Na (+) przygotowana woda w butelkach. Należy dokładniej podać adres i nazwę miejsca docelowego- napis na budynku jest inny niż w ofercie i to myli. Okoliczne budynki w remoncie- nie można było nikogo zapytać - a nawigacja Google maps w tym miejscu jest niedokładna- trudno dociec o który budynek chodzi

• maciej (7/5): Polecam. Apartament w dobrej cenie z koniecznością odświeżenia - Dobra lokalizacja, można łatwo dostać się do morza. Do plaży trzeba przejść ok 20 min. Niedaleko są 2 sklepy z najpotrzebniejszymi rzeczami ( spożywcze ale nie tylko). Dużo restauracji przy morzu. Co do samego apartamentu: - w każdym pokoju jest klimatyzacja i działa dobrze. Chłodzi i grzeje - winda w budynku. Apartament na 1 piętrze - dostępne 2 balkony - przestronne pokoje - wszystkie media działają - miły choć minimalistyczny wystrój - dostępne garnki, ekspres przelewowy do kawy, sztućce, talerze, miski i kubki - czysta pościel - dostępnych jest dużo adapterów do wtyczek gniazda EU - WiFi szybkie Zdjęcia z oferty prawdopodobnie przedstawiają stan obiektu po otwarciu. - Niektóre meble zużyte - Materace raczej do wymiany. - Kanapa w salonie - spanie awaryjne - Klimatyzatory zagrzybione - Słuchawka prysznica zużyta, opada. - Okna w łazience nie da się zamknąć ( urwana klamka) - Ogólna czystość przeciętna - Patelnie teflonowe zużyte, raczej do wymiany Pomimo wymienionych rzeczy, które głównie wynikają ze zużycia przez wynajmujących i można je łatwo poprawić uważam, że cena/jakość jest atrakcyjna i polecam ten apartament.

• Ivelina (8/5): - Top location for departures and arrivals. Close to the center 15-20 min walk. Comfortable apartment with easy access and covered parking. Nice and warm in the winter. Was only tee and no coffee. We was flying early in the morning and we couldn’t get a coffee from nowhere. We get a coffee at the airport on a double price.

• Ilaria (3/5): Dirty but otherwise ok - The apartement is located in a very conevenient area, close to the sea side, to the airport and to the highway entrance. The area is quiet. There is plenty of parking in the street and the flat has its own parking spot, although quite narrow for a large car. The flat is equipped with everthing indicated in the description, airco in every room. The flat is matching the photos. There's a very convenient washing machine, and laundry detergent was provided. Honestly, we found the flat not clean, which was surprising given the good reviews. The floor was full of hairs and it looked like it was not cleaned in a while. The toilet was dirty, the shower full of hairs. Solicited with an email through booking, the owner ignored our request to have proper housekeeping. Note that the apartment is not really equipped with things to clean, if not for an old broom (also completely covered in hair) and some toilet gel. As a paying guest one would not expect to have to clean the dirt from the previous lodgers. In general the flat is a bit old, especially the bathroom. No shampoo or showergel provided, this is more a suggestion to add some. The single beds are not particularly comfortable. If the flat would have been clean than one could pass on the fact that it's a bit old and in an old building, but it was not the case so would not recommend.

• Nadya (9/5): Перфектно! - Всичко беше перфектно! Мястото напълно отговаря на снимките. Удобен апартамент обзаведен с вкус и оборудван със всичко необходимо за по-дълъг престой. Има хубава голяма тераса с маса и столове. Отлична комуникация с домакина.
• Arek L (8/5): - Mieszkanie położone blisko lotniska i blisko bo 15 minut spacerem od centrum Larnaki. W okolicy dużo barów i restauracji, w odległości 200 metrów 2 sklepy . Wyposażenie, wielkość i komfort mieszkania adekwatne do ceny. Cały blok mieszkalny był słabo wyciszony ( słychać było każdy krok na klatce) ale to chyba wada wszystkich bloków na Cyprze. Po za tym wszystko było tak jak w opisie.

• Waldemar (9/5): Udany pobyt. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do głównego deptaka w Larnace. Bezproblemowe zaparkowanie samochodu w bliskiej odległości od obiektu. Prosty i szybki dojazd do lotniska w Larnace na poranny lot. Samodzielne odebranie kluczy do obiektu, gospodarz przysyła maila z instrukcją, zameldowanie całkowicie bezproblemowe. Doskonale działająca klima. Z uwagi na bliskość lotniska, słychać samoloty.

