• Gillian (6/5): Central location, Super Hosts & Easy to Gain Access to Property - Can't beat the fantastic location. There's a lift for luggage! Bedrooms and lounge are a decent size. Great washer/dryer machine. Added bonus that washing detergent is provided. Although the apartment is showing its age, its's very clean and immaculate. Tube station only 2 mins away. Hosts were super lovely and very responsive whenever we had any queries or issues. Came home one night to a small dead rodent (welcome to London!) in the bedroom and they were super quick to react with a cleaner in the next day. Bathrooms are so small and cramp, there is no space to put your toiletries anywhere. Both have showers that require a big leg up to get in, so need to be careful. Main bathroom is manageable. Ensuite bathroom - ok if you're a contortionist, but dangerous getting in and out of shower as only a small opening and not much of a gap between that and the toilet. Bigger people would struggle. No tea towel provided in the kitchen to wipe dishes, but they do provide a big roll of paper towels. Main bedroom double bed is hard up against the wall, so difficult accessing that side of bed. Rattling window in twin room all night if windy. Not fault of property, but FYI noisy pigeons perched outside main bedroom provided unwanted early wake up calls. For our family of 4, this apartment would have been fine for 1-2 nights, but we stayed for 6 nights, and that was too long comfort-wise for us.

• Ahmad (1/5): المصعد لا يعمل و الوضع غير مناسب - الشيء الوحيد الجيد إنهم رجعوا المبلغ المصعد يبدأ من الدور الاول و لا يعمل أساسا من فترة طويلة مع العلم اني سألت و قال موجود و مكتوب في المرافق انه موجود و العذر انه موجود بس تعطل من دقيقة و سألت السكان قالوا معطل من شهور !!!!!! السلم مرتفع و طويل و متعب و المكان مكتوم جدا و للأسف المكان مليان اكياس زيالة حتى من الباب الخارجي

• Katrín (8/5): Very good - Location was brilliant and it was possible for many people to sleep there. It had all basic things you need and a small kitchen so it was possible to buy some food to have in the appartment. The key system was simple and effective. Brilliant to have the key there since we were many and even though we were comming to the appartment at different time everyone got in. It was difficult to get the moisture from the bathroom after showering and everything was somehow wet in there. The lift didn't work in many cases and was not reliable :( Difficult with a lot of baggasje up to the third floor. Didn't know where to put the trash from the appartment so a lot of trash piled up in short time. Would have been nice to have the possiblity to enlarge the foodtable.

• Debbie (5/5): Lovely apartment, great location but disappointed boiler wasn't working so no hot water or heating 95% of the time - The apartment was lovely and very well located right in the hub of Oxford Street The boiler kept breaking so only one out of the four of us managed to have a shower in the 3 days we were there. This also meant the heating was intermittent and waking up to the cold and returning to the apartment to water all over the kitchen side that we had to keep mopping up. There were no offers of part-reimbursement bearing in mind we paid a lot of money for our family trip. Even a small gesture of a gift would have been appreciated. Will stick with our usual choice of a hotel going forward where you would receive a gesture if something went wrong. Has put us off opting for a privately rented apartment.

• James (4/5): Convinced me to stick to hotels henceforth! - The location was extremely convenient. The kitchen surfaces were not clean. The kettle had scum in it and the coffee machine did not work (though these were resolved by the host upon asking). The furniture throughout was ill-fitting - this was a two bed apartment badly squeezed into a one bed apartment. You are greeted by a vacuum hoover upon opening the front door and an almost dead plant in the living room. The bedding was extremely budget. Both bathrooms were tiny with no bath mats. By far the worst thing about the flat was the acrid smell of ammonia in the main bathroom - really horrendous.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the action, but still nice and quiet inside. The team were spot on friendly and made sure everything was just right. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The apartment is conveniently located near shops and restaurants so exploring the city once again was so much fun. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Oxford Street and close to key spots like Carnaby Street and Tottenham Court Road Tube Station. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning, a modern kitchen, and a cozy seating area. The flat-screen TV and the free WiFi were excellent additions. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone.
