• Edward (8/5): Great location shame about the Horizan company and their non existent deposit refund attempts! - The location was great, the accommodation was lovely, great facilities. The mattress was a bit saggy in one of the main bedrooms, time for a new one, the only bad thing his Horizon Villa Vacations who manage the property, they take a $500 deposit from your credit card and then take months to refund it, and when it came to refunding it they said they couldnt do it as the card wouldnt accept the refund! several phone calls and emails later and they said to give them my bank details, then they still didnt pay it to my bank so told me to contact my credit card company (7 months after i paid the deposit) to do a card charge back, I have started that process now, total bad customer service form Hozion. USA usually has such amazing customer service. a shame as puts me off booking anything with horizon again who are keeping deposits longer, probably to make interest on it in their bank.
• Christina (1/5): Inside was OK - The beds were comfortable Villa is for sale. With or without current bookings. Insisted on photo of bank card emailed to them to pay security deposit. As booking non-refundable I had no choice. When left was used by Bravofly fraudulently. My bank refunded. Pool filthy, dark shades in photo is the actual pool not reflection on the water. Like a film of dirt going across pool. This should have been cleaned twice during our stay, all the pool cleaner does is top the water level up with hose pipe. Outside area very small, no dining area and everything just feels dirty. No privacy outside, overlooked by very close proximity of villas to sides and rear. No safe for guest use. No grills by the poolside, I guess the BBQ in garage you use on driveway! The basketball thing in games room is torn and electronics not working. Worse villa I’ve stayed in and worse booking experience as managed by horizon vacation homes. I’ve rented about 20 villas over the years and very used to completing guest forms and paying security deposits, this is a nightmare company to deal with (horizon not booking.com)
