• Arti (4/5): Worst stay ever - I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My stay at this property was, unfortunately, far below acceptable standards for paid accommodation. Cleanliness was a major issue. Upon arrival, the room had clearly not been properly cleaned — there were stains on the bedsheets, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom smelled musty and unventilated as nasty spots under bathroom matts which looks like never been cleaned or washed. Second, No windows in bathroom and room window was broken down to open which makes this room even warmer in warm weather and hard to breath. Over our 7days stay in this property they never offer to change bedsheets, pillow covers and even refuse to replace/wash the bath Towels and if they agreed after few heated exchange texts they provided us Dirty and smelly towel which seems like someone used them before us. 2 x drinking glasses (both different) which looks like they picked from someone’s trash to keep host happy. Third, the host/management was unprofessional and unhelpful. I reached out within the first hour of arrival to report the condition of the unit and ask for some basic cleaning supplies. I received no meaningful response for over few hours. Although we were on holiday so having dinner in Garden at 9pm made them uncomfortable during bright day light without any music or loud noises when we received the message to respect the quietness ????? The Worst part is ….A big Open sky window right on top of bed roof throwing the day light at 5am to force you wake up when there should be a cover up for this bright light to feel cozy. Lastly, the overall environment felt unsafe and poorly maintained. Our room was connected to garage which means open access to our room without any safety, locks or which didn’t feel sec there and a bad order of fumes from oils from there to make you feel a gutter smell.
