De fato o apto éreformado e novo, a despeito de nada confortável e num prédio que é uma verdadeira ameaça à saúde pública. Camas duras e as janelas dão de cara pras condensadoras e prum verdadeiro visual de cortiço. O prédio, além de antiquíssimo e sem nenhum tipo de manutenção, tinha o cheiro mais horrendo que já presenciei. Descer o elevador era um verdadeiro suplício quando tinha que encarar os mais diversos odores de mofo, fezes, animais, lixo etc tudo junto.
