• Remigiusz (7/5): Ogromny, ale niewykorzystany potencjał ;-) - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja (zabytki w centrum miasta, promenada spacerowa Vitosha, ryneczek, hala targowa, przystanki), klimatyzacja, TV, wi-fi, lodówka. Ale na krótki pobyt dobre miejsce i miły kontakt z obsługą. Wejście do budynku trochę zaniedbane (jak niestety wiele miejsc w mieście), prysznic w toalecie :D Przydałyby się też jakaś ścierka w kuchni i suszarka do włosów. Wykorzystajcie bardziej możliwości, jakie macie!

• Janne (6/5): - Ich hatte einen Balkon, normale Bettwäsche und eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Es wird versprochen, dass man bis 13:00 Uhr mittags die Check-In Daten erhält. Bei mir ist das jedoch nicht geschehen, wodurch ich noch eine Weile auf der Straße stand. Entschuldigt hat sich niemand. / Es gab keinen Roomservice, ergo auch die Handtücher wurden nicht gewecchselt und das Klopapier nicht nachgefüllt oder der Müll geleert. In meinem Kühlschrank war schwarzer Dreck, evtl. Schwarzer Schimmel? Der Wasserkocher könnte mal erneuert oder gereinigt werden.

• Emine (8/5): Merkezde memnun konaklama 😊 - Merkezde metroya cok yakın, oda görseldeki gibi, buzdolabı ocak mutfak tv, banyo wc, herşeye sahipti, ben yalnızdım, güvenlik benim için çok önemli güvenli bir yer, çalışanlar cok ilgili, erkenden giriş yapmam için bana yardımcı oldular, tekrar sofyaya gelirsem burayı tercih edeceğim Yatak biraz eskimiş yayları hissediyorsunuz bir geve için hiç sorun yapmadım 😊

El precio de 30€ por día para ser Europa está bien: tienes una habitación con baño y balcón. Tiene nevera y hervidor para calentar agua. Tienes televisión con canales donde ver películas bastante buenas. El self check in es fácil de hacer,no hay nadie que te reciba. Para estar dos días es correcto. Del lavabo salía olor a tuberías. Los cubiertos que te dejaban en la habitación tenían restos de comida,los cuales no utilice,el mantel de la mesa también estaba algo sucio y desgastado. La cama y la almohada eran incómodas. Pero insisto,para un par de días no está mal. Aún así podrían mejorar,el edificio está en reformas constante por otros comentarios que he leído de hace años.

• Małgorzata (4/5): Budget friendly, good for 2 nights at most. - The apartment is located in the very center of the city. The price is very low. The beds are comfortable. The check in process is very easy. The apartment is small, dirty and cold. The kitchen isn't functional and the cutlery and pots are permanently stained and unwashed. There are a lot of things missing, like cohangers in the closet or dish soap in the kitchen. The shower in the bathroom is the worst part because everything gets wet and it doesn't drain. In the cabinets there is a lot of trash and old products.

Er hat nicht einmal meine Anrufe beantwortet und das Zimmer an eine andere Person vergeben, obwohl ich ihm alle erforderlichen Informationen per WhatsApp geschickt habe. Trotzdem wurde mir der Check-in verweigert. Dieses Verhalten ist für mich inakzeptabel. Ich fühle mich betrogen. Ich war gezwungen, kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Die Rechnung dafür liegt mir vor und kann als Nachweis vorgelegt werden.
• Zazu Noa Marie (4/5): ENTTÄUSCHEND - Das Bett war weich und die Lage zentral. Das Bad ist schmutzig und die Dusche quasi unbenutzbar. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet bzw. stehen die Dinge von vorherigen Mietern überall rum. Die Tür lässt sich schwer schließen, es kommt immer ein spalt licht durch und ist direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer. Aber am schlimmsten war das man alle Geräusche im Haus hautnah mitbekommen hat und die Nachbarn haben lautstark geredet in der Nacht. All in all leider enttäuschend!

• Marina (8/5): Nice budget stay in the city center - The location is great, in the city center and close to supermarkets and public transport stops. I stayed in a single room and had a terrace, there are TV, AC and everything needed for a sleepover. It was comfortable. It was a bit dirty in the bathroom, but suppose it is used a lot and that’s why. Still it should be cleaned better and it was a bit cold, but the AC worked quite fine and get better later.

• Savino (1/5): Pulizia assente e condizioni inaccettabili - Niente 🇮🇹 ITA- Soggiorno: 13–17 gennaio 2026 – Stanza privata Esperienza purtroppo pessima e totalmente diversa da quanto mostrato su Booking. La stanza aveva un odore fortissimo e nauseante, al limite del vomito. Pulizia praticamente inesistente: tende macchiate, forse di sangue, fili elettrici scoperti, cassetti sporchissimi e cotton fioc usati pieni di cerume trovati sotto i materassi, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile. Il bagno era in cattive condizioni, con ragnatele ovunque. In cucina la situazione era ancora peggiore: nel forno c’erano residui di cibo degli ospiti precedenti e nei cassetti inferiori abbiamo trovato croccantini per cani sparsi e mozziconi di sigarette. L’accesso alla struttura dà una pessima impressione: vialetto che sembra abbandonato, con cassette elettriche smontate e mobili rotti. Inoltre, su Booking la struttura sembra un appartamento grande, mentre in realtà è molto più piccola; inizialmente ci era stata assegnata anche una stanza più piccola di quella prenotata. Da segnalare anche la totale assenza di insonorizzazione: la porta era talmente sottile che si sentivano rumori e gemiti molto forti e inequivocabili provenire da altre stanze, rendendo impossibile riposare e creando una situazione estremamente imbarazzante. L’unica nota positiva è il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, molto gentile e disponibile. Scrivo questa recensione solo per raccontare la realtà: la struttura necessita urgentemente di pulizia profonda, manutenzione e descrizioni più oneste. Al momento non la consiglierei. 🇬🇧EN- Stay: January 13–17, 2026 – Private room Unfortunately, a very bad experience and completely different from what is shown on Booking. The room had a strong, nauseating smell, almost unbearable. Cleanliness was almost nonexistent: curtains stained, possibly with blood, exposed electrical wires, extremely dirty drawers, and used cotton swabs with earwax found under the mattresses, which is absolutely unacceptable.

Рядом есть метро, продуктовые магазины, большой рынок. От ж/д / автовокзала за 25 минут можно дойти до апартаментов. Не смотря, что расположение в центре, ночью тихо и можно спать с открытыми окнами - нет шума от машин и громких разговоров людей. Номер полностью соответствует описанию - в нем есть все необходимое для проживания. Мне очень понравилось!
