Thank you! - + Almost all the facilities needed in a short trip were available. + We might visit again in future. + Check-in pdf has check-in instructions with pictures + Prompt response from owner (on some messages) - Cooking exhaust doesn't works with the controls built on it. The owner did not respond to our message on how to switch it on. - No response to our message from the owner on how to use sofa bed for 2 people. - No instructions how to get out of the garage - We came by our car. First time check-in via garage and first time exit via the garage was like a treasure hunt.

- Raj (3/5): Bad Experience - Non-responsive host & no hot water - The apartment was decent but there was no hot water for the entire duration of our stay. We reached out to the host on the first day but after responding once they switched their phone off without resolving our problem. We tried texting and calling but we got no response till date. One person was struggling with cold and it was difficult to keep him warm due to lack of hot water.
