• Sonja (5/5): It was adequate for our needs, bus and shop is handy. - Instructions for the lock box good. but difficult to find in the dark, lucky we had a very helpful taxi driver. Bedding in the second bedroom woefully inadequate, the person in the room had the heater on at night. No spare blankets in the cupcoard. Shower in the second bathroom broken, can only be used as hand held, what a pain. Mold in the shower, needs a good clean The balcony is filthy, it really needs a good clean, makes it very inhospitable. We could have used a blanket in the lounge room, it was very cold in the evening.

• Chelsey (3/5): Great location. Apartment needs a good clean and to look like photos used for the site. - Bedding was dirty. Towels and bedding all mismatched. Bathroom was dirty. Coffee mugs were dirty. No dish washing liquid or towels for drying dishes. The apartment needs a good and proper clean

• Pip (8/5): Fantastic property which is super convenient for a mountain biking trip to Stromlo - Proximity to Stromlo MTB park Minor issues only - some of the cutlery was dirty and the shower screen in 2nd bathroom did not close properly

• Amanda (5/5): Passable - Secure carpark. Good space for our family. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to city centre and see attractions. Good communication. Limited cooking appliances and dinnerware in kitchen. Shower head in ensuite wouldn't stay up and toilet dirty under rim. Main bed on left side springs are bad and difficult to turnover without rolling out of bed. He stayed in high heat temperatures and no airconditioning in second bedroom, kids very hot and difficult sleeping.

• Hannah (8/5): Very good - Perfect location and size Very odd selection of kitchen utensils, quite tricky for more than one person to eat at once. No full sets of cutlery and next to no plates/bowls.
• Theresa (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, and accessibility and it did have the amenities that they claimed on the booking website. Instructions were clear about accessing the building. The cleanliness. The mattress protector were covered in yellow stains all over it. One of the beds in the twin room was not properly made. There was only a top sheet, no fitted sheet. The towels smelled like sweat, like they haven't been washed for a long time. You can see mould and grime on the toilet. The cook top had some greasy stuff on it, not that we actually used it. Also there were some things in the property that needed some maintaining- door hinges, it actually fell off ( we just kept it shut), a drawer, the control panel on the dryer was nearly falling off, clothes rack was falling apart, the blind chain needs replacing. We took photos of this when we arrived as evidence that it was already broken when we get there. It did not feel like the property was prepared for us properly.

• Emiley (4/5): Not the best not the worst. - Location, security, beds were comfortable, and the size of the space was good. So unclean!! There was food left from previous people in the room, lint left in the dryer, ashtray left in a non smoking stay, had to clean before we could unpack and settle.

• Terry (7/5): Good, but management attention to detail would have made it a whole lot better - Location suited us as we had business and recreation in that immediate area. Apartment fairly well designed and roomy, good balcony, if the weather is fine Good northerly view made great with fly past of around 30 hot air balloons featuring in Canberra Week celebrations 16th March. BONUS 2 parking spots in basement - great because we had two cars to manage Checkin procedure needlessly complicated and clunky. Instructions were sent to computer 6 hours before checkin time - we were already on the road with no wifi when we arrived. Fortunately we were able to make contact through friends and get the info. A phone message directing us to key pickup point where we could get both the key and a printed info sheet would have made access easy. Also pickup point is a different address to the unit address. Air conditioner remote screen almost unreadable. Only one mug and only 2 bowls for a 4-person apartment??? The rest of the crockery and cutlery appeared to have been sourced from Op shop oddment shelves without any regard to colour or style Basin plug in ensuite was broken which meant basin could not be filled One only double power point in kitchen, bad original design fault, it's not hard to fit a triple or quad replacement No globe in one bed lamp in main bedroom Hint for others - take a luggage trolley if you have lots of luggage or other gear to move
• Jury (5/5): Location was good - The location The unit was not clean - floors were not washed or swept, showers were mouldy, balcony furniture had food crumbs and sticky stuff, towels were poor quality, kitchen crockery was minimal - 3 bowls, 3 wine glasses, no dish cloth
