- henderikus (7/5): - de begeleidende brief waar het sleutelkastje is was duidelijk, alleen een nummer op de 10 sleutelkastjes zou gemakkelijk zijn. ook een vermelding dat je via de voordeur moet om naar het sleutelkastje te gaan is aanbeveling.
in ons geval stonden we op een afgesloten parkeerplaats met gesloten deuren en geen mogelijkheid om naar binnen te komen.

- Kerrianne (6/5): Beautiful apartment, needs a little work. - Amazing views, close to CBD and St Kilda. Location was fantastic. The building cleaner was fantastic. The apartment was clean and had great amenities such as cooking utensils, comfortable bed.
The property manager Lorena was amazing and very helpful in responding and resolving issues. Basic facilities such as heating and cooling were a problem. There was only a fan and an evaporative air conditioner, with ice bricks, which when the temp got to 35 degrees it just couldn’t cope. The property manager sent over a technician and then arranged to install a portable air conditioner. It was ok and a great and welcoming response. It would not cope long term - it needs a spilt system installed to ensure guests are comfortable. There was supposed to be a heater in the cupboard, there wasn’t. With Melbourne experiencing 3 seasons in a day I had to get the doona out on the couch and put a jacket on. Again, split system would help if installed.
The oven does not work. (Fan does, element doesn’t, no heat)
The door to the balcony is very difficult to open. On the very windy days the door suck closed and I nearly got my fingers stuck on several occasions. I Would advise future guests to be very careful if it is windy.
