• Code_bk (5/5): Passable - The check-in was quite seamless, key was in a lockbox at the entrance. There was detail information on how to get around prior to the check-in day. Host agency was quite responsive (at least initially) and all questions prior were duly answered. It was a great apartment, set-up was good, kitchen had some useful wares, it had a balcony overlooking the streets,,,,,that was good. There are stores nearby and about 10mins walk to the metro/train station. The whole experience was marred from the first shower! the shower drain takes forever to drain, the room was flooded, took 45 minutes on the first night after the bath to clean up. It was a terrible experience after such a long day. The sink as well hardly drains, fills up fast, and nothing can be done to it. I reported to the agency/host via WhatsApp, and I could barely hear any sign of remorsefulness, empathy or concern. I was replied to with a bunch of administrative jabber of someone coming to check it out. This was the last time I heard from them until the last day when they sent a reminder for check-out. It was a torrid and terrible 4 nights, every 5 minutes in the shower = 30 minutes of mopping. I never felt that any host could be that less concerned about a guest. They simply acted like keeping quiet makes it all go away. Neither I or my partner felt like we were welcome.
• Dosipa (10/5): Great appartment to stay in Milan - Property is newly renovated, neighborhood an appartment is very quiet despite being close to the railroad. There a plenty of parking spots in walking distance Neighborhood seems to be safe, there are some great Italian food nearby, and two subway stations in short walk distance While neighborhood is safe, in a couple of blocks, it’s a bit sketchy.
• Maria (8/5): Good stay, but a few things are worth improving - Large, clean apartment with modern design and almost all necessary amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had trouble opening the door when we arrived, the host had to come and assist us. I would recommend that they upgrade the lock, as it is quite old and faulty. The sofa was not comfortable to sleep on, the mattress was uneven and unstable. They should also replace that to offer a better experience for more than 2 guests. Also, this is minor, but it would have been a nice touch to leave a few large glasses (for wine for example) and a moka pot or even a kettle to make coffee.
