• Alison (4/5): This property need some maintenance and attention - The photos online make the apartment look way better than it is. Location is good, but there were a lot of things wrong in the apartment that I've asked them to fix before renting it out again. The lock on the balcony door did not work as it wasn't installed right, the right side door of the fridge was broken so it didn't close properly, the sink tap needs a spray attachment as water flies all over the place, the second bathroom design is crazy - the water from the shower sits on the whole floor of the bathroom and doesn't drain well so when you're using the toilet or standing at the sink your feet are wet. There were no closet bars in the second bedroom to hang up clothes, the bedroom door was damaged from water on the bottom of it at some time. The living room couch has seen better days and was very uncomfortable. Charging plugs in the bedroom were awkward to get to. The poo on second floor needs a good clean and the bannister to get into the pool is broken and dangerous. A woman there said it had been like that since last year!

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il check-in ma solamente perché non funzionava Internet sul nostro telefono. Per chi viaggia senza Internet consiglio di farsi dare in anticipo i codici per entrare.
• Denise (9/5): Yo lo recomiendo . - Estuvo muy linda la visita y cualquier duda o pregunta la resolvían de manera pronta Que no tiene un pichel ni platos pequeños y poco papel higiénico. A pesar que el encargado fue muy diligente no se pudo arreglar el aire del segundo dormitorio.
• Queen (8/5): Good overall - The location was great and the unit was overall clean and pretty spacious, for the price... It came with a beautiful view!! 😍 And has a few walkable food & drink options... The building felt safe, secure and was well maintained... We loved seeing the horses next door and across the street!! The washer and dryer didn't work ☹️ The pool is described as "private", but it's used by the whole building.... It was still a nice pool/ pool area, though... The elevator has a really strong moldy/ mildew smell, it can get on your clothes... I think maybe the rug and possibly an air filter needs to be changed... Lastly, while I did mention the space being good for the price, it did APPEAR to be a larger unit in the pictures...
• Thomas (10/5): Beautiful beach view - It was extremely close to the beach, and the host was super friendly A little far from town, but no big deal who doesn’t need the exercise
