• Gal (4/5): WARNING! NO HOT WATER - SHOWER IN THE APT IS NOT WORKING (OWNER REFUSE TO FIX). NO PRIVATE HAMMAM. - NO HOT WATER. Everything was nice except the shower, where nothing worked properly. no water pressure at all - NO SHOWER IN THE APT. the owner is aware and claims he can not to fix it (but still rents it out without saying there is no shower and no hammam!). The apartment was beautifully designed and clean, the bed is very comfortable. WARNING! NO HOT WATER in the shower at all. The hot water stream has no water pressure at all which makes it impossible to take a shower. It is winter time, we had a long flight and we needed a normal shower. First you have to wait 30m for hot water, then a sad tiny stream of came, seriously- like two drops from a gutter. I almost cried at night because I had no shower. NOT RECOMMENDED. The owner said he knows about it and does not want to fix it, he blames the city of Athens for the hot water pressure problem which is the most ridiculous excuse I ever heard. of course the city has no problem and the cold water have normal pressure. for this reason only, This apt should be taken of Booking.com. The next day we booked a Hammam for 60 Eur just to have a shower. I would expect to get a 60 euro refund for this from the owner (I informed him that I booked a shower somewhere else). Also, there supposed to be a "private hammam" in the shower but only after booking we discovered it doesn't work, the bidé is also not working (it's squirting in all directions).
• Lynn Benda (9/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich gut und das Apartment mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und das schnelle Internet. Auch die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Wasser braucht einen Moment, um heiß zu werden. Zwar war das vorab bekannt und auch gut kommuniziert, im Alltag hat es dann doch ein bisschen gestört.
• Fausta (10/5): - L'appartamento è bellissimo, in pieno centro. Pulito e comodo. L'host risponde immediata ed aiuta in qualsiasi cosa. Ha un bel balcone sulla via di nileos. Due supermercati sotto, un ottima bakery, ottimi ristoranti e la via pedonale a 2 passi Salotto molto confortevole ed un enorme tv Solo il fatto che la camera da letto affaccia su un muro, la lavatrice sul balcone ed il fatto che al bagno ci vorrebbero luci più forti

• nicole (8/5): Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. - Hallo, uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war bestens. Es war alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch haben wir uns in der Gegend sehr sicher gefühlt. Ein Geschirrhandtuch zum abtrocknen wäre gut gewesen, das ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit. Was uns doch ein bischen Probleme gemacht hat ist, dass die Verriegelung der Tür manchmal nicht aufging. Vielleicht sind die Batterien langsam leer?

• Frans (9/5): Great stay in a fantastic location, very responsive and caring hosts and easy check-in. - Great communications from the host, nice and newly renovated apartment. Fantastic location with lots of stuff to do around. The lamp situation was a bit weird, some weird chargeable USB-C lamps that didn't really give great lighting. Bed was great but the sofa wasn't the most comfortable.

• Mihaela (9/5): Cosy stay in Thisseio - Big and spacious apartment. Modern, great location, near the metro station and only a 10-min walk from Monasteraki Square. Safe and comfortable stay. The owner was always available, and all information was delivered in advance. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is functional and well equipped. Market is close by, also a bakery. Great restaurants are close by as well. We had a great time. :) Netflix account provided. The hot water issue is a bit challenging at first. You need to turn on the switch in the closet for 30 min and then off before showering. Also, it would be better to put instructions somewhere on the table to notice them right away. App does work great, but not everyone is skilled to use it. :) The bathroom is clean but could be updated. A coffee machine would be great!
• Kenta (8/5): Nice stay in Thisio, I would love to stay again! - Located in Thisio where you have easy access to Acropolis. You can find Iraklidon street where you can find a lots of cafes and restaurants. So, location is perfect. Also, interior furniture look good. The laundry machine works. As mentioned in other guests' feedback, hot water pressure is not sufficient. I turned on water heater but still not sufficient water pressure. I believe it may be an issue related to landlord or city infrastructure. I hope it will be improved in future. Not sure why but we couldn't use drying machine correctly. We used the drying machine but it couldn't dry our laundry completely.
• Cécile (10/5): Un havre de paix au milieu d’Athènes ! - Le logement est idéalement situé pour parcourir le centre d’Athènes à pied et voir de nombreux monuments ! Il est également facile d’accès depuis le port ou l’aéroport grâce au métro qui est à 5min à peine à pied ! L’accès en autonomie est très pratique et simple. Le logement est spacieux, bien agencé et très propre. De plus, la rue est calme et la terrasse est un véritable atout ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Athènes et recommendons sans modération cet appartement, merci pour tout !

• Corso (10/5): Un soggiorno da sogno - Casa molto pulita, Posizione strategica! 10 minuti di passeggio e sei all'acropoli, a monastirachi, 15 da plaka. Casa in ordine, per un soggiorno fantastico. Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo. Divano comodo con dormouse con start TV 65 pollici, aria condizionata veramente efficace, arriviamo alla camera da letto, altrettanto comoda, il letto perfetto ( sono 210cm e peso 130kg)! Cucina separata ad induzione con anche il forno, frigorifero nuovo. Pavimento metà casa in resina e metà in parquet super piacevole a piedi scalzi, in sostanza è stato un soggiorno da sogno. Poi qualità/prezzo imbattibile su tutta Atene! Niente tutto perfetto

• Rae (9/5): Great location with plenty of room! - We loved the location, a great acropolis view is only a 2 blocks away. Loads of great places to eat and close to everything. The apt has plenty of room to spread out and loved we could do laundry with the in unit washer and dryer. The hot water could have been a little more robust and the service that responds to messages seems a bit too automated, but both were very minor inconveniences.
• Bernhard (8/5): Very good - Great location, flawless communication with the host, comfortable bed. Relatively quite for the central location and the bed room is facing away from the road. No complaints really apart from the water pressure and the cleanliness of the shower. I found the 30’ notice for hot water can get in the way of plans but we managed that aspect.