• Margulis (8/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a TV with Netflix, and excellent internet. It was very comfortable, and you could easily stay there for several days while traveling. We only stayed one night because it was close to the airport. There were air conditioners in every room, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is not located in the nicest area. The beds were not very comfortable, and the bathroom could use some renovation.
• Елена (10/5): - Отличное расположение, до пляжа Кастелла 5-7 минут пешком, с ребенком и пенсионером не было проблем добраться. Недалеко на одной из соседних улиц находится отличный супермаркет Petros, в нём есть всё необходимое для приготовления полноценного питания(но учтите он не работает в воскресенье). В другой стороне есть мини маркет, но там цены повыше. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, отличная набережная, чтобы прогуляться. Место очень тихое, если вы не любитель шумных тусовок, то это то что нужно. Далее про саму квартиру: Там есть всё необходимое, что нужно для комфортного проживания, единственное, что отсутствовали пакеты для мусора на кухне, я думаю, хозяин это учтет. Всё остальное было отличное. Инструкции данные при заселении были понятные, хозяин всегда на связи. Когда у нас возникла небольшая неполадка в квартире, хозяин быстро отреагировал и всё решил в кратчайшие сроки. Также в квартире нам предоставили полотенца, мыло, чай, вода, одеяла, и переходники для розеток, т.к. они тут британского типа. Если кому-то будет полезно узнать почему на кухне два крана, левый это питьевая, хлорированная вода. Так нам сказал сантехник, мы этого не знали.
• Razvan (7/5): - Este o locatie decenta pentru tranzit. Nu arata rau dar se observa ca este vechi apartamentul. Nu va asteptati sa gasiti o locatie de nota 10. Maxim un 7-8 cu indulgenta. Sincer pretul mi s-a parut mare dar l-am ales dupa evaluari. Baia are nevoie de atentie. Usa de la congelator am gasit-o semi deschisa pentru ca acesta era plin cu gheata.
• Malak (10/5): Best apartment in Larnaca - The place was very clean and the owner answered all of our questions prior to our arrival, the location was easy to find for us, apartments bldg no.6, everything was organised and in order and left us some useful stuff for us to use in all the rooms, the place was near the main bus that goes to the city centre, even though you can take a short walk to the center viewing the sea, we had a bunch of supermarkets and cafés near us, so nothing was complicated and the neighborhood is quite and peaceful and people are quite and considering in general. The bathroom window was a bit busted and had a small opening in it, but nothing particular happened

• ANNA (10/5): - Czystość , dobre wyposażenie Mieszkanie trochę wymaga już odświeżenia. Parking nie użyteczny za mały.
• Armins (9/5): - The key safe appeared empty. Called contact number couple times , they resent same info couple times. Then they asked to look for emergency safe which they did not know where it is, it was not existing at the location they pointed. Again same info couple times. At the end the emergency safe with key was found. Totally this "check in " took more than an hour staying on the hot street :( I already started looking for alternative overnight...
• Anna (9/5): - We stayed in the apartment for one night. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 fairly wide single beds. We liked that all the rooms have air conditioning and blackout curtains, there is Wi-Fi, a convenient kitchen with everything you need (there were even frying oil and spices), a washing machine, a cozy living room and a balcony with a dryer and a table. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. Easy contactless check-in and check-out. We were given a bottle of water each when we checked in, the apartment was clean. There was no dishwasher and shower accessories (shampoo and shower gel), but we brought them with us.

• Mark (9/5): Great cost effective place to stay in Larnaca - The location itself was excellent, main Larnaca promenade and points of interest are literally 5 minutes of easy walking away, but because of this short walk, the apparatment and the surrounding areas are very quiet. Appartments though not large had everything we needed. The welcoming baskets even had adapters for the outlets. The communication with the host was great. Added bonus, the main balcony is very cozy. The mattress in the main bedroom was a bit uncomfortable.

The mattresses were uncomfortable but the sofa bed was very good. The apartment was clean. One day there was a noise of renovations and it was disturbing. The area of ​​the apartment is very good, there are many restaurants in the area and a supermarket not far away. Airport bus stop 5 minutes from the apartment.
