• Gvantsa (8/5): Otherwise our stay was very nice. - Location was excellent😍 The bath has a big problem,bidet didn’t work,also from shower runs all water on the floor. You have to solve this big problem it causes inconvenience to visitors. Also without internet or phone you can’t easily open building door,or flat door.

• Nerijus (9/5): - The location is very great, we only used the bus from the airport to the thermal station and back, from the station to the apartment it is a 30-minute walk, from the apartment the Colosseum, the Vatican are about 25-30 minutes on foot, the Spanish Steps, the thermal fountain are about 5 minutes on foot, next to an ice cream shop, cafes, restaurants and full of various shops 🙂 There was no hot water the first day, but when I contacted them the next morning, an engineer was called and fixed the problem 🙂 so I don't know how to rate this, maybe more of a plus than a minus. Since the internet was going down in the corridor, I would stand by the front door and unlock the interior door with my phone, while my friends would wait by the interior door to open the main interior door of the apartment.

Апартамента е просторен и има всичко необходимо в него, плюс оборудвана кухня. Студен апартамент, трудно се стопляше даже с климатиците (края на април). Нямате никакъв обхват на телефона в апартамента, разчитате само на wi fi докато сте вътре.

• Patricia (6/5): - La ubicación es ideal, fue un poco problemático el ingreso, pues no teníamos carga en el móvil quien hizo la reserva lo cual dificultó el ingreso por un par de horas, luego que logré pagar el impuesto pude ingresar a la primera y segunda puerta, cuando estábamos fte al dpto nos ayudó gracias a dios el vecino. Los colchones son viejos hacen doler la espalda, La ventana del dormitorio no cierra correctamente le falta una pieza. Y en cuanto a las toallas solamente dejaron un juego por persona para tres días...considero que es insuficiente, tambien dejaron solamente un juego de llave y éramos tres personas.
• pascal (7/5): bien sauf accés à l'appartement - tres mauvaise communication, personne sur place pour nous remettre les cles , nous avons ete aidés par des touristes qui logeaient dans l'immeuble et qui ont aussi eu des problèmes à leur arrivée. Après un contact tres compliqué et tres long au téléphone nous avons pu entrer et une personne est venue nous aider à resoudre la situation .En conclusion ; L'appartement était bien l'emplacement parfait mais trop de complications pour l'accés et pratique de l'anglais courant indispensable!!!! L'accés à l'appartement trop compliqué

• Karina (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - The ease of everything from booking right to check out, nothing was a bother (we asked for duvets due to my fathers illness he gets very cold on an evening even in the 27 degree heat! And this wasn’t an issue and were delivered in a few hours!) the hosts were exceptional and quite literally a message away! The apartment was clean, tidy and all set out for us when we arrived despite arriving earlier than we’d planned! There are SO many shops and restaurants nearby which offer exceptional food ! I cannot fault this team and this apartment at all! I would 110% stay here again! Nothing - everything was perfect!!

• Jacqueline (9/5): - The location of the property is excellent. It is close to plenty of public transport options, restaurants, shops and easy walks to sightseeing. We had an issue with the wifi reaching through the thickness of the walls so an extender was put in to resolve it very quickly. The apartment is well set up and has plenty of space. The lock on the bathroom door is very tricky to use to keep the door shut when in use. Apart from that the apartment is fabulous and I would still be more than happy to stay there again.

The location was perfect and in the heart of everything. Easy access to public transportation and restaurants 2.) lots of closet space and spacious living room and bedroom area We liked almost all except that there were many knats or fruit flies in the apartment even though we had sprayed repellent. We didn't really leave food laying around and through trash out immediately but we just didn't know where they were flying in from. We loved the location so much that we tried to live with it and spray everyday and every corner to get them away

Уставшие ждали пол дня ( заселение в 15:00 )и потом еще час не могли попасть в квартиру. В квартире стойкий запах сырости ( полуподвальное помещение). Шумно .

