• Vittoria (10/5): Bellissimo! - Appartamento molto bello e ampio, in pieno centro, così da potersi spostare comodamente per la città. Cucina ben fornita di tutto ciò che potrebbe servire. Letto molto comodo, staff cordiale e disponibile. Check-in e check-out veloci e semplici. Struttura molto pulita. Lo scarico non funzionava perfettamente e spesso quello che veniva gettato nel lavandino in cucina risaliva nella vasca in bagno. L’appartamento è molto bello e ristrutturato, però si trova in un condominio un po’ vecchio e quindi può fare una certa impressione entrando, soprattutto prendendo l’ascensore.

• Giorgio (10/5): - Appartamento molto bello e con una vista incredibile sulla Cattedrale Aleksander Nevski, che quando dopo il tramonto si accende con le luci diventa uno spettacolo meraviglioso, da rimanere incantati.

• Mia (10/5): - Spacious, modern, tastefully decorated. View of Vitosha mountains, the cathedral, the city, sunrise and sunset. Located in a safe and upscale neighborhood. 2 minute walk to the cathedral, 15 minute walk to Central Market Hall.
• Luca (5/5): Buona posizione ma... - La posizione è indubbiamente ottima. Letteralmente a un passo dalla cattedrale e l'ideale per girare tutta la città a piedi. Inoltre non possiamo lamentarci per quella che era la pulizia. Si notava che la casa era abbastanza curata. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un notevole problema con l'acqua. L'appartamento si è praticamente allagato. Abbiamo passato ore ad asciugare tutto e la struttura non ci ha nemmeno risposto al messaggio per chiedere banalmente scusa! Lo avremmo apprezzato ma cercheremo di parlare con l'assistenza a questo punto. Inoltre un altro punto a sfavore, non dovuto a loro ammetto, ma comunque da sapere, è che l'ascensore è da horror. Sembra molto precario ma funziona! Questo è l'importante.

• JAVIER (9/5): Apartamento con vistas increibles - Mucho todo muy limpio cómodo y ubicación insuperable el propieterio estubo atento en todo momento. Solo habia dos edredones y una sabana, pasamos calor y era enero, sugiero alguna manta y alguna sabana más.
• Mathis (10/5): Un très bel appartement - L’appartement est propre, joliment décoré, dispose de toutes les commodités et d’une vue sur la cathédrale absolument sublime. L’immeuble est calme et très beau en lui-même (l’ascenseur est très bien, certes d’une autre époque mais reste fonctionnel et ne fait pas du tout peur). Les échanges avec le/la/les propriétaire(s) sont courtois.

• Perrine (10/5): Super qualité prix à Sofia - Vue incroyable, quartier génial Appartement fonctionnel tout est en place et utile très confortable. Je recommande vivement.
• JUAN MANUEL (9/5): apartamento maravilloso, pero un ascensor de terror - La ubicación, la relación calidad precio, la limpieza, las vistas, todo perfecto. El ascensor es de pelicula de terror. Teniendo en cuenta que era la ultima planta, bajamos todos los dias por las escaleras porque el primer dia, se paró entre 2 pisos y pasamos un mal rato hasta que enganchó bien la puerta (manual) y subió hasta arriba. Así que si te dan algo de miedo los ascensores no te lo recomiendo.
• kerrie (1/5): Worst experience in Europe - The apartment is not as described. All windows are above shoulder height, so there is only a view if standing at the window. 7 floors of stairs to get to the apartment. The elevator should be condemned as unsafe. The stay cost twice as much as we agreed to, due to a cleaning fee hidden in the small print. Felt this was deliberate dishonesty. The double beds was wedged between three walls which meant the person on the wall side had to climb over the person on the outside to get in.

• Lieke Gerritsen (10/5): Spectacular! - I've travelled a lot but this was the most spectacular view I've ever had. Besides that, the appartment is beautifully decorated and the neighbourhood is fantastic, we could visit everything we wanted to see on foot. There's multiple great breakfast places a few minutes away.

