• Currie (1/5): We had to book another location DAY OF because we felt unsafe in this horrible, grimy apartment. 0/10 experience. - Convenient location Filthy and unsafe. Sliding door was ajar upon checkin, and the required a different key (that we weren’t given). The bolt on the front door was completely snapped off. Stains on couch, chairs, and bedding. Water damage and mold in the bathroom, visible OUTSIDE the apartment. Dust and grime everywhere, broken lamp, scratches all over the walls. The air conditioning had an off smell that also felt unsafe as it is near the water damage in the bathroom. Broken cabinets. Rude owner who didn’t even have the key ready for us to check in and refused any form of compensation. Do not stay here. You and your family will not be safe.
• Helen (1/5): Don't stay here unless the owner fixed the 11 issues or just avoid this property - Nothing, except the location 1. The owner didn't respond to my questions regarding watching TV issues (probably broken) 2. Kitchen utensils are very old and dirty 3. Only 2 bath towels which are worn out and have musty odor, no washclothes or hand towels available 4. The dryer doesn't work properly that washed clothes didn't get dry 5. The drainage in the shower is so slow that you need to get a shower so quickly that water likely will be over spilt to the bathroom's other area 6. Only 2 half-used toilet paper rolls 7. No hooks for clothing for towels in the bathroom 8 The closer panel for the closet/storage next to the entry will fall off if you try to open 9. Loveseat cover and seat chair fabrics are stained and dirty 10. Not enough garbage bags for staying over 2 days 11. Some of the curtain hooks are broken

• Sebastian.cgn (1/5): Bad - I liked the location of this apartment. Located in Bukit Bintang, walking distance to the night market. Easy to reach by taxi. The whole building strongly needs a complete renovation! It's a very old tower and it seems they never re-invested some money to keep it in a good condition. Wherever you go, you can see its best days are over. The pool area looks so abandoned, the paint is going off the wall everywhere, the gym is very old, the devices strongly should be replaced. The apartment itself was a complete mess. The TV didn't work, could not use it at all. The sofa is falling apart. The cabinets are falling apart. You don't want to use the dirty chairs in the room. Traces of cigarette butts. Many ants in the room. Very noisy at night, the doors are zero sound proof, you will hear every guest talking outside. Maybe it's a choice for one night for some backpackers, but if you want to relax and have a good time you should avoid this place! I'm staying in KL quite regularly and like to try out different places every time, but this was by far the worst experience ever and the worst value for money. You can easily find much better accommodations in KL for the same money.

• Maryanne (8/5): Its a nice place to stay, the lifts are fast the apartments have enough equipment in kitchen . - Not have breakfast here. So cant comment. But the pool is great and staff always helpful.
• Fathimath (7/5): Take broom and all the cleaning materials with you if uou are planing to ho this hotel - Location Host didn’t respond though out our stay, we stayed for 11 nights called the host many times but didn’t pick up the call