• Eva (8/5): L’appartement parfait pour découvrir Rome ! - L’emplacement est génial pour découvrir Rome. L’appartement est frais, ce qui est un vrai plus pour supporter l’été ! Il est grand, bien équipé, beau. Les hôtes sont très agréables et répondent très rapidement aux messages. L’appartement est mal insonorisé, on entend les gens passer dans la cage d’escalier, on entend les habitants des appartements à côté et tous les passants dans la rue. Une rue (ou une cour, je ne sais pas) se situe très proche de la fenêtre du salon, donc n’importe quel passant peut voir dans l’appartement très facilement. L’appartement n’est pas très lumineux et surtout très humide (notre linge a mis 2 jours à sécher). Malgré cela, il n’y avait pas de moisissures.

Las fotos no reflejan la realidad, apartamento muy oscuro, con olor a cañería, mal olor sale del sifón del baño la puerta del baño no cierra desde el exterior por lo cual no se puede contener el mal olor. Cama incómoda demasiado blanda, se hunde al sentarse. Zona de habitación y cocina demasiado oscuras, lámparas con luz muy tenue; las fotos no reflejan la iluminación real. Pésima la señal de internet, es un desafío poder abrir y cerrar las puertas con el sistema indicado usando el celular; baja recepción también de la señal del plan de datos. Zona de lavandería y lavadora con mal olor. En general muy mala experiencia tuve que buscar otro alojamiento con mejor estado para mi hijo y para mi, no atendieron solicitud de al menos devolver parte del dinero de las 4 noches que pagué en booking. No lo recomiendo a nadie!.

Supermarket, restaurants and shops at your door step. We would definitely stay here again. Owner was very helpful and just a text or phone call away. Nothing!

Apartment was well equipped with all the essentials and nice touches from the host in providing toiletry bags in case we forgot something. Loved it abd would highly recommend. The window in the bedroom was broken when we arrived and couldn't be closed properly which made it a bit noisy in the bedroom through the night. Hopefully they'll fix it promptly.

• Javier (1/5): Deplorable accommodation, negligent management, and legal complaint in process - This accommodation shows a complete lack of respect for its guests. From the moment we arrived, the property was in a disgraceful condition: dirt accumulated throughout the house, broken furniture and lamps, cracked and stained walls, scattered trash, and an unbearable smell of dampness. Additionally, the fire extinguisher had been expired for months, which is a serious safety negligence. The management was equally appalling. Although I reported the issues immediately, their only "response" was to send a technician to repair the washing machine door, who never returned after promising to do so. Even worse, someone accessed the accommodation without our permission, which is not only unacceptable but also a severe violation of privacy and rental rules. Their attempt at compensation was insulting: leaving some cereal and a chocolate bar for the children, which I found offensive considering the serious irregularities I had reported. On top of this, the accommodation lacked even basic essentials such as salt, sugar, detergent, and sufficient toilet paper, forcing us to purchase essential items that should have been provided. Given the severity of the situation, I have taken legal action and filed a formal complaint. This place is not only unsanitary and unsafe but also reflects the management's complete disregard for guest experience. Avoid this accommodation at all costs.
• Pui (1/5): I would not suggest staying here - The location is great, but apart from that, nothing else is good. I really didn’t like this Airbnb. Firstly, they didn’t clearly mention the tax in advance. After booking, they forced us to pay the tax, and only then did they inform us about a €50 compulsory deposit that needed to be paid before the booking. If you don’t pay the deposit, they won’t share the self-check-in information, which I find completely unacceptable. Another major issue was the bathroom. During my winter visit, the bathroom was freezing cold with no heater, making it extremely uncomfortable. The water temperature was also inconsistent—sometimes hot, sometimes cold—which made showering a dreadful experience for me and my family. Who can tolerate this in the middle of winter? The most frustrating part was the numerous memos around the house dictating what we could and couldn’t do. Come on, we’re adults and know how to behave responsibly. On top of that, despite paying a cleaning fee, we were still required to throw out the rubbish ourselves. According to the memo, failing to do so would result in a €30 deduction from our deposit. What’s the point of paying a cleaning fee if we’re expected to do the cleaning ourselves? Lastly, the check-in and check-out times were ridiculous. Check-in was at 4 PM, and check-out was at 11 AM. This is terrible compared to other Airbnbs I’ve stayed in across Europe, where check-in is usually at 2 or 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. It feels like this owner is trying to squeeze every bit of convenience out of the guests. Honestly, I’d suggest the owner keep this unit for themselves instead of renting it out as an Airbnb. As a frequent traveler, I’ve never encountered such poor arrangements. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again.

