Siri (4/5): Ok - The room is clean and in a good location. The room mostly had everything we needed. I hated that there was no lost and found. I accidentally left my badminton racquet behind and they just threw it away. It was relatively new and cost about 180$ including the cover, string, grip, and shuttles. I contacted the property within 3hrs, literally offered to pick it up from the recycling myself but they still refused. Also, the wifi switches off from time to time. The hot water is the same. It’ll just cut-off mid shower. The furniture is a little damaged and wobbly, especially the centre table in the living room. The place has no A/C so it gets super hot in the middle of the night. The reverse heating and cooling system is a disaster.

Adriana (7/5): - El lugar muy bonito y limpio, teníamos toallas y mantas adicionales. Fácil check-in. Solo dan un juego de llaves, lo que dificulta mucho el acceso si son varias personas quedándose en la propiedad. No hay señal de wifi y no hubo ninguna solución al respecto.
Mite (1/5): Bad - Nothing Paid $75 dollars for a 10am check-in and was totally ignored when we arrived. Sent text message to mobile, which I assume was the owner, no response until 12.17pm also called advente homes which I assume manages the property and never received a call back from owner or agent. Therefore, I had to pay extra to store luggage so I can attend a work meeting. Unacceptable and disrespectful behaviour from owner and property mangaers.

Rita (7/5): Good - The location. Proximity to supermarket and Flinders station. Collecting key was difficult as no description on where to find lock box. No wifi. Broken and chiped or damaged or insufficient crockery cutlery etc. The beds were adequate but poorly presented.

Beds need replacing. linen is poor, towels are poor. Crockery not cleaned properly

Thanuja (7/5): Overall a great place to stay. - The location was amazing! So close to everything. Very convenient. The host, Ana was absolutely wonderful with her communication. This is just minor but the pillows were very firm and big, we would have loved comfier pillows and better towels etc. There wasn’t any parking but we just booked Wilson’s overnight parking.
