• Claudiu (10/5): Excellent 3 days in Rome! - Very friendly and warm host. She answered ASAP to all our messages and questions. The apartment was clean, well positioned, with small stores and bakery nearby, from where you could buy breakfast or dinner, a small patio where you can smoke a cigarette and drink an espresso. Something for everybody. We were 4 adults and 1 child. Rather than use small flasks with shower gel, it would be better to use a bigger reusable device. Easier to use. It is just a point of view, not a minus!

• Luca (10/5): Best apartment of Rome ✨️ - Posizione fantastica, in 5 minuti a piedi sei tra i locali di Trastevere, fronte palazzo ci sono parcheggi che con 8€ ci fai la giornata, l'appartamento è al piano terra e ogni stanza ha un bagno. Finisco dicendo che tutto l'appartamento è come nuovo. È la terza volta che vengo a Roma ed è quella in cui ho trovato l'alloggio migliore, tornerò a Roma e tornerò qui ad alloggiare Nothing
• aysegul (8/5): Great location - Great location, lively place and feels safe, close to attractions Clean Comfortable bed Quiet and calm house and we felt safe Hot water is enough for only one person to have a fast shower then you have to wait an hour to have hot water again. I didn't like the stuffed wooden pieces behind the wardrobe. They look awful. We didn't use the kitchen but even if wanted to, I don't think the utensils and pans in the kitchen would be ideal.

• Charlotte (7/5): Le séjour a été agréable malgré quelques petits détails - Appartement spacieux, localisation correcte et quartier calme. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Fluidité des échanges avec le personnel. Plusieurs petits détails tel que l’insonorisation (bruit dans les couloirs des autres résidents), volet dans l’une des deux chambres cassés (et qu’un seul rideau donc beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre le matin) et porte de placard également endommagé dans la chambre.

La posizione è ottima, comodissima per visitare Roma e ben collegata. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, che è stata molto molto brava, gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentite davvero a casa. Consigliatissima, speriamo di tornare presto!

• MARIA (9/5): Buen apartamento en Trastevere - La ubicación excelente. En pleno Trastevere, pero alejado del bullicio. La comunicación fue buena y me hicieron unas buenas recomendaciones Nada en particular.
• Clara (10/5): Perfekt boende för större sällskap. Bäddsoffan skulle kunna uppdateras för bättre komfort. Annars var allt topp! Air con - När vi väl var på plats så skulle vi bara lämna väskorna, vi förstod inte riktigt om vi skulle lämna dom i lägenheten eller om det fanns ett gemensamt utrymme för väskorna. Vi hade otrolig kontakt med vår host Rosa som bad oss att lämna väskorna i lägenheten. När vi väl lämnade väskorna möttes vi av en otroligt gullig man vars uppgift var att färdigställa och städa lägenheten inför vår vistelse. Han pratade ingen engelska och vi hade flera i sällskapet som, till viss del förstod vissa ord på italienska, vilket var språket mannen talade. Vi, tillsammans fick instruktioner av mannen om bland annat hur AC;n fungerade, hur man bryggde kaffe, hur man fick upp och ner chassit för fönstren mm. Även fast vi knappt förstod vad han sa på italienska och han på engelska så fick vi otroligt bra kontakt med mannen. Han lät oss lämna väskorna i hallen och på ett halvknackigt försökt till engelska sa att vi var välkomna tillbaka inom timmen. Under vår vistelse var vi väl nöjda med vårt boende. Det låg perfekt i avstånd till bra restauranger, stråk och sevärdheter. Eftersom vi reste i extremvärme så var AC:n i varje rum VÄL UPPSKATTAD 🫶🏼 ett pluss i kanten för oss som reste i större sällskap (á 7personer), den stora uteplatsen som vi alla tog del av. Stor plus även till Rosa, vår kontaktperson till boendet, som tog väl hand om oss, före under och efter vår hela vår vistelse 🥰🥹 Något som skulle kunna uppdateras i boendet är en bättre bäddsoffa. Rummen hade otroligt bra standard. Men eftersom vi var 7 st som bodde i lägenhet behövde 2 personer bo på soffan. Bäddsoffan var av den sämre standaren. Annars finns det absolut inga nackdelar 🥰

