• Akila (4/5): - Large and spacious, on-site manager was excellent, pool was nice. 1. Front door knob wouldnt lock only lockable via deadlock 2. Only one set of key which was extremely inconvenient 3. Bathroom window wouldnt close, screen was not placed correctly thus blocking the ability 4. Large section of lounge room blind was missing, felt like there was little privacy 5. Outside dining chairs old and broken 6. No dryer, even though advertised I didnt realise as you would expect to see a dryer in any apartment 7. Foldable clothes line was broken, still usable but kept folding down when moved 8. Beds felt aged or cheap, lack of comfy pillows and bad quality linen, also lack of blankets.
• Maia (8/5): Nice spacious apartment, could do with some TLC - Great location, close to Earlville Shopping Centre. Quick drive into Cairns Central. Great pool, kids loved it. Everything you need for a family stay in terms of cooking, washing machine, towels, vacuum etc. Very spacious slept our group comfortably with beds to spare. Affordable price for whole apartment Stating the 'cons' as it's what I like to know when booking, however, we would stay here again if we needed a large, affordable apartment. Beds, although lots of them, aren't very nice to sleep on. Single beds ok, 1 queen is okay, but the other 2 queens are soft, thin mattresses stacked on top of each other, which makes for a very uncomfortable sleep, especially if next to each other, as you just sink into a hole no matter where on the bed you lie. The apartment could do with a good deep clean, scrub grout, and wipe skirting boards, etc. It was fine, but could do with a bit of TLC to make it great. Lots of marks on walls, patched plaster that hasn't been sanded, and very worn paint. Again, all cosmetic, but I would happily pay a lot more if these were touched up.

• Shah (5/5): Nighmare - Location only The couch is deteriorated and unable to sit on it The kitchen doesn't have enough utensils to make meals. Not enough dishes and cups for 8 people. No on-site parking for oversized vehicles. This unit is not suitable to be on bookings.com as it has ruined the image and will never ever rent from here. It wasn't comfortable at all.

• Tepou (10/5): We were out a lot and it rained a lot so we didn’t really get to use the pool etc but can guarantee that when we could w - Great location, Great Host and Great facilities near by too….. wouldn’t mind staying here again in the future :) Downfall to this place was the couch and double bed mattresses need a major upgrade. No wifi was a big issue as well even though we had our own data plans. I can’t imagine what it would have been like for overseas travellers being on prepaid and needing to use laptops etc without internet. Other than that all was great :)

• Melanie (8/5): Would stay again, good value for money, plenty of space and pool is lovely. - The location is good when considering entry points to the outer city limits, and only a short 5-10min drive to the foreshore. The apartment was a great size, plenty of room for up to 8 people. Was clean, great view of the pool, bathroom had wonderful hot water and kitchen was well enough equipped with what we needed. Host was very accommodating to our need to have a later checkout, which was very helpful indeed. Bathrooms need either a towel rail or hooks on the back of the doors. Plugs to fit the kitchen sink a little better would be nice.

• Kasadevi (10/5): Fabulous apartment, great value for money, was perfect for our family with 5 teenagers - Great place, very large for the price. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room for all of us. Mark was super responsive to any questions/concerns and I would highly recommend this place to other people. It had a great pool that we could see from the balcony and was walking distance from a big shopping centre with Woolworths, Coles etc. for a large group like ours it was super value for money! It’s a couple of kms from the main part of cairns so you definitely need a car to get around but cairns is pretty spread out anyway so I’d recommend getting a car no matter where you stay.

In this 21st century it is impossible not to have Wi-Fi. It is a necessary and essential service. In my opinion, I need an orange juicer and a board to cut any vegetables or meat. The mattresses are expired in the middle. You can't have a good rest. Changing this, it is an excellent apartment and at a very good price.

• Kawia (7/5): I would still book this place in the future and recommend it to people. - Everything was great, loved the apartment, and location. Nice and clean, elevator access. Loved the location. The double bed mattresses was not much comfortable, either it was too soft or to hard. The dingle beds were too high but mattresses on the single bed was comfortable. It would've been nice to have wifi and a smart TV to keep kids entertained there wasn't any.

• Alterviestar (8/5): I’m definitely staying here again. - It’s was spacious. Self contained. Their was a lot of beds. Washing machine and dryer. Aircon didn’t work. Cordless vacuum would be more suitable for the large space. Being yelled at by another resident for parking in their car park because my child fell asleep and we had 2 cars. The visitor parking always full. No mop.

