Cozinha completa, inclusive com micro-ondas. Internet rápida. Chuveiro do banheiro da suíte com água quente encanada e no outro banheiro o chuveiro é elétrico e excelente. Sala com lareira e com janela para a frente do prédio. Box coberto. Colchões um pouco mais duros que a média mas não chega a atrapalhar o sono. Apenas 1 chave para entrar no apartamento fazendo-se necessário tomar cuidado com a logística quando os hospedes não forem passear juntos.
