Susan (4/5): Deceived by the bedding figuration and no help provided or no compensation. - Location Mislead regarding “2 sofa beds”. Was told 2 sofa beds were available. It was one L shaped hard couch that the backs went down. Was not big enough for a 15 and 17 year old to sleep on. We had to pay for another room and seperate our family on our family holiday. No compensation was provided.No linen was provided if the children were going to sleep on the sofa they offered to supply it the next day. Spent over 3 hours trying to get a resolution and not none Door handle broken in one of the rooms Shower was dirty Bathroom sink blocked Fans in bathrooms didn’t work
