben er niet kunnen overnachten aangezien het appartement niet voor ons klaargemaakt was bij aankomst. Alles van de vorige gastrn was er nog zoals onopgemaakte bedden. Vuile was, vuile vaatwas etc etc

(Ex : 1 petite cuillère pour 1 logement de 4) Pas de serviettes de toilettes Machine et sèche linge qui fonctionnent à peine. Literie et canapé inconfortable Doute sur la proprete du linge de lit Pas une seule couette Mauvaise insonorisation Pas de rideau occultant Quartier peu rassurant, présence de SDF et craked partout Impossible de profiter de la piscine, présence de plusieurs personnes avec musique a fond, consommation d'alcool dans la piscine, bières renversé dans la piscine....
• Nicolas (6/5): - Emplacement à 20 minutes à pied du centre. Belle piscine sur le toit Le linge de maison n'était pas propre et sentait mauvais. Il y avait encore des poils dans la douche. Il n'y avait aucun savon mis à disposition pour se doucher.

• Mélissa (9/5): - Magnifique condo, bien situé, propre, grande salle de bain et cuisine. La piscine et l’accès aux BBQ au roof top dont définitivement une valeur ajoutée à cet hébergement! Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. En général, tout était parfait. Par contre, il y a une légère odeur d’urine de chat, probablement dû à l’humidité.. mais c’est loin d’être exagéré. Le matériel pour cuisiner est de base (ex: pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle), et il n’y avait pas de savon à lessive. Ce serait intéressant d’en avoir pour laver le lit lors de long séjour.

Mais personne en 3 jours n est venu nous en ramener un D autre part, beaucoup de junkys dans le quartier
• Ith (5/5): - C’était bien situé. La piscine sur le toit était agréable L’appartement n’était pas propre avec du linge qui était restée dans la laveuse. L’appartement sentait l’urine de chat. Il n’y avait pas de papier de toilette. Beaucoup d’itinérants dans le coin

• Andrew (6/5): Pleasant - Cheap furnishings. A squeaky need frame that made more noise than the cars passing below. No top sheet on the bed. The towels were so thin I could almost see through them.

• Nora (3/5): Disappointing - Good location and price The host was NOT available via telephone and we had to wait for almost anr outside before we’re given the code to get in the building. Then it seemed all the bedding was not clean, nor were their pillow cases for the couch pillows.
• Sarah (7/5): Great place, unpleasant smell in roo. - Nice size apartment, new and clean appearing. The apartment had a cat pee smell, which is obviously unpleasant. The lobby and hallway didn't smell, just the room and it wasn't overbearing it was weird as you would get like waves of the smell. Glad we were only here one night.
