• Maria (8/5): Estancia agradable. - Estaba todo muy limpio. La cafetera, cafes muy ricos y la bañera del baño una maravilla. La dueña muy atenta y detallista. Las fotos se ajustan bastante bien a la realidad. Es un apartamento bastante pequeño como para tres personas que fuimos nosotros pero suficiente. Tambien hemos pasado muchisimo calor sobre todo por las noches, en realidad no hay aire acondicionado si no solo un ventilador grande y otro pequeño y costaba ventilar ya que solo hay una ventana que da a la calle, la cual es bastante ruidosa por las noches.

• Sakshi (5/5): The apartment itself needs significant improvements. A proper renovation. - The apartment is in a great location, which made it convenient for our stay. The host was very kind and helpful — she responded to every question promptly and was available 24/7, which we truly appreciated. However, there are several issues I would like to highlight for the benefit of future travelers. Firstly, the induction stove was not working, so we were unable to cook any meals. While the electric kettle was functional, its lid was broken, making it inconvenient to use. The bathroom door was also broken, and unfortunately, my son got stuck inside twice. It took quite a bit of effort to get him out safely. Additionally, the stairs leading to the bed were quite unsafe and posed a serious risk of falling. The toilet flush was also problematic — it didn’t work properly and seemed to be connected to a cable in a temporary manner. Overall, I believe the apartment would benefit greatly from proper maintenance and a full renovation to improve the facilities and ensure a safe, comfortable stay for future guests. We were not aware that the apartment was located on the 4th floor, and unfortunately, this information was not mentioned on the website. This was particularly challenging for my father, who has a foot condition. Thankfully, he managed, but it would have been helpful to know in advance.