Large comfy couch, very spacious and spread out perfect for large family! Was great but areas to improve could be wifi and key to include gate opener remote of sorts would be a lot easier than jumping in and out of the car every time (these didn’t dampen our stay but just areas to improve I guess)

A very spacious unit great value with a balcony with furniture and clotheslines on the sunsetting side. The kitchen has the very basics that is needed for cooking meals. Parking onsite is easy underneath the building. Would stay there again if we headed back that way.
• Lillymay (7/5): Great sized unit, but disappointed with the cleanliness and facilities. - The three bedroom unit was spacious and well laid out. The unit accommodated four adults and two small children with plenty of space for all of us. The unit was well located to all areas of Cairns being approximately 15 to 20 minute drive away. Having a washing machine in the unit was appreciated when travelling with small children. There were quite a number of units in the complex which appeared to be residential, but it was quiet and we did not have any problems coming or going. A high chair was purchased for our needs which was appreciated. This was a great unit, however the cleaning, kitchen equipment, sheets, pillows and towels provided need serious upgrading. The unit also requires some general maintenance and spraying for ants and cockroaches. Only very limited cooking equipment, utensils and crockery were provided. Basic items like tongs, peeler, vege/pasta drainer, wine glasses etc were not provided. There were no microwave dishes, baking trays or coffee machine, however a jug and toaster was provided. There was very limited cleaning equipment provided (the dishwashing liquid had been watered down to the point it was useless). To make our week's stay more comfortable, we chose to purchase some of the missing items; I would have expected these items to have been supplied as part of any basic kitchen setup. The mattress in the main bedroom squeaked anytime someone moved and there were no bedside tables or lamps. The mattresses in the other two rooms were thin and the slats from the bed could be felt through them. The towels were old and thin; the pillows were thin and uncomfortable (we purchased our own while there). The were also ants in the pantry getting into food items that were not in containers and the odd cockroach was seen.

• Kumar (6/5): Pleasant - Price was good, 3 bedrooms were very spacious (good for large group or family), good gated complex, common good size swimming pool for the complex. No toiletries provided, kitchen towels and cutlery were uncleaned, no internet provisions, beds and lounge are very basic (not so comfortable), location (5km away from Cairns CBD), one of the bath is step up in the bath tub (not suitable for elderly or people with joint problems)
• Renee (8/5): Great unit with all the comforts of home. Close to shops and all that Cairns has to offer. - HUGE 3 bedroom unit. Was very spacious and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience. Was wonderful having a 2nd bathroom, outdoor clothesline and dishwasher. The location of the complex was super close to the sporting grounds that we needed to travel to daily, and the large shopping centre was just down the road, literally a 5 minute walk. The host was most helpful, ensuring that I knew how to use all the appliances before leaving us to it, and with the leaving remark of call anytime if we had a question, etc. Although the proximity to the shopping centre was convenient, it was also a negative. The location of the unit is right behind the shops' loading docks. This is not the unit for you if you want to sleep in, as the vehicle noise and loading dock buzzer woke us up around 7am each morning, and that was with only the shower window open.

• Ellezed316 (8/5): Highly recommend 👍 - The apartment manager Mark was very friendly and helpful. He messaged to check if we needed anything. Check-in and check-out times were also quite flexible. The apartment was clean and tidy. Air-conditioning was available in every room. Toilet paper and towels were provided. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of comfortable beds. Great for families and big groups. We were a group of 8. The kitchen was large and had essential cooking utensils. Laundry machine and dryer were available. The location of the apartment made it easy to get to the city and popular tourist spots via bus. The bus stop was only a 7min walk from the apartment. There was also a shopping mall around the corner which meant grocery shopping or grabbing a quick bite was only a 7-10min walk from the apartment. Loved it! There wasn't anything that I didn't like, but some suggestions for improvement include more cooking utensils (cheese grater, manual juicer) and some interior decor to elevate the appearance of the space.
• Mei (1/5): Very bad experience ever. - The apartment has plenty space to stay. Big kitchen but cook top didn’t work. Got ants and other insects everywhere. Facilities not working. Didn’t supply shampoo and bath shower before before I complain to booking.com regarding the cook top as it doesn’t work and the way the owner treated to us.
