- Dariusz (2/5): Nice place ruined by the owner’s negligence - The place itself is nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect—plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. Plus, the view is great. The entire experience was ruined by the owner and the practically non-existent internet connection. If you work online and are considering staying here—DON’T. I struggled just to open an email.
There’s no WiFi router in the apartment. Instead, the owner, who has another apartment nearby, shares WiFi through the wall. The connection drops constantly, and the speed feels like something from 20 years ago.
The owner is completely unresponsive. After my initial message, he sent someone over. I explained the issue, they left, and never came back. Every further attempt to contact him was ignored. I had to rely on my phone’s hotspot just to get my work done.
If you depend on the internet, STAY AWAY. I travel frequently, and this was the worst experience I’ve had in years.
- Molly (9/5): Good location, great room and value for money - Good location, comfortable room and bed, clean and lovely facilities Some areas needed a little TLC like wardrobe doors. Only one towel given instead of two.
- Zakariya (10/5): It was nice experience and also has nice view I would like to book it again very soon thank you - Was very nice place Nothing everything was good
- Harish (9/5): Overall location is good. Walkable distance to public transport, restaurants and bars. Nice stay!! - Location is great. It is walkable to Raja Chulan and Bukit Bintang Monorail stations. Also, it is 5 min walk to the famous Jalan Alor food street. We got a room with a view of Merdeka 118 building which is the 2nd tallest building in the world. A lane next to the property is full of bars and pubs. Many restaurants are nearby the property. Drinking water is not provided in the property and we had to spend some money on dirking water which is a basic thing in any hotel/property. Also, it is located in the Ramada Suites building where the ground floor receptionist caters only to the needs of Ramada Suites and not the other residents like us.
