• Morgan (5/5): Way too overpriced, location very good but did not feel clean or sanitary at all - Location was the only good thing about this apartment We had been delivered 2 towels one of which was stained to be used. We contacted the property and requested a new towel be delivered as we cannot be expected to share one towel between two people. We were told to use the washing machine and dryer in the apartment to clean the towels ourselves even though they were given to us like that. After back and forth emails we finally got new towels delivered with those ones to have makeup and for stains on it as well. There was multiple stains all over the carpet and scuff marks all of the walls. The toilet did not flush properly so we would have to go back multiple times to flush the toilet. The couch had stains on it and did not seem like it was vacuumed or cleaned in between use Was not worth what we paid for.

• Lilli (4/5): Had a lot of issues with staff and accessing the property - The room itself was nice, great views and facilities There was a lot of miscommunication when accessing the property, not long before my stay they let me know that I had to walk (only around 5 minutes) to pick up the key elsewhere, I wish this was mentioned earlier. They took longer than the arrival time to clean the room and eventually sent me a text letting me know the room was ready. I went to pick up the key only to be told it was not ready. I ended up sitting on the side of the road in the rain for a long time waiting with all my luggage from my flight. The apartment itself isn’t a hotel so I wasn’t allowed to wait inside. I tried calling the help line to work out what was happening and no one was available to help me. I ended up walking back and forth between the key pickup area and the hotel multiple times with my bags before the issue was resolved. Also found so much hair clogging the drains up resulting in the floor flooding and a rotten apple core under the bed. Also had no control over the heater or anything over night, which was kind of annoying when visiting Melbourne winter.
• Wang (1/5): Bad - Good location Do not give us the key until late night and staff was rude during the call. I need to call for 4-5 times just asking correct passcode and staff no patient And the property has weird sound from the wall, too loud I cannot even sleep

• Westover (4/5): The facility was priced as a 5 star, but only offered a 2 star experience - Location was excellent and the apartment was of an adequate size. Getting instructions 30 min prior to check-in meant that I had to walk with my luggage 10 min each way from the apartment to collect the keys, that is inconvenient. The apartment could do with a proper deep clean. There was a full of load linen left in the clothes dryer that I had to remove before I could use it, and the filter had never been cleaned. The shower was not properly cleaned, and the shower drain didn't work efficiently (probably never been cleaned) which meant the shower base will overflow if the taps were turned up to a decent pressure. I feel the whole facility was below expectation.
