• Charikleia (1/5): Bery bad - the house was very dirty, it smelled awful, none of the windows or shutters closed. all the mattresses were dirty as if someone had defecated, the sheets and duvets had never been washed. and yet he asked us for compensation for a shower curtain which was the only thing that was okay. very bad experience
• Linnea (6/5): - The location was great and the balcony was nice. There were no mattresses or mattress pads on the beds, just spring bases, which made it very difficult to sleep. There was no working light in the hallway. The stairwell also lacked a working light during the first few days, so we had to use flashlights to get down the stairs.

• Anna (4/5): Mal, muy mal - Nada. Es un bloque de pisos antiguo el cual no han limpiado en años, ya que está todo lleno de polvo. Los colchones son incómodos y encontramos pelos y bichos pequeños en el colchón. El balcón que podría ser muy acogedor está sucio, con persianas en el suelo, la fregona y el agua del aire acondicionado que crea el río Nilo en el balcón. La cocina no es la mejor estancia y menos para cocinar, la mesa estaba pegajosa, la sandwichera tenía restos de comida y óxido, y los utensilios parecían del S. IV a.C. En cuanto al personal, no vimos a nadie en 4 días. No lo recomiendo Todo

• Silvia (7/5): - Pre nás vyhovujúca poloha, blízko na modré aj zelené metro. Kúsok z centra na ubytovanie tak 15 mn. Apartmán sme využili len na spanie, no mohla by tam byt väčšia čistota. Manželská posteľ vhodná na výmenu, keď sa jeden otočí, druhého to nadhodí-) museli sme späť oddelené. V kúpeľni je znížený strop, vyšší ľudia majú problém sa vystrieť. Boli sme pár dní, dalo sa to vydržať.
• Maria (8/5): Fantastic location for the budget conscious - Really close to ancient agora. Supermarket and bakery very close by. Easy to find parking nearby. Get to see a different view of the Acropolis to what you're used to. Fantastic open restaurants and eating areas nearby. It's a bit older and run down, but that was obviously reflected in the price. Perfect for the budget conscious who don't mind a place that needs a little work.
• Elodie (5/5): Passable - Good location and can accommodate a lot of people Old and dusty despite them saying it was cleaned just hours before. Only had 2 mugs, one of them with a broken handle that can accidentally cut someone..given the place is for 6 people it should have had enough mugs and glasses for each guest. For a place that is managed by a property management company it was disappointing to have this experience.
• Sterkenburg (4/5): Disappointing - Convenient location to go sightseeing and very glad that there was airconditioning - host also allowed us to arrive a bit earlier There were no plugs for the sink and basin, no coffee mugs or drinking glasses, the curtain was hanging off the rail, it just felt like the place needed a bit more care

• Constandinos (5/5): Not what we expected! - Excellent location, walking distance to the centre. The host was very helpful. Cleanness needs significant improvement and many of the fittings and equipment need urgent replacement.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the historical sites, great restaurants, and public transportation. • Kimberly2124 (7/5): Overall its good if you are just planning to home - The intruction given for checkin was really clear and the location is surrounded by nearby restaurants and convinience shops.. The plates and cooking utensils were not washed..the floor is dirty.. the kitchen and toilet is abit old and they need to be changed.. water heater is on and off and needs to be change.. please put hair blower as guess needs it specially during winter..

• Terry (8/5): Comfortable old-style apartment in attractive old-style neighbourhood - Great location just 20m from a leafy street lined with cafes and just 250m from Thissio train station and 1km from Parthenon. Locating the property and getting into the room were not so easy, especially for someone who's not used to using all the latest apps.
• Darko (7/5): Overall a nice place to stay, just some cleanliness improvements needed. - The hosts were really nice and communication was quick and smooth. The location is really nice, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The nearest metro station is only 10 minutes away, and the liveliest streets at night were around 15 minutes away by foot. There are also a few bakeries and a supermarket no more than 5 minutes away from the apartment. Unfortunately the property seemed not very clean when we arrived. It looked tidy, but not clean. The kitchen table had crumbs on it, there was a covid mask under one of the pillows in the bedroom, and some of the towels and bedsheets had fresh stains on them. We communicated this with the hosts, and they apologized.

• Eric (6/5): We loved our time in Athens and the apartment was convenient. - Good location. Basic accommodations but sufficient for our needs. We were two adults, three young adults in their 20s. The three beds in the living room were fine, but the queen mattress needs some attention. I mentioned it to the host and they said they would improve the mattress situation. The kitchen is small and extremely sparse, so I would not plan on cooking a meal for a family there. But we ate out so it wasn't a big problem for us. As mentioned, the very thin, hard queen mattress was uncomfortable. Nothing that couldn't be remedied with a nice mattress cover. The host said they would improve the mattress for future guests.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Great location, clean, good value for the price. - Great location, everything is within walking distance, Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki etc., Thisio metro station few minutes away. Good bakery around the corner and a supermarket. The bed was really comfortable with good pillows. One of the best things about the flat is the balcony which was sunny in the morning and great for a wake-up coffee and a view to Filopapou hill. Because we were traveling with a child for us it was very important that the building had an elevator. Overall very good impression, clean and bright apartment with everything you need (washing machine, clean towels, hair dryer, good Wi-Fi). We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Athens. Everything was good, no complaints.