• Laura (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a charming building and excellent location in Sofia - Exceptional location next to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, close to everything in the city centre and well-equipped. Outstanding views! The host is responsive and attentive, easy check-in procedure. The building is charming and had a plaque saying that it was built as one of the first cooperative buildings in Sofia. Everything was great, maybe a little strong cleaning product smell upon arrival but that is easy to fix by opening windows and a matter or personal preference.
• Dina (6/5): Very nice view, but have some problems that are not being managed - Very nice view from the windows, good position, easy check-in and check-out The apartment is managed by external service that can't respond on the questions and/or can even say the lie.. In our situation, after some weeks after the booking, I have read the reviews that there were no blinds/curtains on the windows. This was very important for us for sleeping (especially, that the bedroom has no door). I wrote to the place at least twice (first time 2 months before the arrival) and they told me one time that the blinds will be added at the middle of July (1 month before our arrival) and the second time that the blinds are already there.. When we arrived there were no blinds or curtains. The answer from their side was - we are very sorry. We got a 15% refund from Booking for this situation. Other things - in some reviews there are suggestions for the hooks in the bathroom and the company says that they will add them. There were still no hooks in August. There was also the same problem with the tray of the washing mashine. The same problem with the key, as in the reviews. And also blocking cupboards and no place for the clothes. Can add that there was also smell from down the sink. In overall, the view is amazing and the apartment is nice, but the company should do some adjustments in order to keep the clients and, especially, not tell lies.

• Danielle (10/5): FABULOUS - One of the nicest holiday apartments we've stayed in. Clean, comfortable, quiet, exceptional value for money, excellent wi-fi connection and the location is amazing. The view of Nevsky Cathedral and the mountains just stunning. Excellent communication with Flat Manager who were extremley helpful with everything asked. Will absolutely be back and will highly recommend.

• Ronz8in (9/5): Superb - The location and the view are great! Bed is very comfortable and the facilities have everything you need to self-cater and stay clean No curtains on the bedroom windows or hooks for towels in the bathroom. These are very minor!
• Mingyan (10/5): Great stay - Easy to check in, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen. stunning view of the landmark. Such good value The elevator is very old. A bit scary until you get used to it. The front gate downstairs is also sometimes very hard to open because the lock is somehow jammed. At one instance i tried for probably 10 minutes until i opened. I wish there are hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels.

There were mosquitoes in the apartment and I got very badly bitten on the first night. There was no mosquito spray in the apartment so I had to get my own the next day.

• Benoit (8/5): Very good - - Stunning view on the city and mountain - Directly at the cathedral and in the city center - Spacious apartment - The apartment is not managed by a local but rather by a multi-national corporation with a call center. It sent information per WhatsApp but I was told to use the booking.com messaging platform instead. In the end I got two entry codes on two different platforms. - I feel like I talked to a chatbot the whole week and not a real person - There were missing amenities like towels to dry your hands or dishes, or just a pen and paper. A map of the city and WiFi code would have been nice also, but I had to guess everything. - I asked for towels to be brought to the apartment during the week but it was refused. - The windows have no blinds, so the apartment is completely bright early in the morning. - Low beams on the ceiling (maybe 1,80 - 1,85 m)

Thank you! The washing machine's powder tray doesn't seem to come out, we just poured the powder into the drum. It's nothing critical of course.

• Cat (10/5): Well equipped flat in a fantastic location - Excellent location right in the centre of Sofia surrounded by landmarks. Fabulous views! The apartment is stylish, well equipped, and everything worked great. The one minor issue was there was no blind/curtain in the bedroom window and the sun does stream in in the morning. A sleeping mask is advised :)
• Romulo (10/5): The apartment itself is also part of the touristic place! - The view from the windows, and also the furniture are absolutely perfect! The location is also perfect, near to restaurants and touristic places. The elevator can be a little scary! But you can use the stairs.

• Vladislav (10/5): Really nice - The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and warm, as the air conditioner works well. Plenty of appliances in the kitchen. If I was very picky I would probably say that it would be even better if the kitchen had a microwave and a fabric kitchen towel.
