• Raj (10/5): Lovely clean and modern and close to the most things. Check in was smooth. - Very close to the Vatican City. Modern clean apartment. The other bed is in the kitchen.
• jose (10/5): Excelente ubicación - Excelente ubicación. A menos de 5 min del Vaticano. A 30 min andando del centro o a 10 en Metro situado al lado. La zona es tranquila tendiendo en cuenta la ubicación. El apartamento muy grande y con todo lo necesario. El trato del anfitrión amable y disponible en todo momento. Todo excelente. Quizás el colchón blando para los que nos gusta más firme. Pero es cuestión de gustos.
• Andreas (7/5): Meine Erfahrung mit Rom ist, dass je näher man am Stadtzentrum logiert, desto schlechter die Betten. - Die Lage ist NICE. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar und den Rest kann man gut mit der U-Bahn erreichen. Ich fühlte mich während meines Aufenthalts sicher und gemütlich aufgehoben. Der/die Host waren kurzfristig erreichbar und auskunftsfreudig. Die Zimmer waren nicht so hell, wie dieses auf den Fotos anmutete. Die Küche musste auch tagsüber mit Licht beleuchtet werden. Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich etwas kompliziert, da während des Kontaktverlaufs die Modalität geändert wurde und ich warten musste. Die Betteinfassung muss kurz vor meinem Aufenthalt beschädigt worden sein, so dass das Bett nur von einer Seite aus sicher zu erreichen war. Das Housekeeping war vor der Checkout-Zeit vor Ort und bat um Einlass damit sie Wäsche einlagern konnte. Der Handwerker in mir sagt, dass das Regal für Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc. besser befestigt werden sollte und die provokante Verkabelung dieser Haushaltsgeräte den Wandanschluss, bei Betrieb aller Geräte, warm um die Isolierung werden lässt.
• Marcin (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra, blisko Watykan. Mały minus: w opisie jest napisane że w sypialni jest jedno łóżko podwójne i dwa pojedyncze, a jest tylko jedno łóżko pojedyncze.
• Joost Hermannus Cornelis (10/5): 9 dagen thuis - 9 dagen verbleven met mijn zoon. Thuis gevoeld, een eigen plekje. Vlakbij het metrostation lijn A en een bushalte naar het centrum. Overal café's en restaurants, net niet te toeristisch. Vaticaan op loopafstand, maar ook het centrum goed te doen. Supermarkt op 100 meter, wanneer je linksom de poort uitloopt. Heel vriendelijk personeel via de app en de huisverzorgster (die alleen Italiaans spreekt met een vertaalapp naar het Engels etc) stond meteen voor ons klaar wanneer gewenst. Bijvoorbeeld met verse handdoeken. Kregen er afwasmiddel en vaatwastabletten bij om te gebruiken. De douche was helemaal geweldig! Sanitair in orde en schoon. Paar toiletten erbij. Enorme koelkast en diepvries. Pannen en kookgerei goed voor elkaar. Uitchecken op de door ons gevraagde tijd. Inchecken net zo, vanaf het station laten weten dat we er bijna waren. Top! Weinig. We voelden ons veilig en op ons gemak. Bij aankomst, vooral 's avonds niet te luidruchtig zijn in de hal ivm de buren. Soms wat rumoer 's ochtends van de stad die ontwaakt, maar de ruimte is eigenlijk goed geïsoleerd.
• Romano (9/5): Rome we zullen er vaker komen. - Location Location. Aan de ene kant loop je zo naar het Vaticaan en het drukke, toeristisch gedeelte, de andere kant op is lokaal georiënteerd met koffiezaakjes en leuke lokale restaurants. Appartement zelf is ruim en van alle essentiële gemakken voorzien. De keuken is goed uitgerust met alle benodigde apparatuur zoals thuis. Metro en bushaltes op loopafstand. Om de hoek is een (externe) beveiligde opslag voor koffers mocht je eerder aankomen of laat vertrekken.
• Kuno (8/5): Zentrales Apartment ohne Trubel der Altstadt - Geräumiges Apartment in super Lage, um zu Fuß zu gehen. Metro um die Ecke, Busse in der Nähe, Lage inmitten vieler Lokale. Gute Ausstattung im Apartment.

• Kacper (8/5): Totally recommend - Location was exceptional - close to Vatican, close to metro, close to amazing restaurants and gelato! Clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and communication was easy. Apartment is located on ground floor, and you can't open windows overnight, as you hear everything from the street - but this is something unavoidable in Italy, let's be honest... When making a reservation it occured that we have to pay additional services topping the price (like for linen and cleaning). It was quite unpleasant surprise at the moment, but yet this apartment was still best for the price. Overally we are really happy from our stay! Just be cacious :) Better price transparency is recommended

• Ross (10/5): Best place to stay for families with kids and if you want to do a pilgrimage at the Vatican. - Had a truly great time staying for 4 days in this suite, just 15 minutes or less walk to the Vatican. The subway station is just around the corner and it is also near Restaurants like Jollibee and stores. They also provided a baby crib for my baby with no extra charge. I can easily recommend this suite when you want to experience and enjoy Rome. Would gladly book here again in the future. The staff can only speak Italian but it is not a big problem.

• Nicky (8/5): Very good - A nice size apartment with a surprisingly comfy bed. We requested a check-in between 11:00pm--00:00. The property manager informed us of an extra charge of 30euros. While waiting in airport, we informed the manager that our flight is delay and will be arriving at the property around 3:30am. The property replied that has no staff available and the earliest someone can let us in is at 5:30am. I was furious. I Called instantly booking.com . ..I explained the situation... the representative was telling me about the property police.....i explained again that I accepted an extra charge for late check-in...the flight was delayed 3 hous....delays happen all the time......I was with a 6 year kid. I wasn't feeling safe wandering around Rome at 3 o clock in the morning.....I asked the operator to find me another place since the one booked and paid couldn't accommodate us. He kept telling me about the policy.....and that he can not book me another place and that he can only request a cancellation and if the property will accepted will make a refund...etc My advice, if you arrange late, after working hours....do not book this property.
• Muhammad (8/5): Overall Good experience - Location is good. Very close to Vatican city and many other attractions. Parking space is hard to find if you’re driving.
• Jingjing (9/5): Good stay - Close to the Vatican City and tube station, very handy to go everywhere in Rome. Shower room missing some towels hanging pegs which is not good for a big family stay.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Modern well-equipped apartment near vatican - Nice clean and modern apartment, kitchen well-equipped (including coffee machine!) and beds comfy. Very close to the Vatican and metro stop for transport to centre, can also walk to main sites in around 30min. Good communication from owner, allowed us to check in a little early which was greatly appreciated. Would be good to provide some "extras" e.g. dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oil. There is a little bit of traffic noise - this was not a problem for us at all, just what you get in a busy city, but may be for others.

It provided good connection to all the spots in Rome and to central railway station. The owners were nice and helpful. The air conditioning was good in both rooms. There are many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The sofa beds were not so comfortable.

Very close to the subway at Ottaviano and walking distance to Vatican city and Saint Angelo. - Too dark, even opening all windows. - No wardrobe, its actually a big bookshelf. For sure the clothing of 4 or more persons doesn't fit there. - The bed-sofa sinks terribly. - When we requested a towel, the deposit is below the bed, mixing towels, sheets, cleaning products all together there.

We have plans for another visit, for sure we will contact with Samantha 😀 There is only 1 bathroom and toilet. bathroom and toilet on the same place. It is not enough for crowded families like us.
