Guest Reviews
- KATHRYN (9/5): Easy instructions and great communication and the best location for public transport, shopping, sightseeing, eateries. - All appliances we needed, locality perfect. Nothing
- dakota (7/5): - Property was in a fantastic location, super close to a heap of tram stops and the shopping centre Cigarette butts on balcony, Bed didn’t have a fitted sheet so it constantly rolled down and doona cover kept coming off
- Henry (3/5): Dissatisfied after spending so much on securing a room - Close to cbd and building has a good pool and gym Place was so dirty. Found a hair tie on the ground. AirPods on top of the fridge. A sock on the floor and a tissue behind the bed head.
Said we had three travellers and it wasn’t set up for three. The trundle bed pictured was a completely different one to what was there.
Only had two towels and a bath mat. Had to go and buy more. Amenities said wifi included, we had no guidebook no wifi password and no direction on where to find the gym or pool
- Tan (6/5): I lived in Melbourne for 46 years I knew Melbourne back to front I always come to the city for evens - It was in the central easy to move around the city The host was ask early check out before 10AM most the hotels and Airbnb they allowed us at 11AM sometimes they can extend till 12 lunchtime. We pay for the cleaning service which was $139 cleaning fees when we left the place they asked me to empty the rubbish bins to avoid further fees. Is that cleaning fee should cover rubbish removal also ? First time I saw this I been too many hotels, Airbnb in Australia and overseas this is the first time I seen this . Not happy

- Jennifer (6/5): Great absolutely would stay there again - Convenient for what we were doing in Melbourne Nothing really except no milk in the fridge (which most places supply) and the spare bedding was a little average but other than that it was perfect.
- Fiona (6/5): Pleasant - Location Towels. Uncomfortable pull out beds.
- Stenz (9/5): Superb -
- Benjawan (7/5): Good -
- Brett (7/5): Good -
- Degan (6/5): Pleasant - Location Broken off towel rail & bathroom light fixtures, dirty wall
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (8/5): Very good - Good price and nice clean rooms with all you need Beds were uncomfatble
- Wenxiao (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bilah (5/5): Location was ok but please improve your customer service. Thanks. - - Walking distant to 7Eleven, Spencer Outlet, Coles (just 5 mins walk to get groceries)
- Near to public transport (trams & trains) - Host responds slowly and sometimes don't respond at all. (Sometime tried to open our door, gladly we locked it earlier and we tried to block the door with the dining table, we tried reaching out the host but got replied the next day)
- They did not give us complete instruction regarding the apartment used.
- Excessive 500AUD damage deposits but also charge us for the cleaning fees.
- Incomplete cooking utensils.
- Wifi not working.
- Ankita (9/5): Superb -
- Jon (4/5): Not at all comfortable. We could not wait to leave. - Location. Close to the wedding reception we went to Melbourne to attend. Property in poor condition. Requires maintenance and not clean.
Bedding terrible. Very old and smelly pillows and linen smelled like it had been left wet too long.
Crockery old and mismatched. One bowl only. No teaspoons at all and only a few pieces of cutlery. No cleaning supplies and no cloth for kitchen.
- Kim (7/5): Good -
- Lina (8/5): every thing it was good and comfortable - is good and comfortable nothing
- Susan (9/5): Superb - Amazing location and a cosy apartment. A very good size and space for me and my two teenage daughters. The facilities in the building were great. We made good use of the pool.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Location, pool
- Manimagalai (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (8/5): a nice stay, very central location - Very convenient location to everything and transportation Was somewhat smaller than we envisioned, but I think that was my error, as I had not seen a “studio” before.
I thought $500 damage deposit was a bit steep, still waiting to see that return. In addition, the cleaning fee should be included as part of the rental.
- Darius (10/5): Great place - Great location every shop you could need nearby which ia a great convenience Hard to find affordable parking nearby but its in the cbd of melbourne cant really expect to be able to
- Carmen (5/5): would not stay again - good location, wish we'd had time to explore the facilities but alas.
shampoo/conditioner provided the single room had seen better days, with damage evident to table, wall sticker, towel rail ripped out of bathroom wall. Several light bulbs didn't work.
Charged a $500 damage deposit which I thought excessive. Especially as a $114 cleaning fee was already included in the booking cost. Though clearly they've had issues in the past, given the damages evident. Deposit was refunded without issue, but do take pictures.
Regarding the $114 cleaning fee, the laundry cupboard clearly doesn't see any of that- thick layer of dust in there.
- Nathan (7/5): Good -
- Don (1/5): Unsatisfactory & surprised this property was listed on booking.com. - Location. Very bad choice for a couple - might suit a backpacker. Too expensive for such a tiny apartment. We were so disappointed we left immediately and stayed elsewhere.
- Junxian (8/5): Please don’t fine me~ (crying face) - Location is great, security is also perfect. Room is clean and tidy. The property management charged me extra damage deposit from their own website which made me feel a little bit insecure, and I also received a 2000-word essay about the rules of this “private property”.