• Casey (10/5): A great place to explore Rome x - Convenient location, stylish decor and very well equipped. Showers were lovely and air conditioning was well welcomed. Rosa was lovely and helpful throughout our stay - would 10/10 stay again.
• Allan (1/5): Bad - Apartment was in a good location, and large in size for our family. Entry instructions into the apartment were very good. While we were sleeping, someone broke into the apartment and stole tens of thousands of dollars worth of our personal items. I was disappointed that the owners would not cover the replacement of our items.

• Theodoros (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and very clean. Its position is great. Trastevere is great for a night out both for food and drinks. Within 20 mins walking you can visit every monument Rome has to offer. It was my 3rd time in Rome and had the best time. Would definitely recommend!
• Thomas (9/5): Great apartment in a great location. Hosts were very friendly and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay - Three of us stayed at the apartment and there was plenty of space. It was clean, modern and in a great location. There’s lots of nice restaurants and bars in walking distance and a shop for essentials around the corner. You can walk to most of the main attractions so we didn’t need to use any taxis or buses apart from the airport. It was nice to have an outdoor space, but this looked a little tired but we visited in May so it might have been like this due to the winter period. It didn’t impact our stay as we were out for most of the day.

• Dinko (4/5): Disappointing - The rooms are dark and wet. The neighbors are noisy. The owner offered us transport to the train station (3 km) for 60 eur. You have to do self check in that lasts for half on hour (taking photo of your ID, than yourself with your ID ...). They wont give you detailed instructions before you do that. Pricing is not transparent. City taxes are not included, you have to pay it separately on the owners PAYPAL acct. City taxes are paid everywhere, Rome is no exemption but they dont charge you separately.

Location was great, everything was under 30 minutes radius by walk. Thank you the backyard would need more attention and cleanliness
• Roberta (8/5): A nice place for your roman adventure. - The apartment is well divided, it has two bedrooms that are suites, but one of them has a second door to access the bathroom, the showers are a very reasonable size. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster. The television in the room is BIG, the biggest we had on this trip, but the access controls are all in a Slavic language, but we were able to use it. The accommodation provides bed and bath linen and pillows. The air conditioners are working perfectly. The apartment also has two clotheslines that allow you to quickly dry towels. Soaps and sampoo were offered. in the kitchen sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper and coffee We took several walks on foot from the apartment. this was Great! The Host was really kind. you will find plates, cutlery, glasses, goblets. I missed more knives for bread and meat, a cutting board I think you can think about having more bathroom floors or rugs, because being white they get dirty very easily But, the biggest problem with the apartment is the noise!!! I read about it a previous review and indeed it can really be a nuisance if you want to sleep more, as the rubbish is taken out early and the neighbors are quite noisy. Another aspect that deserves comment is the external patio, it could be explored so much better! It has a lot of potential! There is furniture but there was construction material and a feeling of unfinished things, the building had units under maintenance, maybe that was it, but again, a pitty I missed things to help me keep the apt clean. I didn't have any floorcloths, dish towels, after two days I found a lost broom in this courtyard. the apartment was clean, but there was dust on the furniture, there's no point in just vacuuming the dust, you need to look in the corners of the showers, clean the washing machine... I also missed armagenazem pots for food

• Jessicai (8/5): Family rated 8/10 - Nice location with access to transport. Rooms were spacious and clean. The actual location was fairly quiet at night and there are many food options nearby. Bring an adaptor. It's not a major thing but there were no usb outlets anywhere which would have been a nice touch. It's on a hill, if you have mobility issues this may be something to consider.