The air freshener used was incredibly strong and seemed like it was trying to cover up cigarette smoke or something.

The first night we spent over an hour trying to get in with a baby in the middle of the night, and it was the same the next day. There is app that should work over the internet, but the building blocks the connection, so the internet is down. Finally the apps showed an error to unlock the doors even with the internet. It was not possible to contact call center because it was out of working hours, we thought we would be staying on the street. On the second night we had the keys,which do not unlock building. This problem caused a lot of stress. The accommodation is normal, the shower facilities are tragic, there was no change of towels or offer to clean up,because we stayed longer.

Walk out your door step to the heart of Rome and next door to the best ice cream shop. They were also helpful with what we needed and quick to reply. Would say gorgeous is an overstatement. It is a nice place but very clammy and the place smells terribly of mould or like wet dam carpet and wasn’t much airflow to fix it. The layout of the bathroom was not functional.

Kept in touch with us so that the person meeting us would be there before us. He was! Called out to us before we could look for him. They called us the next day to ensure we had what we needed. Pillows were fantastic. Wish I knew where they were from. The apartment was dark and gloomy. Plumbing smelled in bathroom. I expected more for the location and price.

Nice to have a washer, although the dryer didn’t work. The check in instructions are completely useless. Why do they provide the coses that don’t work as well as wifi password. Someone from the office quickly (thank you) came over to let us in. The instructions for how to leave the key behind was not clear. Also, the wifi was unstable.

Plenty of stuff to do nearby and you really don't need a car to visit most of the attractions since this apartment is located in the center of Rome right by Fontana Di Trevi! They barely had any essentials for our trip not even extra toilet paper or towels. I'm glad is a shopping market right on the corner and we were able to get some supplies that same day we arrived. Getting inside the apartment is not that easy so make sure you read the long instructions several times if you don't want to get stuck outside.
• Helen (6/5): Fab location but stay spoiled by terrible sofa bed. - Location was fantastic - walkable to everywhere we wanted to go- about half an hour from termini station, vatican and coliseum. Restaurants, gelateria and supermarket within few metres of door! Windows faced onto quiet parking area at rear of building so little to no noise - able to sleep with windows open. The sofa bed in the lounge area was very uncomfortable with a very thin mattress and was very squeaky. This really spoiled our stay. The bathroom was tiny for 4 people with not enough hooks to dry towels. Getting into the flat was a palava - needing internet connection from outside then having to go back to street through 2 doors to pick up internet again in order to get code for inner door. No view /little daylight from high up windows.

• Carlos (9/5): This is a great apartment in a perfect location that needs a new sofa bed mattress. - EXCELLENT LOCATION! We visited in mid December. We walked everywhere during the day and night and felt safe at all times. We walked to Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Via del Corso, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and more. We had restaurants across the street and next door, and a market at the corner. Outside the apartment building, there are people constantly walking by at all hours, but its very quiet inside the building and apartment. We loved it! GREAT APARTMENT. Easy self check-in. Apartment is on the 1st floor which is convenient. It is spacious with plenty of storage. We couldn't get phone signal once inside, but the wifi worked well at all times. Bedroom mattress is very comfortable. We ran into a small issue, which was resolved in no time. Management quickly responded to my concerns and were very helpful. It was nice to know someone was available and willing to help, thank you! We were 4 adults, all girls. Apartment had 4 regular size towels and 4 small towels which is not ideal for a 6 night stay. Having a washer & detergent available is convenient but no one wants to throw a load when on vacation. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced; its very uncomfortable.

Once you learn how to enter the apartment and retrieve the keys, your stay becomes super pleasant. I would stay here again When we First arrived, I followed instructions carefully on entering main doorway (from the street) however no one was able to answer doorbell. I had to call the company several times in order to attempt to enter the facility. The company hung up on me several times( it could also have been bad reception). On one of the attempts, I was asked if I watched the video. I was a little upset after a >14 hr flight and reviewing all the instructions. On the final call back, I was able to get in, it was smooth sailing after retrieving the apartment keys located inside. Really, the location and spaciousness of the apartment makes up for the small issue. Dryer does not work well.
